My order was sent to the wrong address. Someone put in the wrong address but titan fitness said it was my fault and charged me 20 to reroute the package. It wasn't rerouted it was delivered and rejected. I probably won't order from you again. Too much of a hassle had yo call then call the finance company...told neither company talks to the other...called again. Was kind of told it was my fault but bit was an address I've never heard of so how could I put it in...just bad customer service.

Hi Steven. We apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we shipped orders to the address input on the system upon placing the order. We have checked, and the registered address is the address on the Bread account. I am extremely disappointed in your customer service and your quality control! I purchased the Back Hyperextension V2 and still have not been able to use it or put it together due to the lack of quality control. The initial misunderstanding was the locking nuts included and with no instructions of the tools needed to assemble the V2. Once I purchased the proper tools and assembled the V2, my assembly was halted by this quality control issue. The main frame is bent at the entry point preventing me from inserting the pad support rod. I have sent pictures describing the issue. I was sent a plastic insert and when I informed the next customer service agent of my challenge, I was referred to file a warranty claim? I find this very disturbing how I am being handled for this item I paid for but still cannot use because someone is not doing their job or your return policy for defective items is not to the consumer's advantage but yours. I requested to be sent a completely new Main frame or new unit. I do not feel as though I should not have to go through the processes of doing the job of the employees of Titan Fitness Customer service or Quality Control. Please submit a return for this item. I am no longer interested in keeping it. It has been a hassle, that I can no longer put energy into! I am extremely disappointed because this item seems to fit my needs, but I will never know.

The ordering experience was easy. My order shipped quickly and arrived on time. The item ordered wasn't exactly as described. Hopefully, customer service will correct the issue. Update, I have not heard back from customer service. I sent a follow up email and didn't receive a response. I called this morning and didn't get a resolution. I am now waiting for a response. I expected better service.

Titan Multi grip camber bar was shipped in a box that didn’t cover the sleeves. Fedex delivered the bar and the sleeves were damaged.

We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. Still, we value our customers' experience and are constantly working with carriers to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit. The tall lat pull down attachment should come with longer cables. Not the short stack cables with attachments. This limits the range of motion significantly. Very disappointed. Such an easy fix. Come on Titan.

Order arrived in two separate packages on two different dates. Once it did, it arrived with no instructions at all. I contacted customer support and they haven’t provided an answer or a digital version of the instructions, so now I’m stuck figuring out how to assemble this thing. Highly disappointed.

Horrible. The item was delayed 4 separate times. Never got my package for my son's birthday. Eventually, canceled the order and requested a refund.

Hi William, thank you for posting a review and my apologies about this. I have had a chance to check and I can see that your initial order was shipped but was damaged by the carrier in transit. I can see that 2 replacement orders were shipped however, FedEx also damaged the 2 replacements. We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I can see that a full refund has been issued on 10/03. My apologies again.

I have had a chance to check and I can see that the order you placed for the Linebacker Squat Landmine Attachment was delivered with a quality issue and one from our warranty team has reached out and offered and keyed a full replacement. My apologies for the miscommunication if that was not the resolution that you wanted. I have had a chance to check and Initially, the part that needed replacing was out of stock and a resolution was offered due to this however, they were able to source the part from another item and a replacement order has been keyed and tagged delivered on 10/17. My apologies again for the inconvenience as stock for proprietary parts at the moment are for reserved for completing whole items and does not readily have spares.

I’m willing to give anyone a try even if they have a bad review we’ll unfortunately I’m the one giving the bad review now. I had ordered a cable machine and when it was supposed to be delivered they showed up a with a semi and told my husband to get his forklift to get it off the truck. I’m sorry we do not have a forklift! So they sent it back to their wear house so in the meantime I get ahold of Titan and they tell me there should of been a lift gate on the truck to deliver it. Ok it took a couple of days with no contact from Titan so when I finally called them back they told me it was going to be delivered that day so of course I’m excited well my husband stayed home to accept the delivery except it never came I called fedex and they told me there was never a delivery for that day I had to schedule my own delivery for the next week and when I called back they had no care in the world that they lied to me and to boot the day after I bought it it went on sale and they wouldn’t price match that for me. Needless to say I will never buy from Titan again.

Hello Ashlee! We were able to locate your recent order with us and found the order was shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. Freight orders are instructed to be delivered with a forklift if needed. We apologize if the carrier failed to do so on their first attempt to deliver the item. I did not receive my complete order. You failed to send my “4 pack Weight Plate Holders X-3 Series Racks” I just got off the phone with your customer service representative. She was very polite but your process is terrible and I have no idea when I am going to get my equipment. Additionally one of the items sent does not fit properly “X-3 Series Roller J-Hooks”. One fits one does not. Titan Fitness shipped an entire multiply item order under one shipment/order number. I WOULD NEVER ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM AT A TIME FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
