Awful customer service. When I ordered it said 2-3 days to ship, understandable. A week after my order I called because I hadn’t received a email my item had shipped like it said I would. The lady said it has been released but may be up to 72 hours until it ships. Couldn’t give any information other than that. Still haven’t received my band pins over 2 weeks now

Shipping is not reliable. Had to call customer service twice to let them know my item was lost the first time and never shipped the second time. Finally received my item about 7 weeks later. This is not the first product that I have had to call customer service to resend my product.

I followed my initial rack order with an order for flip-down safeties about a day after I ordered my rack. Titan canceled my order because they "failed to allocate inventory to my order." I asked when flip-downs might become available for my T3 36" rack and they could not answer. Since safety is the main function of a rack, at this point I have a very expensive pullup bar. I also don't know if I should bail on flip-downs or wait. Very frustrating trying to work with support. Probably should have gone with Rogue or Rep.

I received an incomplete and damaged product. Customer service after the fact has been very poor, with even being told we “don’t carry that part” for a new item you are still taking orders on. I am trying to find a fair solution but Titan Fitness is leaving me with only disputing the transaction.

Bar was missing its handles when it arrived, and true to Titan’s reputation (and my personal experience), the bar arrived in mangled packaging with one end of the bar protruding out the end of the box and a few of the binding strips broken. Customer Support sending another bar since they had no replacement handles in stock to send separately.

Absolutely horrible. I understand that there are times where the reviewer is not a sane level-headed person and has stupid expectations of the shipping process or how a product works but I consider myself a sane and level-headed person who lost their mind due to your companies idiocy. I purchased a 5-50lb weight set and a rack to hold the weights and received a confirmation email immediately stating that my order was received and any questions I had I could contact them at their number or respond back to the email. I texted a friend of mine what I had done and he informed me that a company he likes was having a small sale and I decided to cancel my order with Titan Fitness immediately. Immediately as in within 20 minutes of purchase I was on the phone waiting for an operator. Waiting over 10 minutes, I decided to also send an email to the company and let them know this, "Hi, Looking to cancel this order immediately. On hold on the phone with you guys right now but thought I’d send an email as well." Received a confirmation that my email was received and I also finally spoke with someone at Titan who advised me the order had already gone to your warehouse and that it was impossible to stop now. Your company advised me they would still package it and get it ready for shipment which I did not understand and then would tell FedEx not to deliver it to my house. I asked for a refund for the $1006 I paid for the set and was denied stating that I had to wait but that my order was effectively canceled. Here I am living my life, waiting for my refund, when what do you know, an 808lb package arrives at my doorstop, blocking half my entranceway. I immediately called and emailed your company and was given the run around over and over. I did not want the product, I canceled my order, your company processed my cancellation, yet here it was on my doorstep and your company was refusing my refund. Finally, I was told that FedEx could come and pick up the package and return it to your company and I was made clear that I would not need to be home to sign for the pick up the next day and that, due to an error on the companies part, I would be getting and "expedited" refund that would process in 3-5 days. The next day arrives and when I return home from work the package is still there. I once more call Titan and am told that the package was never going to be picked up that day and is now going to be picked up on Friday and that I would need to be home to sign the package to the delivery driver. I advised them I would not be able to be home to sign for the package as I would need to take a day off of work to remain home and that it was unacceptable. Your company didn't care and I had to take a day off of work to sign for the package. Your company sent me a package after I canceled it, confirmed my cancellation, kept my money from the transaction and then delivered the product to my house, after which you refused to give me my money back until you had your product back in your companies hands. So much for that expediated refund that was supposed to happen as soon as I spoke with your customer service agent... Only for days later your escalation manager or whatever it is telling me that I wouldn't get it until you get your product back. What kind of customer service is that? Absolutely horrible. I had to take a day off of work to get you your product back to you that you mistakenly sent me and yet you punished me and showed no care for your consumer. Can't find a good way to describe it without using profanity. You gave me no additional money or anything for the constant time you took from me and the annoyance you caused me, as well as the money lost from taking a day off of work. You should be ashamed of yourself as a company. Please feel free to email or call me back with a refute to any part of my story. I have all the emails and logs of my calls I spent many hours in total on the phone with you. A disgrace. The main reason I purchased the set from your company was I heard great reviews about the quality increasing and saw interviews on Youtube about your CEO really turning the company around. Shame it wasn't my experience. Again, I took time out of my day to write this review that's how awful my experience was. The first and probably only review I'll ever write. Sane and level-headed here. Your company was horrible for this purchase. Hope your CEO reads this personally but I know he never will. Good luck and I hope things change at Titan, or if they're usually smooth I hope they remain smooth for your other customers and this never happens again.

I needed a pin for the leg press. The pin broke. You sent me box 2 of 3. I didn’t need the box of all those parts. The pin is a weak spot. I’m worried it will break again since the amount of weight that used

Horrible experience with customer service half my order was rerouted back to titan by customer service. Had to call in more then 7 times everyone gave a different story issue is still pending in regards to my refund. The gear I did receive is solid at a great price, however after this nightmare I would pay the extra cost of other dealers to avoid the frustration and current run around.

I have had many great experiences with Titan. Unfortunately for this purchase I tried multiple times via email and phone to cancel the purchase before it shipped but never got a response.

The hardware and manual do not correlate with each other. The manual states needing more pieces than what are sent in the hardware packaging. Titan’s solution was for me to go buy what I needed myself. The bearing assemblies were bent. I got a replacement sent to me, but only the bearings not the full assembly that comes preassembled with the original packaging. They were so bent the holes wouldn’t line up to be attached to the support frame. Both of the above issues cannot be resolved by Titan because the pieces I need are out of stock currently. The exact GHDPND is still in stock and there are complete sets available for purchase to new customers, even knowing the hardware issue stated above. I was told someone is not able to take the needed parts from a set still available to fix my issues because “I can sell that to another customer.” Titan is more concerned with future potential customers rather than fixing issues of current customers. The hardware shortage made so the GHD portion was inoperable due to not being able to secure the pad to the frame. The bent bearings and wrong part being sent as replacement made the reverse hyper portion inoperable. So this piece of equipment sits in my gym for 3 weeks, useless, and taking up space. I was also told I cannot receive any kind of refund due to the cost to make being high in comparison to the selling costs. Titan is more concerned with not making as much money on one individual item than making sure the people buying equipment are satisfied and continue to be customers. Over the span of 3 weeks to resolve these issues, I was told on the phone twice and in multiple emails, even on social media, that an escalation team member would contact me in 24-48 hours. I was 96 hours before contacting Titan again. Each time would result in the same thing. Being told the person can escalate it and someone would contact me. 96 hours late I would repeat my conversation with someone different. There was no resolution ever provided by Titan Fitness throughout the entire process. My solution was to take a full refund for a return. I will not be a Titan Fitness customer ever in my lifetime after this awful experience. I will not support a business that demonstrates such a poor business model.

Terrible, you only ordered a dock truck and im still missing a piece of equipment and my accessory triangle bar. Was told to just keep calling back. Not happy
