I been buying alot of titan products. I been very happy with all that i have purchased; Until now. I purchase a scratch and dent short tower pulley v3. When it finally arrived, it was missing alot of parts and the kicker is, it was an amazon return. In the box there was a amazon authorization return slip in it. So, buyer beware, you are not getting a product straight from titan, which i thought.(even if it was from the scratch and dent section) It could be someone returning it from amazon straight to you. Very disappointed in this purchase. I now have a paper weight. Thank you titan

Box came destroyed - missing pieces. Still have not unboxed the unit because flooring is being laid down this week, but I was able to reach inside and the nuts & bolts pack was virtually empty. The box was pretty badly damaged on both sides (surface & the crate tied side). Not decided if returning it

I was told that my packages were in route to return to Titan for a refund, and then after saying that the package was in route back to Titan I recieved both packages when I spent numerous hours trying to tell them that it was not supposed to come to my house. I’m very upset due to this being my first experience with Titan and from the sounds of it and this awful service the last of it.

My order #18103658662 was missing components. One of my 2 orders were missing the risers attachments to allow a higher step. I'd like to have that issue resolved as soon as possible please.

Improper hardware was delivered for the T-2 Series Power Rack,& no customer service has attempted to respond to my multiple inquiries. I received an automated email stating that they are overwhelmed by similar discrepancies. To summarize my issues, the weight of the equipment ripped through the packaging in transit,& a needed Hex Bolt did not arrive; both the Hex Bolts & Round Bolts are too long for the Lower Side Bracing & cannot secure the base of the frame; the lower ports on the Upper Frames for the Round Bolts intended for the Lower Side Bracing are circular instead of the needed squared ports,& cannot fasten due to the square-peg-round-hole scenario; the Lock Nuts are also too large in height to fit underneath the Lower Side Bracing & cannot fasten the base of the frame. Again, no attempts have been made to rectify this.

Stop using FedEx, they suck, always takes forever. They start out by giving false hours of delivery date. They the delivery date always changes to be a week later. Rogue and Rep use UPS and there delivery date is always spot on.

Worse bar I've ever bought. The bar is not balanced so when doing skull crushers, the bar pivots towards your skull. Not safe

Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. It would be a decent product, BUT… I ordered the instock item and it took a while to ship. Then the tracking quit updating, so I contacted customer support. They told me to wait a few days and if the tracking didn’t update, they would send another. The tracking never changed and they send a second one out. Then I got a delay notification. Then another then another. Apparently the label was damaged or unreadable at every scan location. I didn’t understand how that could happen, until it arrived on my porch. It was wrapped only in PLASTIC WRAP with no protective packing materials. The wrap was mangled , and upon unpacking, the metal was bent at the lip and the connector piece doesn’t fit because it is banged up. The rubber mat is mangled, and there is NO hardware. I contacted customer support again, and hope they can at least sent out replacement hardware & mat. I recommend they take more care in packaging orders, I’m sure it’s frustrating all around.

The replacement sent is missing the same exact part. Poor quality control. The service from the customer rep was excellent. So, this is strictly on your QA. Very poor experience!

The quality of the belt seems very good. However, I went off the specific measurements of the website and the belt is too small. All I am trying to do is exchange it for a bigger belt but they don’t do that is what I am told. Just return it and wait for your money to be refunded and then order a new one. The customer service call center is horrible and keep getting the runaround. Good product terrible customer service.

You shipped a kettlebell in a much larger box without using any packing material at all. It was just placed in the box free to smash around. This caused the shipping label to be destroyed ... twice! When received it, the box looked like it had been through a war, and the kettlebell was a bit roughed up too. Frankly, I'm surprised it even made it to me.

Items shipped are packaged in accordance to carrier's protocols as they tend to not pick up shipments if the packaging is compromised or in some cases, the item is returned. The packaging of the kettlebell must've been damaged in transit and FedEx tried to remedy the packaging as they do when the shipping label is damaged. I am glad however that the item was still delivered despite delays. My apologies again for the way your item was delivered. We value our customers' experience and are constantly working with carriers to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit.

Welds on my landline straight tbar handle attachment we’re pretty terrible. You can see an open gap on each side. Where the weld is binding it still looks sloppy and careless.

The machine is great but the service is horrible. I purchased the machine on a Monday and on Wednesday it went on a flash sale. The Titan has refused to credit the difference.

Shipment was delayed, so waited longer than usual for my hyperextension bench. Then during assembly product came with an incorrect handle making the handles useless.
