I placed an order of pull up bar (final sale) online and item arrived with the main component which is the bar missing. I have called customer service 3 times and each time I was told there’s nothing they can do and will I please hold while they transfer me to “a product specialist” and the holds are each time hour long. I was told to leave a number for them to call me back, which they never did (there was one call from them, presumably the “call back”, that I answered which they promptly hung up on). I am so far approaching 3 hours on hold time and yet still no resolution whatsoever. I question whether the so called “product specialist” actually exists since it’s quite inconceivable that phone holds are never answered after hours during normal business hours on a weekday and the call back is a sham. As of now I’m still on hold over the phone, time stamp at half an hour. Zero resolution and zero answer and a complete waste of time.

Ordered to 10 lbs bumper plates lost my first order took forever no tracking updates and info. Logistics department terrible. Customer service was good. But very unhappy with the service.

Terrible experience, first and last time buying stuff from Titan, landmine stand arrived with a broken wheel and missing hardware (three M10 bolt/nut/washers were missing). I should've listened to Alan Thrall!!

I think the products are good. Unfortunately my first time experience with Titan has not been good. Almost 2 weeks after delivery and my mass storage system with dumbbell trays is still not fully assembled. It seems I was not issued the proper cross bar for the dumbbell tray to sit in as there is no hole in it to bolt the tray to. I’ve been waiting several days for customer service to right this wrong but I’m still waiting. Very inefficient, very frustrating.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would phone and wait an hour until it finally hung up on me. When I left my call back number, nobody would phone me back. Ive been trying to get an answer for the past 2 weeks on my defective order.

Customer Service is terrible! They tell you one thing and then the supervisors won’t call you back but email you instead and tell you they can’t do something after another rep told you they could. I regret my purchase due to terrible customer service. I have liked the rack but wish they could’ve done something for me for the weight plate holders. I guess you guys don’t want repeat business for additional products.

I do not recommend this product if you have a T-2 rack, which is what I have. You are able to attach the product to the power rack but the problem comes when you actually try to use it. Firstly the attachment hangs downward, meaning to use it, you must flip it upside down (it does not stay in this appropriate position unless you meticulously center and balance it) and carefully insert the barbell while trying to maintain the attachments balance. Once finished with your exercise and you remove the barbell from the attachment, it will flail down back to its original position clanging loudly and damaging whatever is it its way. The “details” section of this product says it is compatible for T-2, T-3, and all other series’ Titan Power Racks. This is painfully misleading.

Can’t review my recent order because after ten days of placing the order it still hasn’t shipped although it is in stock. I can’t complain about the equipment cause it is good but they are ridiculously slow on shipping and CS wont give you any information about your order if you contact them. It’s sad they suck so much on getting orders shipped. If you want on time go somewhere else.

I ordered a "Scratch and Dent" 20" steel atlas stone. Before I ordered it, I spoke to customer service, who assured me that items in the scratch and dent category are only sold if they are functional. Unfortunately this stone is bent in a way that does not allow for the insertion of the closing bolt. This makes the stone unusable without substantial assistance from a machine shop.

Ordered the seated Dip Machine and the metal bush holding the rotation shaft is BENT! Won't work and I can't use the machine. Sent pictures and you sent me some plastic cap that isn't in the photos I sent you, come on get it together.

I received a damaged 100lb barbell. I was told I would be shipped a new 100lb barbell but was send another terribly damaged piece that wasn’t even shipped in a box. There is nobody to talk to, and I’m stuck with waiting to be emailed. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service.

Awful experience with Customer Service and Titan's return policy! Received a 60" axel bar as a Christmas gift (bought at the end of November) and wanted to exchange the unused 60" bar for the 84" axel bar, but was told they're unable to handle the exchange/return because it's been more than 30 days. This is a terrible customer experience. To make matters worse, when asking to speak with a Customer Service manager, I'm told I'll get a call back within the day, but that hasn't happened yet. I've called on 3 separate occasions! Will never purchase anything from Titan again!
