i ordered the ten inch log they then sent me the cheapest barbell they had, instead of what i ordered. then they sold the item i purchased to someone else.( items now sold out) now i have to go through to process of returning something i never wanted and i still dont get what i paid for, while jumping through hoops so they can get their crappy barbell back. tried to leave reviews on their website, but they are making sure to take them down. So moral of the story DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU THINK YOUR GETTING A GOOD DEAL THEY ARE TERRIBLE. i bought a dumbell rack with it and it makes me sick to look at Oh and the barbell looked like it had chipping on it so the wrong item was also slightly damaged

They took my money in April and gave me a June ship date. They missed that date and have given me 3 other shipping dates that all have come and gone. It is now almost August and I still haven't got my order. NEVER DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS TRASH COMPANY!!!

The only reason they got 1 star is because ZERO was not an option... -2 MONTHS OF RUN AROUND AND LIES AND STILL NO MERCH! -TITAN FITNESS IS HORRIBLE NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! My first Dealings were with Paul Martinez - RUDE and completely irrelevant and unable and unwilling to help. Next I dealt with Duminique - no better but little nicer Then I dealt with a master - Brittany - she sounded helpful but yielded no results, JUST EMPTY PROMISES next it was Jan NG no help there either! I SENT THIS TOO DUMINIQUE...Its NOT the carrier - you blame them they blame you! And some social media started the other day and Titan promptly controlled honest feedback and deleted FACTUAL negative comments about their terrible service! You hysterically said the item was at the terminal LOL. Yet yesterday I received an email from YOU! Stating that the item could not be located but I should receive it by the end of today - does that series of lies even make ANY sense Duminique??? THIS ORDEAL IS ABSOLUTELY A TITAN FITNESS PROBLEM!!!! YOU PEOPLE DROPPED THE BALL !!! AS I STATED NUMEROUS TIMES - IF YOUR COMPANY CARED EVEN A LITTLE BIT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU 'D HAVE BROKEN PROTOCOL AND MADE SURE THAT I HAVE MY PACKAGE EXPRESSED SHIPPED AFTER TWO MONTHS OF LIES AND STILL NO MERCHANDISE. Another dissatisfied customer service experience after the equipment broke after one week of use. They refused to issue a refund and were not polite or considerate.

I've ordered from Titan fitness years ago and never had any issues with shipping or anything obviously times have changed this company is absolutely terrible, They will send you emails with tracking numbers and arrival dates but they mean absolutely nothing you can have a tracking number with an estimated delivery date but not receive your product for weeks they're issuing tracking numbers for product they don't even have yet. I believe that's what they're doing and it was kind of confirmed from a titan employee they're issuing tracking number for product they don't even have yet just to satisfy the customers making them think that they're going to be shipping something.

Ordered a 12 inch strongman log May 2019. Welds are all fucked up and one handle is slick and the other has the correct non-skid. Ordered am 8 inch strongman log May 2021 and they put the wrong information on the shipping label. After 13 phone calls and several emails they still refused to print a correct label when they had plenty of time before FedEx picked up the shipment. This company is garbage.

1st of all DO NOT DEAL with this company even though they will give you the stuff you need for free. I wish I can give them no stars at all. I placed my order for a barbell and never received so far. They kept moving my delivery date every couple days. The representative over the phone has ZERO CS skills and her supervisor as well. They do not listen to my issue they kept telling lies. And sooooo rude on top of that. It was my first time and will be the last one. Unfortunately I didn’t read the customer’s reviews before now other wise I would buy a barbell on eBay or Amazon. THIS IS THE WORST TRANSACTION I EVER HAD.

I bought a squat rack.........the only thing that arrived was the legs.......everything else was missing. I wished I reviewed the messages before I bought. This such BS.

Bought a plate loaded lat pull down from them recently. Arrived in a broken box. Put it together and found multiple damaged pulleys. Emailed their support team and was blown off by their product specialists for over a week before I called. When I spoke with their support team over the phone, they told me to go to a hardware store and buy replacement pulleys. Then they suggested it’ll be a month before they would have another system to send me. I already had the equipment entirely built. They told me to take apart the pulleys off the new system when it arrives and mail them back the rest of the equipment. Honestly one of the craziest suggestions I’ve ever been given. They told me to call back in a couple weeks to see if they had a replacement equipment to send me. Why is it my job to fix their product. After spending $400+ I expected better quality and service. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this. While the equipment appears pretty solid, I cannot do anything with it without those pulleys.

We were super excited to add the Series 2 power rack to our home gym, we received our shipment very quickly. However, after unpacking the entire rack, we noticed that the hardware to put it together was missing. No big deal, contacted customer service assuming they would overnight the MISSING parts. Wrong. Instead they tell me the parts have to be hand picked and that it could take up to 10 business days! This was on 3/22. I received an email providing a shipment link the very same day and was so excited. Wrong again! Went back to check the link today (3/25) and it says the same thing it did on 3/22. Hasn’t even made it to USPS yet. Needless to say we are beyond frustrated and the customer service is trash! So I guess we will stare at the multiple pieces of metal laying in our garage until they decide to actually ship the **MISSING** hardware!

Absolutely Trash. Had rust issues with the product and after 4 weeks of calls/emails I finally spoke with someone who basically said "that happens" We will never buy from them again.

Watch out! Their backorder dates are not correct. You will wait months for anything on backorder. They are quick to charge your credit card and then keep you in the dark. Titan will not communicate this to you either. The delivery date will come and go and not even a courtesy email with an update. You have to contact them only for them to push the delivery back months.

Ordered a plate loaded lat tower from them . The product arrived severely damaged. Called the company expecting an apology and replacement only to be told i had to file a claim on their website so i did . That was 5 days ago and other than automated excuse emails have heard nothing from titan as far as a resolution to this matter ! Titan only cares about getting your money , once they have it forget any customer service. Thank God i had the for site to order thru paypal so i was abled to have paypal go after them ! Will be buying the rest of my equipment from Rogue , they actually care about their customers !!!

I'm having the experiences many on this site are writing about. This is my second Titan order. My first was a multi grip bar, which I was happy with. My second purchase on 2/17 was the T2 rack. On 2/18 It was shipped, and it was never delivered. Tracking just stopped updating on 2/27. I spoke with some at Titan and the shipper and the said the item was undeliverable and returned to shipper. Long story short several more calls and on 3/8 item was now backordered intil 3/14. I cancelled the order. Do not order from this company, product might be good if you ever get it

After purchasing a product. It sent a shipping notification with a tracking number. On day of arrival, I look to confirm the delivery and notice the status disappeared entirely. I call to question the situation and I got answer from them blaming the logistics company and to wait a few days. 3 days pass, I call again. Demanding a return. I was told that I couldn't because the package shipped and I had to wait a total of 7 days for the logistics (UPS) company to act on their pickup. Frustrated of course, I call again two days later. They FINALLY grant my issue a refund, telling me to wait 3-5 business days for my refund to clear. BEST PART.. I get a notification same day they grant refund stating the package is in progress to destination. The package was sent out that same day from the warehouse. The refund was NEVER ISSUED! Now I have to go through the hassle to send the package back and hope they refund my purchase. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN! BUYERS BEWARE! I never write reviews against a company but this deep review on my behalf is completely necessary and potential buyers should take their business elsewhere!

Titan Fitness obviously has inventory/shipping issues - just see all these reviews which match my experience. Ordered plates. Receive email confirmation. Receive email stating a delivery date and providing a delivery date. Three weeks after anticipated delivery - no plates. Contact Titan and was told plates never left warehouse. Apparently they went somewhere, as they now have none in stock. Had to ask for a refund. Long story short, it appears that TItan Fitness has no idea how to manage inventory or delivery product to customers, and the customer service is definitely lacking. Their products are nicely priced - but now I know why - you'll be lucky to actually receive them.

This company knows absolute zip about customer service and they package their crummy products poorly. My wife ordered a fly machine for $475 (for my birthday) and it basically came destroyed: parts missing, damaged, etc. it looked like they had thrown (almost) everything in a wimpy cardboard box, crossed their fingers, and prayed for the best. The return process involved me using three roles of packing tape to put back together all of their crap in a destroyed box. Of course, at this point, I haven’t yet received a refund. I’ll never buy anything from this shoddy company again and I encourage others to really think hard about doing business with a company that could clearly care less about their customers.
