i ordered the leg press hack squat machine for 2 grand ,and a few days later seen on amazon for 1 grand cheaper ( same machine ) i aksed them to price match and they refused ( i sent them a copy of my new receipt ) . and they would not cancel the shipping order and let it be delivered and tried to stick me with the return shipping cost , i will never do any business with this company again !

Hi Tom, thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. We do have a price adjustment policy, however, it can only be applied on items bought directly from our website if the same item at our website goes on sale 24 hours after an order has been placed for it. I'm afraid the same item being sold at a 3rd party website cannot be considered for a price adjustment they retailer websites tend to have their own promos that coincides with their guidelines permitting us to sell our items there. My apologies as about your order that we weren't able to cancel. There are certain phases on order processing that cannot be stopped or altered. Due to fast turn around times, most orders cannot be changes once they are placed. Your order was processed and was loaded by the carrier at their truck to be sorted for delivery. If a cancellation request is received, we will have to call the carrier to have it rerouted back to us since the order has already been shipped at the time of your request. A return shipping cost will be charged since your request to cancel the order was not a result of internal factors affecting order processing and shipping. My apologies again.

The curl bar was delivered late without a box. The bar has blemishes and pitting in the finish.

Sent me 2 silver X3 squat racks. I ordered Black. They say there is nothing that they can do because the sales person put it in the quote as silver and I didn't catch it. I ordered $20k worth of equipment and there’s nothing that can be done…

This is the 3rd piece of equipment that I have purchased from you and the 2nd time something was missing from the box. The 1st time was rectified expeditiously and with minimal impact on us. This time, NOT so much! I was told to be patient in that they were trying to source the missing parts from an inventory. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE PARTS ON HAND IN INVENTORY FOR WHAT YOU SOLD AND SHIPPED OUT!! Its been a week and I'm still waiting on someone to get back with me me on your plan to get me the missing parts. I am very pleased with the quality of your products; however, your quality control and your costumer service will most likely prevent me from recommending or purchasing more of your products.

My bike once put together makes a lot of noise clinging I called to make a report and was pass around it’s been a week now no response. Even made a video of the sound not happy at all

Hi Kevin, thank you for posting a review and my apologies as we understand that there are areas on the design that we can improve a upon to deliver a better experience. I have had a chance to check and some exercise bikes uses magnetic resistance that is smooth and quiet, or friction resistance where pressure is applied directly to the flywheel, however, our exercise bikes uses fan or air resistance to control the intensity of your workouts. The air resistance exercise bike do not produce an ear-splitting noise, but they can be loud enough to prevent you from hearing the TV or listening to your favorite music. My apologies again however, this is normal for bikes that uses a fan wheel instead of a conventional flywheel. 1. I called Titan customer service to confirm X3 height before order 2. Titan confirmed height vs my ceiling height and pointed me to to the below graphic indicating the height to confirm 3. They gave me the ok to order 4. The height measures too heigh vs what is advertised so therefore does not fix in my house 5. I called Titan and they confirmed it’s an error on their side and said they need to update the website (this is on a recorded line) This is a fault of Titan and is due to false/erroneous advertising. Again, I’m open to a reasonable partial refund (so I can try to put it outdoors with cover). I have emailed and called several times and a Manager has not reached back out to resolve this. My next step is to report to BBB if not resolved.

The next day I received my trap bar it went on sale by $20 dollars. Customer service was of no help.

We do have a price adjustment policy, which can be applied to items that went on sale 24 hours after being purchased, however.This policy does not apply to Spend & Save promotions, promotions that are initiated with a coupon code, Black Friday, Cyber Monday promotions, Flash Sale or Scratch & Dent items. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a your order was placed on 10/29 and the Olympic Hex Weight Bar went on sale on 11/02 and was also a Flash Sale as part of our Black Friday Early Access. My apologies as neither conditions would fit granting a price match.

Entire order is damaged due to poor packaging from Titan. Multiple uprights and tubes were not padded on ends and got destroyed/destroyed other pieces. (Only 1 of the tubes was padded.) Order is useless to me in this condition.

This doesn’t fit unless it’s literally hammered into place. The parallel brace is way too snug and will not slide into place like my other accessories…. Terribly measured and made

FedEx couldn’t take it off the truck bc their trolley only held 400 pounds. The shipment came in a bolted box which I couldn’t open because I didn’t have anything that takes off bolts so I couldn’t take it piece by piece into my studio. There’s no mention about potentially needing a white glove service to set it up or anything so I refused the package. It’s been two weeks and Titan hasn’t refunded me and wants to charge me $500 for shipment back. Makes no sense. Do not recommend.

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. Our listing is incorrect. We changed the bar design in Sept of 2021 and our supplier was supposed to let our online and marketing team know when the new bars were shipped to us but they did not. Therefore, our warehouse team has been shipping the new version with the old version still listed in the photos. This is on us and we'll strive to do better. My apologies again.

The equipment is complete garbage. The link to the instructions is to associated with a different machine, and none of the screws and washers are the correct size. The machine is completely unstable and unusable. If Titan is in the business of stealing money from people, you should consider selling defective products that will not mangle or maim people when it breaks.

Ordered 2 things and needed to cancel 1. I was told just the 1 product would be rerouted but my entire order was. I was also told I wouldn't be charged for the piece I wanted because it was also rerouted and not delivered. I was charged for both items and now I have to reorder the one I was always supposed to get.

I purchased the rackable hex bar as new, but it arrived with scratches and visible signs of having been lightly used before, or at least tested; I contacted Titan and a rep sent me an email to forward pictures, which I did, twice now, and still no response from Titan. That bar should have never been sold as new, but as scratch and dent instead, and I am still waiting for a resolution and an answer to my email sent twice. BTW, delivery took two weeks.

Very poor quality, bench seats aren’t level. If you tighten the nuts down on the seats like they need, the snap doesn’t allow you to put it in each hole when going to adjust. Also the gap is way too big as you work harder to avoid that then working out on it at times.
