Customer service is terrible. I requested they honor their prior sales price (expired for about 3 days) which they did not. After purchasing the product, BUT BEFORE DELIVERY, I received notification that the product I purchased was on sale again for a price 10% below the sales price I was asking them to honor. I again requested an adjustment, but never heard from them. Coincidentally, today (less than 1 week since the product was finally delivered) I received another notice that this product is again on sale for the price I asked them to honor. When my product was delivered, the box had obvious damage-- one end had been torn open and re-closed with packaging tape. The nuts and bolts package inside was open with the bolts loose--luckily, all were there. The product itself appeared scratched in a manner as if it was a prior return. Due to my experience with customer service, I have not even bothered to notify them or send the photos of the damage. Their free shipping is worth exactly what I paid for it. I am unhappy with the lack of response from customer service--to the point I likely will not purchase from Titan again. I will tell anyone who asks about their sales tactics. As to the product, aside from the fact it appears to have prior use, I have no opinion as yet.

I would not post this review to cause negativity to Titan as I like your products and think you have a quality set of offerings. But as things happen, my latest order for a Landmine Stand came missing one of the large bolts and most importantly the springloaded adjustment pin bolt. Neither of these things warrant a negative review and I simply put in a claim and expect them to be shipped out soon. But my key frustration is that it took 3 days to get a human to acknowledge my email, and I am still waiting 6 days later for the order to ship. I understand things take time, but when I paid in full for something and have to wait weeks to get missing parts, I think it is something you should know could be improved on your company. This is the second piece of Titan equipment I have purchased and am please with the overall brand, but am definitely concerned to place another order in the future for fear of missing parts and taking weeks to get them.

Can't tell the difference between the ordered 80 lb dumbbell and the first shipped 35 and replaced with a 50 lb dumbbell. Then because of loss in time shipping the wrong items I will not receive the 80 lb dumbbell I ordered because they sold out.

NEVER DEAL WITH TITAN. I was sent a 32kg Kettlebell that was manufactured faulty and used some type of putty to complete the handle. Problems happen in manufacturing, I wanted a new kettlebell or my money back, they offered me a 10% discount. The kettlebell can not be used. I wish I could post a photo or video here.

Received no support on a defective $699 fan bike. They should be replacing since defective from the start but instead somehow expect me to fix their bike’s problem. I used to live Titan products but I will not be buying from them again and will continue fighting until I receive actual assistance. Buyer beware with this company.

Finally bought the deadlift barbell with black zinc shaft and aggressive knurling for $361+ only to receive an all chrome version with very unaggressive knurling. Sent me the wrong bar. Titan acknowledged the error but had sold out of the correct one, so they can’t send me the right one. They’ll refund my money and pay for shipping, but I have to repackage the bar and somehow get it to a FedEx. I live in a rural area and it’s a huge inconvenience and fuel cost to do that. Furthermore, the bar I bought at full price went on sale immediately after purchase and Titan wouldn’t return the difference. I understand it’s a matter of timing on my part, but still many places will accommodate for those occurrences and given their error would be the least they can do. What’s weird is the bar I bought is available through the Titan Fitness store on Amazon but Titan can’t get me one of those. I’d have to purchase it through Amazon. I’m sure they could send me the one I want from their Amazon Store but simply choose not to. Pretty unsatisfied.

This was a waste of my money, but it was totally my fault. I saw the discounted price and thought this was a great deal, only to discover when it arrived that Titan has both a “soft” and “heavy” foam plyo box. I “assumed” the soft in the name implied that it wasn’t a hard wood plyo box. At 16# (vs 66# for the heavy) this box is totally useless for any type of plyo box jumps without the risk of injuring yourself from it tipping over, even at the 20” side. I should have verified the weight before ordering. With a 20% stock fee and the cost to ship back, it’s not worth the trouble to return it. I will experiment to try and add weight, somehow. If not, it looks like I have a stretching box or bench to sit on in my home gym. Note to self, read the complete description, and not just the comments! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Item took 5 times as long to ship as promised, arrive in a heavily damaged box. Customer service was zero help and the item was received 2 weeks later than advertised on the website.

Please stay away with these plates. They come with a strong stubborn seemingly toxic smell that will not go away after weeks, which might makes your body unfortable inhaling it for couple seconds, let along doing workout with them! Washing with soap does not work. And they do not accept return without original packaging.

Don’t trust the sales people to recommend the proper equipment. Due to their error they sold Me the wrong accessory and then made me pay to ship it back so I could get the correct part. Shipping cost me over $100 to send it back. So terrible!

I decided to give Titan Fitness a try after being a Rogue customer for years. Unfortunately, my first purchase will also be my last. I purchased a wall ball that started 'blowing dust' at the seams every time it was caught. I submitted a claim to exchange it for a new wall ball and was told I was four days past the warrenty termination date - had the audacity to offer me a 5% coupon code for future purchases. Disappointed in the company. Disappointed in the quality. Disappointed in the warranty and not standing behind their product.

I love you guys but…. This time… you sent me the wrong item (60lb Kettlebell instead of 60lb slam ball)(I ordered 4 large weight slam balls in total but you sent 3 and a kettlebell) BUT… after I spoke to customer service it took four days for anyone to respond with a solution. That solution was to send me a shipping label and have me return the 60 kettlebell to a FedEx location myself. Not cool. Not sure why I am getting inconvenienced for a mistake that Titan made. I have friends that have ordered items larger than the slam balls that never had to return the mistaken item. You just sent a new item and told them to keep or donate the other item. I’m fine with returning the kettle bell as I do not need it. However, you should have FedEx come and get it from me instead of making me do the legwork. Kettlebells are cheap to manufacture, and now this kettlebell is going to cost you more money in shipping than it cost to manufacture the item. Just a silly false economy.
