Wish I could give zero stars for packaging, screwups, redelivery, and service. Ordered 55lb kettlebell son from MA requested for Christmas to be del to my home in PA since he would be here for holidays. 3 days prior to Christmas a 30lb dumbbell was received—in a large box with no protective packaging and no company ID. Called and they apologized for error. I had them ship the correct order directly to my sons address in MA since it would not be here for Christmas. They sent out the kettlebell with no packaging—just a packing slip zip tied to the item! The black coating was all chipped up and it looked like it had been used in a gym for years. Instead of hassle with shipping, I fairly asked the to just credit me $50–it was worth $20 to me just to be done with it, they said they couldn’t do it and I told them to send for pickup. Two days later, FEDEX arrives at my door in PA. The idiots screwed up again!! Let’s remember it was delivered to MA!! Once again I said to them just give me the credit and be done—why would you pay to have a 55lb damaged item that I’m willing to keep at a fair price. They refused. Stupid people, bad decisions. Reading these other reviews it’s obviously don’t care about their reputation.

Terrible customer service. Don't answer emails. Hold teams are laughable. When you send back equipment they claim to have not received it and don't give a refund.

Horrible company. I ordered equipment on Dec 2 and was supposed to receive on the 6th. Well it didn't come. After several weeks of trying to contact them with no avail I finally sat on the phone forever to talk to an associate. DO NOT HAVE THEM CALL BACK. JUST WAIT!!! When I finally got someone she seemed like she didn't care at all. She put me on hold then advised my equipment that should be here already is now on back order. It wasnt when I ordered it bit is now due to their horrible shipping. Not only that but there is no idea when it will be back in. I cancelled my order (almost a month after I ordered it) and they wont give a confirmation of that either. You just have to wait and watch your bank account hoping it comes in. I will never buy from them again or carry their products in my gym.

Horrible customer service. I dealt with them one year ago and wrote an honest review then, another year later they haven't changed, still have not figured out anything about how to run a business. To say their customer service department is bad would be acknowledging that they actually have a customer service department. Terrible customer service, they don't get back to you, then they do with wrong info., they can't sell me things that they make, weird I know, save your time and spend the extra money on Rogue, unless you want to go no where for weeks, then Titan is your best option.

Please be informed- not only will you not get a response from your emails -it will take hours and repeated calls to get a call back- forget about waiting on hold- they will not answer -even though 30 min's. before it says 1 caller in front of you. . Once you get one of their so called customer service people to call you back -they are the most rude and disrespectful -unbelievable experiences you will ever have. Had to call my credit card company to handle my situation. Never got anything done from them but to upset me. I think that is their game or they would be nice and appreciative of the customer and at least (listen to you - that) my friend will not happen.

Cheap equipment and cheap company. Titan fitness equipment (and their customer service) is very disappointing. T-3 rack holes are misaligned, welding is atrocious--like a child in a 6th grade welding course made it. Contacted customer service and they had the nerve to request $110 for return shipping. The company is a disgrace and the equipment is cheap. Save your money for Rogue, Rep Fitness, or any other place out there. They are not worth the (even discounted) rate.

Got a hack squat machine from titan fitness for my physical therapy clinic and what a disappointment... The locking mechanism completely missed the hooks on the sled, the handles on the frame collided with the handles on the locking frame (so it hit another handle but not the hooks it's supposed to catch), and the adjustable pad on the slide frame was not welded correctly to let the locking pin slide into place. Tried for 3 weeks to get in contact with the rep from customer service who replied to my warranty complaint, but she kept dodging my calls. Will never use Titan Fitness again.

I bought a 40 pound workout sandbag. I could not all 4 ten pound sandbags in the outer shell. I called customer service and they said “well only use 2 or 3 ten pound bags then.” I ordered a 40 pound bag! Not a 20 or 30 pound bag. I started using it with 30 pounds in it and one of the outer bags exploded. Sand was everywhere inside the outer shell. The zipper also broke within two days of having it. I am currently on hold with them trying to get a refund. I have been on hold with them for 40 minutes now. I will never buy anything from them again.

Took the company several days to respond to an email inquiry. Lack of customer service and attention to detail. Don’t purchase from this company. They only seem to be in it for the money. They’re not invested in their audience.

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. I had an extremely similar experience to many others. The order took over a month just to ship, customer service literally said, "I'll try to get info on your shipment in 1-2 days" and I never heard back from them. After making 2 more customer service tickets requesting support, They reshipped my order. Once the items arrived, I'm missing components. two types of Bolts and lock nuts. it also doesn't come with any manual or instructions, yes I can assemble items without it. But is that what you are paying for? No, especially since some people may prefer to follow the instructions. The "link" to follow to find the manual online doesn't work, it goes to a 404 error everytime, upon googling it further several others have had this same issue. I give up trying to work with their customer service at this point. I'm going to the hardware store to get the missing components and build this out. I spent way too much, getting too much, to have this kind of experience. I am going Rogue fitness all the way after this. Titan's service and this entire experience has been horrendous.

I definitely do not recommend. My husband ordered a bench and it was delivered with missing pieces. He called to have those pieces sent, an order was placed for those pieces (nuts, bolts, washers) but never received. He called and spoke to the most rude, unprofessional woman who proceeded to tell him it was backordered (yet he never received an email or phone call) (and how are nuts, bolts, washers on backorder???) and then had the audacity to ask if he’d go to a hardware store to purchase the missing pieces himself. At that point he requested a refund and the rep told him he would have to ship it all back. At this point, this has been going on for weeks; we don’t have the box anymore. So now my husband has been inconvenienced with time, money and now has to find a box big enough to ship the bench back. I was told there was no manager available to take my call, when I called in. How convenient! The rep wouldn’t let me speak and insisted on interrupting me instead of just listening to my concerns. Absolutely infuriating. I will be posting this over social media to warn other consumers so they don’t make the same mistake we did in ordering from this fraudulent company. Horrible customer service, very rude and they don’t care about their customers.

A better rating would be no star rating, but I don't have that option. I ordered equipment close to $800.00. The equipment order is then sent by a freight company they work closely with. They send you a text message letting you know to call and schedule your drop off time, which is easy enough. However, the scheduled time we agreed upon was not met. When they missed their window, they send it back requesting that you, the customer, who already paid close to $800.00 for the equipment, should pay another $100.00 plus to have it redelivered. The customer service from both Titan Fitness and the Freight company were extremely rude and did not offer to show any logs stating that they were at my place before the time window expired. This company may be cheap in price, but spare yourself the headache or future negative review write up and go with another company. They do not appreciate their customers, just their wallet. I can garuntee amazon

Don’t waste your money on this garbage. Titan Fitness offers these blowout sales for T3 Power Racks. I purchased the T3 Power Rack, then later found that they charge you for Stabilizer Bars, because their an Accessory. Then they blame the customer for purchasing the incorrect parts, yet their the only parts available. Four Customer service clerks play dumb for about a month, until I threaten to take them court. A manager contacts me and says want to help figure out the issues. **Turns out, you must purchase the entire rack set with all accessories in the same bundle. There’s absolutely no way to obtain the 24” or 36” stabilizer bars any other way!! Then they charge you to return the items. But, thank God twice for PayPal Credit Protection. While Titan Fitness - Customer Service Manager - Rivera L. and representatives - Jan, Joanna, Janua and Katrina give you the run around..Joke about to be on them!

Prices are a bit better than Rogue, but the comparison stops there. I've ordered 2 kettlebells from them, both have arrived damaged. They pack a 70lb. object in a tiny unpadded cardboard box and expect that to survive shipping? One of the kettlebells was also not flat on the bottom - clearly cut-rate quality. Their customer service is awful. After complaining about the imperfect kettlebell, I was told I could keep it. It damaged my garage floor and so they gave me "points" on my account to compensate. Why would I ever want to buy more of their products?! Also, after I told them I didn't want a replacement sent, they reneged on what they had sent me in writing and said they needed the damaged one back after I'd already promised the local high school to donate it to them. Who does that? Terrible. Simply terrible.

Absolute garbage customer service, waited almost a month for a tracking number on missing parts and they still haven't replied. Asked numerous times for help but the employees keep dodging my questions and stalling the shipment. Stay far away from this company, they mess up your orders and don't help you fix it when it is messed up.

Titan has one of the worse customer service possible, as expected from Chinese company, to top it off they sell your credit card info and really screw you , they take no responsibility to it while to you lose thousands , then in 4 months send you mail saying out credit credit card info been breach

Absolutely low tier company, products are subpar, customer service is non existent, and customers are forced to leave a voicemail!? What is this, some ma, pop shop!? BUSH LEAGUE! .
