Gave me wrong info about delivery dates. I had to keep contacting them. Finally they answered email postponing it again. I thought these things were made in states. That’s why I ordered them. They charged me instantly. Terrible company.

I ordered two 45lb plates from Titan two months ago. Each time I've contacted them about shipping, they've pushed the delivery date back another month. If you didn't have the product, why did you list it on your website? Terrible company.

Ordered a product over a month ago when it was on back order and they kept pushing back the estimated shipping date every time it came up. Once I decided to cancel my order because they couldn't confirm when it would ship. they put the shipping motion in process and said I couldn't cancel now. Item has been in the shipping process without confirmation of shipment for 5 days. would not recommend ordering a product from them again.

I purchased the Single Leg Squat Roller that was on back order and when I was almost completed with putting it together, I realized that an intricate piece of the apparatus was manufactured incorrectly. Item #E ‘Foam Tube’ was too long by a little over 1/2 of an inch- there is a little play left to right where this piece inserts into, (#D Adjustable Frame) but not that much. I figured I had two options- 1.) send the whole thing back or, 2.) grab a hacksaw and cut it myself. I went with option two- took of what I needed, made it fit and it works perfectly. I called customer service and explained the issue and requested they give me some form of a credit; they came back and suggested $8! What as joke. I told the Customer Service rep, (TIN) that $8 wasn’t acceptable, the equipment evidently didn't go through any form of quality control before been sent not to mention my time in having to cut it in the first place. I provided multiple pictures- I was told I would be notified when my pictures were received by the Customer Service agent, (TIN) and her Managers would re-address, no response as yet?? I left a review on their website specifically for the ‘Single Leg Squat Roller’ and they REMOVED it, that 100% leads me to believe that the reviews on their site are tainted for sure. Bottom line is that they are definitely not the only game on the web!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I placed an order a month ago and they have delayed my order three different times. Titan pulled my money immediately, gave me a date and then changed it three times. Most reputable businesses will not withdraw until your order is shipped, some don’t, I know, but most do. If they don’t have a product in stock they should not allow you to purchase it. Seems like they just want your money. DON’T BUY TITAN

I have bought several products from this company. I've had every piece break within a couple years or sooner. The worst is if something breaks and it's not under warranty, they do not carry any parts to fix the equipment. I had bought the plate loaded wheelbarrow. The wheel broke and they dont even have the size to replace. then i had someone from the company tell me which tire to buy. Of course it didn't fit. no help. customer service said we don't replace parts. if you want it fixed you will have to order another wheelbarrow. Just ridiculous! Only buy if you want your equipment disposable.

Regret not checking this site first. Don't believe in what Youtube tells you. The shipping issue is real as they don't send you all the parts and the items are damaged when they arrive. I was one of those deperate for equipment during Covid 19 and totally regret making that decision.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY WILL KEEP PUSHING OUT YOUR ORDER SHIP DATE. Follow up - Backorder now August 6th. Ordered equipment on June 15th. I wrote a review 2 weeks ago, when I complained they moved estimated ship date from July 2 to July 23rd. I had to call them and ask for an update since they told me a ship date of July 23rd. Now, it's August 6th. FUTURE CUSTOMERS. DO NOT ORDER FROM TITAN. GO TO ROGUE, VULCAN, or ANY OTHER DISTRIBUTOR. I REGRET ORDERING FROM THEM.

Don't order dumbbells from this company. I ordered 10lb dumbbells and they only sent me one. After emailing back and forth for a week they finally sent the second. I thought it was just a mistake and ordered a 20lb and 25lb dumbbells. I only received one of each. They said it was a glitch in the system and will send me the 20lb dumbbell and the 25lb wasn't in stock no more. Two weeks I never received my 20lb dumbbells. They said it was out of stock. If they would have did the order right I would have everything. Now I'm in the process of trying to return the one 20lb and one 25lb and get my money. But when I emailed them saying that, I haven't heard back.

Two times I ordered from this company and both times the messed my order up. First time it came over a month late and the box was damaged. Second time they only sent me one dumbell but charged me for two when I called to have them send the second dumbell they told me they were out of stock and the representative laughed at me. Horrible company

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. Lousy equipment, lousy warranty (goes with lousy equipment) and they play the game with returns of damaged. My equipment lasted only about a month when it broke, and when I tried to ask for a replacement, they said they had no record of my purchase, even after I showed them mine. One word - DON'T!!! No wonder they have lousy reviews.

I went to Titian’s gym to purchase one of three tanning beds they were selling I asked the woman if there was anything wrong with the tanning bed and she said that the tanning bed worked that there wasn’t anything wrong with it. Well I ended up driving over 3 hours to get it. I took the women’s word for it that there was no issues with the tanning bed so when me and my husband put it back together it didn’t work it keep saying error 91 she clearly knew that the tanning bed didn’t work and lied to me just to get my money. What a horrible business I figured since it was a reputable business that they wouldn’t rip off a customer well I was wrong don’t do business with Titian’s gym they are not trustworthy and they also have cockroaches after we finally moved the tanning bed out of the back room there was a huge dead cockroach on the ground this could be why there going out of business ripping people off and being a dirty company that’s what I call KARMA

Titan is still experience sourcing issues. I ordered weights and barbell on June 15th. The estimated ship date was July 2nd since they were expecting the products by then. I called them on June 28th, and the estimated ship dates were July 2nd - 9th. Now I called them again on July 10th (no notification) and the estimated ship dates are July 22nd - 23rd. I won't be getting my items until August due to ground shipping. THAT'S A 7 WEEK DELAY. Unfortunately like most other people dealing with Titan, you need to stay on top of them for your order OR THEY WILL KEEP PUSHING IT OFF.

Ordered a heavy bag/speed bag combo stand. The speed bag mount became loose and wobbly (so the speed bag wouldn't work properly). Ordered a replacement part and that one couldn't mount the heavy bag properly! Now I have two separate parts, one that can mount a heavy bag and one that can mount a speed bag, but have to change parts and can't do both at the same time. Their warranty department send me the first replacement but then refused to send me another replacement when the first replacement part was defective in a different way! Save your money and get a stand that works from someone else.

I placed an order for a stationary bike. Paid for it in full waited a week, called to check on status and was told it was on back order. They could not give me an estimated fulfillment date. I cancelled the order and asked for an email confirmation of the cancelled item. I was told no they can not do it. I never received an email confirming the purchase either. They acted like answering my questions was very difficult for them. I will never order through them again

READ BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!!!! I tried to order a rack almost a month and half now has pasted, still don’t got it! I had received the second box with the low beam support, not the beam uprights. So I went on the website and all that was available was their support email, no phone number! I sent my support email with pictures that I only got the second box. The email support said it’d take about 7-10 business days, 14 days later no answer! I start dig for the phone number for the customer support yes that’s right dig through the Internet to find their support number because it wasn’t on their site! I called and this lady picked up I told her I ordered a rack and I didn’t receive the uprights I give her my order number, she said “well says here it was delivered” I said well I didn’t get them I’m pretty sure I would have seen 7 foot beams at my front door. All snarky and rude she says again “well it says it was delivered lemme look at what day...yep right here June 2nd. Oh it was sent back”. My beams were sent back I didn’t get any sort of email, tracking number of the second beams, NOTHING! She then says she’ll make a shipping label for it, my beam uprights weren’t even going to be delivered or given a second look unless I had called! I was not happy at all I didn’t get an apology from here nothing. Then I wait 2 weeks again, the beams said they were coming and literally hours before it says it would be delivered, sent back to sender for damages. I called them because no I just want a refund or cancel scamming me of my $400 for my rack. Said the manger will call me back. No call

Like everyone else I jumped on some equipment when all this virus lockdown nonsense started. 4/26 I ordered a rack and the date kept changing when it would be in stock. All that was kinda to be expected in the midst of all that's going join, but I can never get anyone to write me back after multiple attempts. Like a dummy I ordered a multi-grip barbell that was allegedly in stock but never came now says out of stock and again no replies. So I just went to my credit card to dispute the charges and just cancel the orders altogether.
