Pretty much one of the worst purchasing experiences I've ever had. Started with my e chart getting messed up and having the wrong items ordered. Then finding out that cancelling them would cost ME to pay the shipping. Finally me agreeing to cancel the items I didn't want only to have them ship them to me anyway. I'm not left with a bunch of plates I didn't orginally order or want. Also, I've been waiting over 10 days for a call be from customer support. I guess my only option now is to sell of the plates I don't want. Utterly horrible experience on every level.

One of the pieces came with a screw put in raised, and crooked and completely stripped out and your customer service is telling me 90 days to replace the piece. If I ordered new, I’d have it in my hands in a couple of weeks, so that clearly demonstrates the piece is in stock, but your customer service department has de used they will wait 90 days to mail kt

I bought a new SSB from your company. You sent me a used, damaged, incomplete bar (no handles) in a box that was barely holding together. The hassle to box this item back up so I could ship it back for a refund is something I will remember the next time I need equipment.

Cancer causing no response to return by FedEx contact and constant promises to pick up items still where left. It’s a fake shipper beware do not buy from here.

We are missing a piece of equipment from our final delivery. I reported it over a week ago and have not received any information. I asked to have another curl bar shipped out to me and was told, no. That an investigation needs to take place before anything can be shipped out. When I spent close to $2000 on an order, one small piece of equipment is missing, and I’m treated like a thief rather than a customer who hasn’t had their order fulfilled; makes me think about doing business with you again.

Completely wrong item was sent to me. I had ordered 90” X3 uprights and was sent T3 spotter arms. Other items in order were missing hardware and now I need to take time out of my schedule to return incorrect item while my payment and order are held hostage. I also need to take time to go out and get additional hardware. Customer service has been extremely unresponsive. This is my first order through Titan Fitness and if my experience continues to be negative it will definitely be my last.

The handle I ordered arrived in an unusable condition due to faulty manufacturing. I'm awaiting the arrival of the replacement handle now.

So let begin with saying that I was very happy with my purchase until the item arrived. Upon unpacking I realized that the grip padding on the curl bar was ripped on the left hand side. It is a large rip that affects you no matter where you place your hand. I contacted customer service and they said that my only options were to replace the whole subassembly which was on back-order with no ETA or accept a $17.00 refund to go find my own solution. I even asked if customer service could just figure out the best solution for me and do it. I don't know how to fix a torn rubber grip, but someone who sells fitness equipment probably deals with this issue often. But customer service just wanted to push a whole sub-assembly replacement, which means I have to take to machine apart just to replace the grip, or $17. Putting the machine together was not difficult however online directions need to be more detailed.....there seemed to be some steps that were skipped. I believe it does need 2 people to put it together. My overall thoughts about the Bicep Curl Machine is probably 4-Stars. It could be designed better but at this price point it does what it says. I am just unsatisfied with their customer service and fix solutions. I would have been happier if they would have sent me the best item to fix my problem with minimum requirements on my part. I understand that things happen outside of the companys control. I just didn't like the only two options I was given is replace this whole sub-assembly whenever that part is back in stock or $17.

I’ve been attempting to get ahold of customer service to get options for replacement parts for my T3 rig setup but can’t seem to ever get anyone on the phone. I’m worried that by the time I do, I will be told that returns/exchanges aren’t allowed outside of the 30 day window.

Never received half of my order. Titan customer service was no help and I had to submit a claim through the shipping company, who told me that Titan didn't ship with a value guarantee so I would not receive the full amount I paid for the missing items. Went days between communications with customer support and never got any more than copy/paste answers that were utterly unhelpful when I did get a response. Some of the equipment I received was fine. Good for the price point but definitely wouldn't consider it quality. Weight plate coating chips and rubs off on the bar immediately. Looks like there is rust beneath the powder coat. Hard to beat the prices but very easy to beat the customer service.

Hello. This is a specific response to Request #1578065. Firstly, Stephanie De Guzman did a great job in her responses and answering my questions throughout our interactions. This rating isn't about her or her customer service. This rating is related to the "management" response for a "10% partial refund" for a damaged-in-shipping piece of hardware I ordered with the complete expectation that what I ordered is what I would receive. NOT a 'scratch-and-dent' item. I understand shipping heavy steel can result in damage although better packaging on corners would alleviate this. My expectations were not managed correctly in that the 10% refund should have been an OVERALL 10% of the purchase price and not a 10% of the actual piece of hardware. I purchased the "Core Unit" as a WHOLE so, the idea of making it right with the discount for that is what I would have agreed to had I assumed the offer was inclusive of that. It wasn't until Stephanie told me it was for the individual piece that I asked her to check once again with the Management and she, unfortunately, came back with the same decision and I'm very disappointed in that. I'm still open to this being made right and am easily found for a discussion if any of the "Management" are interested in having that brief discussion with me. Kind Regards, J. Diaz

I’ve been working a lot so I have not been able to set up my machine, but the day I got the notification that it had arrived I was extremely excited could not wait to get a break from work to set up, but when I finally got home the box was in shambles, holes, metal exposed, looks like it has some nicks. I have yet to set up so once I set up I’ll update but as far as packaging and delivery not happy at all.

Unusable due to threads on pedal and crank being mared and poorly cut. Customer service refuses to acknowledge the issue. Better business bureau being contacted today.

My order took longer than expected. When it arrived the box was very damaged and much of the hardware was missing. When I emailed customer service for a replacement it took 3 days for a response (even though the messaging stated I’d hear back on 24-48 hours). Calling in was a nightmare of transfers and disconnections. Finally got a hold of customer service and they said they processed the replacement but couldn’t expedite shipping. I called back after no email confirmation and discovered the replacement was never processed. New customer service associate said they processed the order. Still no communication in the last 4 days after I’ve emailed for tracking number and shipment details. It’s been over three weeks since I purchased my rack and I still don’t have the parts to put it together

I am still waiting for my order to be complete. My vertical pieces for my folding rack still haven't showed up. I've called your company many times and there is not any response or a call back. What are you doing I had sent you numerous emails on this concern. I feel like you guys have been very unprofessional in handling this. The days of delivery there was somebody home all day nothing showed up. Big gap on the bottom please advise.

I highly recommend buying your equipment elsewhere. Titan Fitness handles employs shady policies and poor customer experience and cannot be trusted. I ordered a large piece of equipment that required freight shipping during their black friday "sale.". Typical freight shipping requires setting up a delivery appointment, which Titan assured me they would, however no one ever called. Instead, my equipment was dropped in a freight crate on my driveway with no notice and sat outside for 3 days as I was away for work and was almost destroyed from the weather. If this wasn't enough, the day after I received the box, Titan dropped the price of the item beyond the Black Friday price. When I asked for them to grant the new price, as I just ordered it, they refused. Dropping price after black friday and not honoring this for customers (a move almost no company employs) is highly misleading, and simply a scam to take advantage of customers who rightfully assume that would be the best price. I will no longer be shopping at Titan, and will take my business elsewhere. I highly recommend Rogue, GetRXd, Extreme Training Equipment, PRX, ForceUSA, and amazon for basic needs.
