Equipment was rusted, scratched up and uneven. One box was damaged. This company does not care about making the situation right in any way. As a first time customer I can see they do not care about quality or providing fair customer service. Huge disappointment!!

Dealing with Titan Fitness customer service is horrible. I cancelled an item as soon as they told me it was backordered. They shipped it out anyways. I was then told they could redirect the package back to them and I agreed. They never contacted the shipping carrier, so it was delivered to my doorstep. Now they are forcing me to pay for return shipping. I really wanted to like their products but it's not worth dealing with their customer service, I am now going with another brand.

Unfortunately, the item arrived earlier than the provided backorder date, which is why it was released and shipped when you contacted us. Since the order can no longer be canceled, we need to charge a return fee as it is being paid to the carrier. Ordered a T2 on from the scratch and dent. Arrived on time but it was short one Upright with all the holes. Called customer service and they said to "keep" it and they will issue credit to me for the entire amount. Instructed me to order another one. So I ordered another one (different model, more expensive too). As of this writing the have already charged me for the new order but have yet to credit me back for the first one. They say that the credit has been sent to my CC company. But it's already 4 business days since they said they would do this and I have yet to see anything. I also have an "extra" unusable rack that I have to figure out how to dispose of.

Slow and unhelpful customer service. I will never use them again, even if I have to spend more elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle buying from Titan.

Hi Chris, thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and I can see that the Safety Squat Bar went on a Flash Sale on 09/22. We do have a price adjustment policy however, this can be applied on items that went on sale 24 hours after purchase. Also the policy does not apply to Spend & Save promotions, promotions that are initiated with a coupon code, Black Friday, Cyber Monday promotions, Flash Sale or Scratch & Dent items. I can see that your Safety Squat Olympic Bar was purchased on 09/19 and the item on a flash sale on 09/22. My apologies again as a price adjustment cannot be applied on your order.

Missing a couple nuts and bolts and 2 10 pound plates.Can’t finish putting it together. As much as this thing costs, I was expecting to get all the parts.

Wrong item arrive and it was only about 1/3 of that machine with no hardware to connect anything. Box came beat up and was a box within a box. Reaching out to customer service.

The only reason I give a 1 Star is because I cannot give a 0 star. I ordered 4 pieces of equipment on 9/7/22. I received all 4 barbells in 3 different shipment dates. It has been almost 3 weeks now and still have not received my replacement barbell because the 80lb barbell was damaged. This is the most horrendous experience I have ever had while ordering a product. My order was almost $500.00 and said to be delivered within 3-5 days and again, here it is almost 3 weeks later and I still have not received my 80lb replacement after sending photos to Titan of the damaged original 80lb that I received. I was offered 15% discount for my troubles if I wanted to keep the damaged barbell instead of exchange. After looking on the Titan website as of 9/23/22, I see that all 4 barbells are on sale at a 20% discount. I was mot even offered the sale price. What a Joke! Needless to say, you guys are horrible as a company that the public depends on to bring equipment into their home gym. I don’t know as to why I have received around 50+ emails in regards to this 4 piece order but that tells me this company is more worried about sending out e-mails as oppose to filling orders in a timely manner and making sure they get to heir destination. Also dealing with a customer service who wants to talk over you and say Sorry 100x is a pain in itself. To make a long story short; you did a s**tty job and dropped the ball with this first time customer and there definitely will NOT be a second time!!

THEY PACKAGED THIS VERY POORLY AND DAMAGE WAS CLEARLY SCRATCH AND DENT VERY MISLEADING.. THEY MADE NO ATTEMPT TO REPLACE OR EVEN OFFER A DISCOUNT OF ANY KIND. VERY SNEAKY. I EVEN SENT PICTURES.....

Order delivered; but I received version two of the storage unit and version one of the shelves so they don’t even attach properly. I contacted Titan and no assistance from them, said they had to escalate because I didn’t want to pay a restocking fee for a product that wasn’t the right one and they sent to me…

I have had a chance to check and indeed, the storage shelf has updated designs which no longer fits the Dumbbell Storage Tray. My sincere apologies. The return shipping cost the was mentioned was due to your initial inquiry of mistakenly ordering the Dumbbell Tray instead of the Rotating one, however, since the tray cannot be mounted with the shelve's updated design, it was waived off. So I'm giving them 1 star because I had some issues the seat had a small rip and one of the rubber feet was ripped as well. So the following day I called the 800 number and they told me to email pictures which I did. I have not got a response yet, but I have received two email asking me how Titan Fitness did. I ignored the first one wanted to give them time to fix it It's like a waiter asking for a tip before I receive all my food. So we will see what happens

I have had a chance to check and I can see that a resolution was offered, however, it was not accepted and a parts replacement was keyed instead. We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I have bought 5 things from titan. Only thing that hasn't broken is the thing I don't use, a camber bar. Wall ball, busted open. Plyo box, split in 1/2. Sandbag, split open 1st day. Shelving, didn't fit together. If you're considering buying from titan, message me and I'll give you the money to buy something better.

Hi Kelly, thank you for the review and my apologies about the experience you have had in regards to shipping. I was able to check and I can see that your order was shipped on 09/16 and was delivered on 09/23. This item was shipped via ground and are normally delivered in about 2-4 business days or less after being processed but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. We definitely suggest that you reach out to the carrier with this feedback. we value our customers' experience and feedback and are constantly working with carriers to better make shipping time more efficient. I sure hope you give us another chance. My apologies again.

It took over 2 weeks to get 5lb plates that look used and are damaged. When the other plates I ordered took less than a week and looked perfect. Will not order from Titan again.

There were pieces that didn’t fit well, pieces that didn’t fit, missing parts, services center phones not manned at all times, very disappointing.
