The package was packed so bad that the fedex warehouse wrote “unacceptable “ on the package. The parts were loosely in the main package. I was missing two bolts. The crossmembers all had signs of visible rust and were heavily scratched in places. It was significantly delayed from the other items ordered. All items ordered were packed horrible.

They were poorly packaged and consequently scuffed. One item was lost for a couple weeks. Sorry was all I got out of your company.

The plates side off with the collars I have purchased. I have purchased other items from Titan was very happy with them. They definitely missed the mark with these collars.

The absolutely worse experience I’ve had with this company. I’ve sent an email and a message about this. Unreal to say the least. When you spend over $600 you would expect good customer service and yet, this is what I get. I will never purchase from this company again. If there was a zero star, you’d have it.

Titan fitness has been great in the past unfortunately not this time. I ordered a plate loaded chest press machine. It was supposed to arrive in two large boxes. I received two boxes, one was half of the chest press and the other one included two 20 lb dumbbells. So needless to say I now have to wait and hope they ship the right box this time. Titan did little to fix the situation. They offered 5% off of a future order along with allowing me to keep the dumbbell which I don't want or even need. I have ordered numerous items from Titan: shoulder press/side delt, dip machine, back row, polymetric boxes and have always been a strong advocate. Not sure I will be such a strong supporter in the future.

The product shipped to the wrong address and Titan customer service has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. If Titan does not lean in a little more to help, I will never buy from or recommend Titan again.

Loadable dumbbells were packaged well but both were covered in oil. Wiped them with paper towels and still too slick to feel safe using them.

Hi Brad, thank you for your review and my apologies about this. A thin coat of oil is usually applied to prevent corrosion during the storage and shipping process. We suggest using mineral spirits or a clean rag to remove the oil. I eagerly awaited my safety squat bar only for it to arrive damaged due to poor packaging. The ends of the bar were not covered. The bar itself was not secured inside the box. And the box used was way too soft and flimsy for a bar of this size and weight. One end of the bar was protruding out and badly damaged.

These were replacement bells. They were worse than the first two. They were sent to the wrong address. Give me a refund and take this stuff.

Never received order. Evidently delivered to wrong address. Probably because your shipping address label was unreadable as per Fedex tracking message which caused the parcel to be delayed.

Hi Francis, thank you for the review and my apologies for the experience you have had regarding shipping.I have had a chance to check and indeed, the shipping label was damaged however, FedEx usually replaces this with the information embedded on it still intact. My apologies again that it was delivered to a wrong address by mistake. Thank you however for letting us correct this for you by keying a replacement which has been tagged delivered.

Attached the landmine attachment to my rack, realized I would have more room if I moved it to the other side so immediately went to remove it and switch it to the alternate side of the rack. The locking bolt will not come off and the landmine attachment is stuck to the rack. This is unfortunate since I haven’t even used it yet.
