I just don't understand. How do you lose a product, offer to refund it, then decline the refund without telling the customer. The package arrived, sure, but it arrived a month late and after multiple emails to support with no help. This was just a sad experience. I won't be buying from here again.

My order for a X3 power rack with an additional purchase of pins was to be in four boxes. The first box arrived a day early which was a wall mounted pull up bar which I did not order. A day later my rack arrives without the hardware and horizontal bars. How the hell does someone miss this in shipping, I had my fears that some how Titan would screw this up from past reviews but thought that miss shipments were in the past, I was wrong. Now I have to wait an additional 8-10 days to get what I hope is the right parts. Great first impression.

Not a pleasant experience. Partial summation of my interaction with Titan as follows: 1. Initial Order was placed on December 19, 2020. Order consisted of a rack, bar, bench, and plates. 2. Received email notification that order was shipped on December 21, 2020 via LTL : R&L Carriers 3. Second order placed on December 24, 2020. Order consisted of a 10 and 20 kg plates. 4. Received email notification that the second order would arrive on December 27, 2020. 5. Received second order on December 29, 2020. 6. Received initial order on December 31, 2020. Though most of the weight plates were missing 7. Driver noted /signed on the freight bill that the weight plates were missing. 8. I phoned sales support on December 31,2020 to discern the location of missing items. Support individual was helpful and noted that the items that were missing were in stock and issued a new order for the missing weight plates. 9. Order for missing items was placed by the support individual on December 31, 2020, with an estimated ship date of January 1, 2021. 10. On January 5th I contacted online support "Chat" to find out the status of order, as I had not received any updates. 11. I was informed that none of the items included as part of the replacement order were in stock. My conclusion was that either the replacement order was placed in error as the items were never in stock, or the order was never placed and due to demand, the replacement items were no longer available. 12. I asked how could Titan "Make this right". After all, there must have been an error with shipping at some point for me to only receive a partial order. Not only did I not receive the full order, but the order placed by customer service (missing plates) would not be fulfilled as well. 13. I am left with on pair of 5kg plates and a single 20kg and single 10kg. The 20 and 10kg plates are no longer in stock and there is not time frame for when they would be available. I am now left with a rack, bench, bar, and 10 total kg’s of weight, and two mismatched weights. As this was an error made by Titan you would assume that they would initiate the return via their carrier, including appropriate packaging. This is not the case. Not only have I wasted countless hour just trying to get my initial order fulfilled, now I am tasked with repacking and shipping. I was initially pleased with the Titan product and initial correspondence with customer service, but after going through this process to resolve an error made by Titan, I will most likely not make any additional purchases. There is a disconnect between sales /procurement, distribution, and customer service. A simple understanding that an individual would go to the effort of purchasing an entire system (Rack, Bench, Bar, and Plates), and not want a mismatched set of plates should be easily understood. You may save a little money shopping with Titan but trust me when I say it is not worth it. Please subtract 1/2 half star from my Review.

Never buy from this company, order their items, arrived with damage, customer service did nothing, I want return item and get my money back, but they did nothing. I also take photos to show them, they did not even care. Bad customer service, never buy from them again.

Bought the Single Post Adjustable FID Bench $249.99. Decided to come here to write a review because Titan's website kept deleting 2 of my reviews.. but just save your money and buy from a reputable brand like rogue fitness. I understand COVID has been tough and these products are in a high demand, but this doesn't justify the substandard job I've been shown. First off, the owners manual for assistance in assembly was poorly executed and horrible to follow, it is a mess. None of the bolts and screws were labeled, so it made things problematic to find. The next MAJOR flaw to my order is that i am missing a part to my build. Not just any part, but one of the back support beams, which is a major component to the adjustable bench. I'd understand if a locknut, bolt, or screw was missing, but how does one overlook the back support while packaging the product, it baffles me. Continuing, the parts like the locknuts and bolts arrived faulty ( didn't fit) because it didn't allow me to fully tighten all the way. Furthermore, to make the situation even more unacceptable, I received a returned bench from a previous customer. This came to my attention when i noticed some of the bench parts came already poorly assembled (bolts in and parts already attached). Overall, regardless of packaging problems, the bench felt cheap and poorly made. It felt like I can bend the metal supports if I used enough force. The material for the cushion felt cheap as well. I didn't even get to step 4 of the owners manual...I can only imagine what problems i'm gonna encounter with my T-3 rack that's due to arrive next month. Now to add to my burden, returning this large heavy product, waiting for a refund, and connecting with customer service is something I am not looking forward to. My expectation were very high for this product and am highly disappointed with what I encountered. I'm still waiting to connect with customer service via phone call, but its been 3 hours and still no call back. I'll gladly sacrifice extra cash for a better adjustable bench with another supplier.

I ordered the T-3 Power Rack from Titan almost 1 month ago and have still not received all the parts. The first time when they shipped it to me, I only received like 3 percent of all the parts. Then when they shipped another box on the second shipment, I still missed over 80 percent of all the parts. They told me recently they would ship the 3rd one to me as replacement parts but told me they do not know when they will arrive. I just don't understand how this company cannot ship everything out all at once and why they keep shipping missing items. It is very unprofessional. I saw this website after I placed the order. Had I seen this earlier, I may not have thought about purchasing from Titan Fitness. I bought weightlifting equipment from other companies in the past online and never had any problems with the shipment. It is really pathetic this company has so many 1 star reviews.

I made two separate orders to Titan Fitness in early/mid November 2020. One contained a barbell, which said it shipped, only to discover when I called that it was “misplaced” and they would send it out when they had it available. The other order was for a plyometric box. This order came without the hardware in order to put it together. When I called, they said they would be sending out the hardware ASAP. It’s now been over 2 weeks and order still says “label created.” When I call back to have a supervisor call me to get the hardware overnighted (because let’s be real, it won’t make it here by Christmas at this point, even though it was originally a birthday present) they say the supervisor won’t call me back until some time tomorrow. This is unacceptable customer service and anyone else reading this should stay away from purchases from the company.

I really wish I saw these reviews before dropping $2k with Titan. I'm 5 weeks out on an stock Power Rack I received the uprights but no side supports, pull up bars, or hardware. Some of the accessories I ordered have arrived (some damaged) but are all worthless without their rack. They don't answer the phone, emails go unanswered, and support tickets just get closed with no action take. They of course remove all negative reviews from the site.

I bought a barbell through the company, and I expected to receive it after a normal amount of time (2-3 weeks max). I ended up checking my order a week later because it hadn't shipped, and it said it was back ordered and it wasn't projected to ship for another 4 weeks. However, when I ordered it, there was no mention of a back order and it said it was fully in stock. But no notification, no communication letting me know about the delay. I wrote to customer service, and they didn't even respond to my concern. Don't trust their website!

I purchased the 16" x 18" x 20" titan plyo box and was impressed with the speed of deliver and what appeared to be  a good product, but after multiple attempts to incorporate  the box into my workout I have not yet found it is stable enough.  If using for box jumps on the 16" side if you land exactly in the middle you are fairly safe but forget it on the 18" or 20" side it is wobbly and unsafe.  Even just using for lateral step-ups on the 16" side it is too flexible to be safe/usable.  And no, I'm not too heavy, I am a healthy, fit, 165 lbs.  Save your money.

Still no refund from Titan after 10 weeks, even after multiple emails and phone calls with Titan! Don't buy from Titan unless you fully intend on keeping the equipment, and pay extra close attention to the website product description. I recommend calling Titan before any purchase to clarify any questions. I purchased an X3 rack 24 inch extension, the assemble holes on the extension upright did not line up with the X3 rack. I then discovered after calling Titan this extensions kit is for the X3 bolt down only and not the X3 flatfoot. There are other companies to do business with, there goes all the saving from purchasing from Titan. Shop around!

I ordered and waiting over six weeks for a pair pf dumbbells only to have one lost by the shipping company. When I contacted Titan I was told that the manufacturer (China) was not producing them at this time and that they would not be able to send me a replacement. I asked for an immediate credit as I didn’t not feel that I should have to wait another week+ for my single dumbbell to be returned to their facility. In good fair I paid in full and waited six weeks and did not receive what I paid for. Their customer service was not helpful and ignored my request. I’ve spent thousands of dollars this year on equipment purchased from Titan and will never purchase anything from them again. They were willing to lose me as a customer over a 52.00 dumbbell. That should give you a good idea of how they value their customer base.

Ordered the bicep tricep curl machine. No threads to bolt in the arm rest pad... customer service was zero help.... wouldn't send out a new pad with threads so I asked to return it... still no shipping label..... quality control is sh*t!!!!

I ordered an X2, and instead was delivered a boxing rack. Customer service has been a horrible experience. I was offered a measly $20 in points for lugging around 400lbs of steel. They dont seem to take responsibility for any errors on their end. It has been two weeks trying to get this resolved and is still pending as I cant seem to get responses.

Ordered a X-3 squat rack and it is missing half the pieces. Just save up and get a Rogue rack.

They sell defective used items when you think you’re purchasing a new item. Total pain to return with them. Excuse after excuse. Don’t waste your time with Titan Fitness. Total scammers.

Horrible Customer Service- The website made it look like the product was sold in singles, and others like it sold in pairs. I ordered two and got two pairs. My mistake I should have guessed they were sold in pairs, just like the others. I can't chat, it just refers me to articles, tried to call and their system would not recognize the tone of my phone when I tried to select "Returns". So I sent and email and was told they will deduct shipping from my order when they receive it, but did not explain how I was to return the item. No RMA, no Authorization Number, no return address. So if I pay to ship it back, I get charged twice? Just poor customer service. My advice is to go to better companies with a higher quality merchandise.

Don't expect to get your order all in one shipment or with all the parts needed. I've had to call over 3 times to get the right parts and updates on my order which has taken over a month now to get. Still don't have all the parts needed. Fit and finish isn't great but that's what you should expect from a cheaper product. Honestly should've paid extra and just gone with Rogue fitness equipment. I bought a T3 series rack from Titan and will not be buying anything else from them.
