Absolutely poorly run company. They charged me twice and it’s been a week STILL with no refund! They still haven’t reviewed my bank statement that I had to provide to show they charged me multiple times. No supervisor available to talk to. “ we will reach out to you in 24-48 hours” and yet I have to keep contacting them over and over to get absolutely nowhere. Will never purchase from this company again. While putting in request after request to get my refund they have plenty of time to request I change my review from 1 star to 5. I have received 5 emails this last week to change my review. Not happening!

I’ve wrote 4 emails about missing parts and shipping on a atlas stone table. Came without a box. Only the two legs and one support. Nothing else. Dropped in my front yard. Also received two attachments for the rack forearm and neck both of them where bent. Like someone ran them over. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Titan. Last time they took care of it but now I can’t even get them to respond to a email. James would really take a lot to use them again and I’ve been using them for years.

After purchase, I sent Titan 5 email messages and Titan never responded. I asked about shipping; delivery dates, etc, and not once did Titan respond to any of my inquiries. Awful communication. I had no idea when to expect the package, other than FEDEX finally sending me an email. As for the product, the Full Bar Jack is a solid product and the price was very good. However, the customer service was simply awful. The worst.

I’m still missing pieces from part of my order. Order was shipped in so many boxes it made it very difficult to track. Boxes were too thin to handle weight of product and shipment was delayed due to damaged boxes.

Titan Fitness sold a scratched and dent product to me that is not functional, it needed parts to make it is working. The title should be incomplete parts items, not scratched and dent. The company won’t provide parts claiming it is in the disclaimer. Buyers beware!

Not only are my initial Titan uprights in poor condition each replacement has the been delivered, peeling, chipped damaged or rusted. This is unacceptable at this point and still I have not been offered a refund. This is after receiving several Titan products many times in poor condition.

Unfortunately, this has not been a exceptional customer service experience from start to finish! I'm not here to be bashing your company or customer service support! I have several emails that I sent in the past 11 days in regards to ordering, shipping box with pictures, ect! Also,your choice of delivery service FedEx Ground was honestly the worst experience ever! In closing I will shop for future needs at Rogue Fitness, or REP Fitness in Denver, Colorado as they have exceptional customer service, extremely high quality equipment and follow up with customers in a timely manner not days for reply and lastly shipping with UPS only package arrives on time ,not damaged or thrown around during transit, and finally drivers with Professionalism and Integrity!!!

Every order since the new year has had problems. I want to know what the heck is going on with Titan. I have tons of stuff from Titan but I think I am going to stop ordering from you due to the following reasons: 1 All of my orders this year have had shipping problems. I understand delays but there are issues where I am told my product is ready and the carrier never picks it up until I complain. So am I to understand that within the week or so I have been waiting for my product to ship, UPS or FedEx never visited the distribution center? 2 the website no longer let me check order status. 3 No more Loyal T points. 4 prices as high as competitors now. 5 no more coupon codes. Customer service has always been good but now I can’t count on Titan unless I get them involved. Basically, what this come down to is that the customer reps are good but the direction Titan is going overall is creating a bad shopping experience for the consumer.

This piece of equipment is a safety hazard. The upright post was not built/measured properly and does not fit appropriately causing the upright post to shift back and forth. It’s obvious additional holes were drilled in attempt to fix the quality/safety issue, but only created more instability of the upright post. The box it came in was also missing several washers and had no instructions. I’ve purchased several things from Titan with no issues, but this is disheartening. This was in the scratch and dent inventory, but scratch and dent is for cosmetic damage, this is a quality/safety issue.

I ordered a 13’ air track that was clearly listed as 8” thick (they usually come in 4 or 8” and I definitely wanted the 8”). It arrived and was only 4” thick. The response was oh well either keep it for a $20 discount or return it. My daughter already saw it so I was forced to keep it. I have ordered so many items from Titan but if this is their new customer service - then I’m done.

Standing Desk purchased from Titan Fitness which broke after slightly over one year limited use. Horrible service - personnel stated that purchase was over one year - so sorry you are out of luck. I am sure this is happening to more customers. I would even purchase a replacement part if they could help. However, Titan Fitness does not stand by its inferior products. Do not buy from this company.

Do not try to buy from Titan. They will gladly take your credit card, make promises. Then after waiting and waiting, you will find out your order is back ordered. Best part is you get to talk to people in the Philippines not in the United States. I feel lucky as I officially cancelled my order.
