I wish I found this site before ordering from Titan. Folks- the reviews you see here aren't just one-offs. I've ordered from Titan twice and have had zero items delivered. As many have mentioned, Titan is the only online company I've shopped with (over 100 retailers in the last 9 months) that charges before shipping items. You might be desperate during COVID, but you'd be taking a major gamble shopping with these guys.

I'm glad I'm not the only one, but that's the only thing I'm glad about. Seriously, how does a company just take your money and not update you on the status of the order for OVER a month or respond to emails? The only emails I get from them are ads pushing "new items" or "items I may like." I was so excited that during this lock down, they had some fixed barbells so I could have at least one heavier weight to work with at home, but obviously I have made a mistake. My item was listed as back ordered, and at first it said it would be in stock on May 1, then when I checked back (because I didn't receive my order well after May 1 or hear anything from them), it said it would be in stock on May 12. Still, I have received nothing, no item or update or email response back.

The worst customer service in the industry. I placed an order, took over 6 weeks to get a status on the order. I was then told a projected shipping date and asked if I still wanted the order. I said yes. But they cancelled (or said they did, no sign of a refund). STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE SELLER!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

False dates on back-order shipments. Absolutely NO customer service. I've sent numerous emails with no response. There is no communication from Titan Fitness. They take your money immediately, and don't ship out anything on the promised date. I've spent close to $1,000 and have nothing in return. Do NOT buy from this crooked company unless you want to give away your money. I have yet to receive a single product after 1 month and almost $1,000. I will now have to file a claim with Paypal.

I order a product that doesn't fit the squat stand it said it would. then instead of getting help to resolve the issue, i had to wait for a specialist which never called or got back to me. Neither spotter arm would got all the way down on to the rack. making them useless

Awful customer service. They take your money day of the order and then will not answer the phone or reply to emails. Every time I call there are exactly 34 callers in front of me. Awful!! Been over a month and no reply. Stay away!!

Ordered several items, fixed ez curls and a preacher station. Company took my money but put it on backorder with expected ship date of 5/1/20 and nothing has shipped. I have attempted to contact customer service, they don't answer any calls nor reply to emails sent through their website. It's been almost 2 weeks and nothing. I DO RECOMMEND all customers shop at Rogue from now on as I will. They have better service, honest, cheaper prices and actually deliver or keep promises. May Titan Fitness is going down and could care less about customers or ethics in general. I'm sure it stems from the top and trickles down...hence crappy customer service and dishonest selling practices.

I've had two orders on backorder recently. One was supposed to ship by April 20th and the other by May 3rd. The keyword here is "ship by"… which to 99% I imagine would be it's going to ship either on or before that date. Both times nothing shipped by those dates. It took almost a week to here back from customer service and the first order didn't ship until I sent at least five emails to customer service and after a week and a half passed. Their products are great for the price however they have a terrible business model where they take your money instantly and never keep you in the loop. How about not doing pre orders if you can't fulfill the orders?

I ordered two weeks ago. They processed the $$ the next day. No a word since, NOTHING. Can't get order status. Call waiting times are hours. Internet customer service is useless. STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered a rack and bench combo. They only sent the rack, no bench. Ive been calling for over a week unable to speak with anyone. I've emailed multiple times with no response.

Never ever buy from titan fitness. They would never fulfill the order, and even the item shows as in-stock. For the items which show as back-order, the orders are never shipped before the promised date. And when u call customer services, they only tell u there is nothing they can do and the item will be shipped a week later, and u have only two options, cancel the order or continue waiting. But when u call back one week later, they would tell u the same thing and u would never get your order before or after their promised date. Save your time and money and take a look at any other brand. I have wasted one month on this fraudulent company and really regret not placing an order on another website.

Bought 9 Racks from this company with other equipment. Nearly 2500 dollars total. Shipped half the order and then said the rest was on b ackoder? Excuse me ? I ordered when it was in stock wouldnt you have those missing pieces still sitti g around since they didnt get to me. And then like most things they have are out of stock. Always loved Titan but it always been a headache workig with them. I'm done after they May be able the rest of my parts back to me

Titan sent me a pull-up bar for my squat rack. It came with no hardware. When I called, the representative told me the bolts were out of stock. She assured me a manager would call me back immediately but that didn’t happen. I had previously been disconnected from customer service after a long wait. The product is ok but I will not buy from them again.

I used to work at Titan, and I can tell you that the customer service department is awful because they hire people, stick them in a room for a few days or so to binge-train and basically drink from a firehose, and then they throw them into the fire. So, of course they know nothing. They’re also expected to attend dumb meetings with everyone else in the company in which the CEO tracks certain metrics in customer service and then they have to sit through all this info about what’s happening in other departments, as well, taking them away from the phones and emails. When I was first hired into my department, I met a new customer service worker who was an older lady who barely knew how to use her email account. Kind of seems like they hire just anybody, and I was told when I interviewed for my position in a different department that they have a lot of turnover—when I asked why, they were like, “Oh, that’s the customer service department, not us. Customer service is a really hard job”. I believe workers typically last about three months in that department, so it’s hard to get a rep who has been there long enough to know their job well. And then if you want to know why your packages come all screwed up with parts missing and/or the box all messed up? That’s because the CEO approves ideas to spend a lot of the company’s money on all this ridiculous, confusing, half-working technology and even more on marketing-related stuff but won’t invest in higher-quality packing materials for the warehouse. He is far more concerned about marketing, i.e. getting people to Titan’s websites so that they can buy, and how much money Titan is bringing in on a weekly basis, to the point where he attended marketing meetings and just basically took them over from the Marketing Director when I was there. I now work at a small business and we even have better packing materials than Titan does, and we pretty much never have shipping issues or customer service issues.

TERRIBLE! QUALITY CONTROL IS NON EXISTENT! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE!! EQUIPMENT IS JUNK! DO NOT BUY FROM TITAN! STAY AWAY!!

DO NOT recommend. In efforts to expand our gym equipment we chose Titan Fitness to do so. REGRET is the word I'd choose for this decision. Our order was split in 2 halves. Understandable for how much we ordered. BUT we only received half of our order... The other half was sent to the OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE COUNTRY. We are in Minnesota. Our second half was sent to Mississippi. How that is even possible is beyond me. ON TOP OF THAT. Equipment is faulty, with either little or no instruction on anything DIY. Customer service had US calling and jumping around trying to find our second half order. When they say "We will give you a call back." they really mean "You will be forgotten when this conversation is over.". NO COMPENSATION has been given since this less than poor experience has begun. NONE. Please look elsewhere for gym equipment. Not worth your time and money shopping here.

The Customer Service is so bad. They don't even know how to read emails. It is true that their products are cheaper and shipping is free, but the quality of their products is bad, too.
