Address on my order was wrong. Tried to call and have it fixed and was told this wasn’t possible. So wanted to just cancel the order then. Was told this wasn’t possible either. Called within 30 minutes of placing my order. Had to wait to talk to someone for 30 minutes. So instead of fixing my order titan shipped it to someone else and still is trying to charge me for something I didn’t get. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Not sure what system you guys use but it should be fairly easy to go in and fix an address. And if it is that hard get a new operating system. From now on I’ll gladly pay extra for Rogue. You’ve lost a long time customer with this last transaction I’ve had with your company.

I reached out to rectify some issues with the product and never got a call back. I know it’s a busy season and I get that. I feel like the piece of equipment I bought really isn’t safe and could get someone hurt and needs to be designed better. Love the low prices but we should sacrifice in other areas.

Product arrived late due to an unreadable barcode. Product arrived damaged. I contacted customer support, and have not gotten any resolution.

I ordered the Fat Grip Parallel Landmine Handle and it arrived damaged. I contacted you about this item and sent you the pictures you requested. I have been waiting over two weeks to get a shipping label from you to send it back. I have sent multiple emails and made even more phone calls requesting requesting my label to avail. I am very disappointed with how this has been handled.

I ordered a foldable squat rack during the Black Friday sales. 2 weeks later, I received an email stating my order had been canceled. I waited about a week to call because I still had not received a refund to my card. Since, I have called twice about the refund and I am still waiting. I also lost out on the Black Friday sales and now had to purchase a rack at a higher price from another retailer since I missed their Black Friday deal by choosing Titan. I will not purchase from TITAN again.

Not great, I’ve had to work with the customer service team more times than I would have wished for. I still have not received my credit for items cancelled on 11.29 and can’t use one of the pulley systems because it’s missing a part. Every time I speak or email someone they are pleasant and work with me but unfortunately no results to this point. Just talk and I’m missing $644 from my account and can’t use part of my total purchase.

you need to speak to your shipping contractor.... package was shredded!!! looks like it probably was dropped, kicked, and dragged to my doorstep...... find a shipping contractor who can handle bulky products with weight....this is what you sell and what we purchase from YOU!!! not impressed

I’d never buy anything from this company, from shipping to customer support I’d say there clueless. Not to mention the equipment is made in China so it’s of a terrible quality. Never support this company.

Order never showed up, I reached out to customer service and got a quick response with the delivery info and pictures of a place that it was left that was clearly not mine. Responded and said as much but it’s been three days and still no response.

Titan V3 incline bench- the seat tilt bracket does not line up with the hole for the pop pin. unable to tilt the seat. original email sent to support on 12/6 with pictures of the issue. It took 1 week to get a reply. Ive requested a replacement as this is a manuafacturing defect. Ive recieved 2 more emails with them asking questions and no resolution. each reply goes multple days before i get a response. Not inpressed with their lack of urgency to address the defective product. Still awaiting a response on if it will be replaced and when.

Products were left at bottom of driveway in rain. No one came to door to inform of dropping packages off. Good news products are high quality and just think it might be delivery person.

Came with missing parts and no tools, refuses to send me missing parts, said I would have to send them it back and they can send a replacement. If they have a full set why are they unable to take the missing parts and sent it to me like that. I already spent time and effort putting it together and they expect me to have to take it apart repackage it and send it back when it was their mistake? The shipping cost for something like 40 pounds? Horrible customer service.

I'm still waiting to hear back from my initial communication on the absolutely terrible quality of the Inclined Bench V3. The lower portion of the seat adjustment feature can't even be assembled, no matter how you adjust the slots the locking part doesn't align. Not a happy 1st-time customer!
