Haven’t even opened my equipment. PayPal had my old address stored (just moved 6 months ago) and auto populated the delivery address to my old house. I had already populated my current address on the Titan website before being rerouted to PayPal. But, I failed to verify before clicking the final button, so that’s on me. I Placed my order at 7:44PM. I reached out the next morning to have the delivery address changed. Titan told me there was nothing they could do. That changed to if I paid $60 they could change the address. I had to drive across town to a stranger’s house to explain my situation and load a couple hundred pounds of equipment by myself.

Hi Nimo, thank you for the review and my apologies about this sir. I have had a chance to check this and my apologies again; due to fast turn around times, we cannot make changes to most orders once they are placed. Orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse team as soon as they are placed and once there, changes can no longer be made, including cancelling the order; it will start to be processed based on the information attached. I can see that a your order was already processed and shipped before your request to change the shipping address. A rerouting request with the carrier has been offered but was not accepted. This is usually the only option when an order is requested to be changed or cancelled after it has been processed. My apologies again.

Do NOT buy any scratch-and-dent offers from Titan. I purchased a SnD T2 power rack and called prior to pulling the trigger to make sure that it would only come with minor cosmetic scars, not missing parts or unusable parts. I was assured that was correct. When it arrived it was missing 4 lag bolts. When I wrote to Titan about it, they told me (1) it doesn't have lag bolts (it does: size 12mmx75); (2) that they don't send out missing parts, but I can buy them at the hardware store (obvious); and that it tells buyers that the product may be missing hardware--which is true, but only if buyers click the Product Overview menu option below the main page advertising the product, so it is easy to miss. So, I saved some money but then had to spend $12.80 for 4 lag bolts. Until they can guarantee that all the hardware will be sent to you DON'T risk it. They will leave you hanging.

Horrible customer service! I spent almost $2K with Titan on equipment and when a get a bench with a damaged backrest, their "customer service" just tells me there is no resolution!! What????

Only Half the machine was delivered…(box 2 of 2) invoice was adjusted so that I was charged for box 2 only lol Titan…wtf am I supposed to do with half the machine lol lmao

Hi Dan, thank you for the review and my apologies about the experience you have had with your order. I have had a chance to check and indeed, your order was supposed to have been shipped in 2 boxes however, the Box 1 went out of stock while your order was being processed, and due to our warehouse team not able to cancel orders, they processed that part that was in stock at the time and shipped, charging you only half the order initially. My apologies again as your order was from our Scratch and Dent section and items from this category are seasonal items that have no definite stock where a replacement can be keyed. I can see that a full refund was issued on 09/07. This is on us and we'll strive to do better. Thank you for letting turn provide a resolution for you.

Very poor on the returning services. $19 will be taken away from my refund to return an item that was wrong. That’s very sad, cause my whole Gym was setup through then. And this will be the last time I will be buying something through them. Just know that if you return something it will not be cheap.

I love titan. But my last order got absolutely destroyed by FedEx. Boxed ripped to pieces, numerous parts lost. I immediately took pictures and reported to titan and have yet to hear back

We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a replacement has been keyed and delivered on 09/14. We value our customers' experience and are constantly working to make sure items are delivered complete and also to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit; making it less likely that pieces will be lost while in transit. Did not have the dimensions of the bumper plates on the Website for the scratch and dent section. The 10 lb plates are 14 inches wide. Standard bumper plates are 18 inches across. The company is giving me a hard time telling me I should have known the dimensions. I would have known the dimensions if they would have had it on the site for the scratch and dent section. They have dimensions on the site for the brand new ones but not for the scratch and dent sections.

The product listing online usually for Scratch and Dent items have the same information as the non Scratch and Dent version. I have had a chance to check and the plate has a photo showing the overall diameter along with the information being displayed under the specifications page; all the photos are usually imported to the Scratch and Dent page as well, my apologies however if there was missing information as we cannot verify this since pages from the Scratch and Dent version are taken down once an item has been sold out. This is on us and we'll strive to be better. We will use this feedback to better ascertain the information that is included in our Scratch and Dent Category so this doesn’t happen again.

Sad to report had a terrible experience with your company. I bought a product that still had not been delivered, when it went on sale. I was denied the discount even though I had not even received my product when it arrived it had scratches and dents in multiple spots. Makes me wonder if I was given poor product on purpose. Will be using REP Fitness from now on, so incredibly disappointed..

Hi Fernando, thank you for the review and my apologies about this. I am so sorry to hear that you did not receive your order despite the tracking showing delivered. We usually would recommend first to double check your area and possibly with a neighbor as carriers on some cases try to hide packages to prevent tempting someone to take it. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. 3rd time ordering a product and having it show up damaged and had to return just to get a replacement that showed up damaged. Just a oh we sorry to hearvthis from customer service. Poor packaging and horrible shipping. As well as product quality is not great eirher. Will never order from this company again.

A part is severely bent, preventing the machine from being assembled. I have submitted a complaint to customer service and am waiting for a response. I will be happy to update this review if this problem is resolved.

I ordered the Neck attachment meant from scratch and dent. It literally can’t fit the 3X3 racks like stated and I shown support a video of me attempting to insert it in the rack. I also sent pictures of the attachment in my 2X2 rack which it should be completely incomparable with. Support is telling me they need to see the attachment inside the the X3 instead of the 2X2 rack. If it could fit in the X3 I wouldn’t be contacting support saying it doesn’t fit. I don’t understand what’s not understood about the attachment not being able to fit the intended rack.

Missing J hook and hardware pack. Support is responding days between emails and still haven’t received an update on if I’ll receive my missing items. Packaging was horrible and I literally watched the uprights fall out the box onto the concrete as the fedex driver removed the box from the truck. Many scratches and paint imperfections from what I assume if from the rack literally falling on concrete in my face or because of Titan being Titan. I 100% regret buying the X3 short and I should’ve paid extra and bought the Rouge SML-1. I’m literally dealing with support on two different products and we’re still getting no where. This was my final purchase with Titan after having multiple bad experiences. I learned my lesson and I’ll now only shop with REP or ROUGE where I never have to experience anything like this.
