Low pricing = get what you pay for. Cheap, damaged, poorly crafted, and difficult to assemble.

Almost every item arrived damaged. Or filled with media blasting material. If I were to purchase again I would just pony up the 20% extra and go for the name brand version.

Be sure it is shipped to the right address because the return policy will cost you more to return it than it did to buy it in the first place. Customer service offers zero help. They refuse to help ship it again or offer any discount or help in returning the item.

Unable to use the product I bought, and when I reached out to customer service for assistance with returning the unused product, I was told I need to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Buyers beware!!!

Titan is great at collecting money. What aren't you great at???? Delivering quality products, delivering all the pieces of a machine, handling warranty issues, answering your telephone!!!!!! I pwna commercial gym. Currently there is a bench press in the middle of my gym with your logo on it, missing 4 pieces. I have spent roughly 6 hrs on hold over the past 10 days trying to resolve this issue. What happens when I call you might ask? I get put on hold. I am convinced that I am not being forwarded to a person, just put on hold. You should be embarrassed at how you are treating a customer that has spent these of thousands of dollars with you over the past 5 years. Do better, or you will put yourself out of business

I’m giving 1 stars for the bench. I was missing pieces for the half rack but got it sorted out afterwards. That was more of a packing and fedex issue. I don’t like using this bench though. Out of all the titan products I ordered, I hate the bench and wish I got it elsewhere. The bolts don’t line up for the seat back, the knob to adjust the bottom portion comes apart and gets stuck inside of it. It just happened again today so I have to take it all apart to fix it again. Makes adjusting it annoying and impractical between exercises. I wish I could return it but I don’t believe I can. I should’ve gone with the Rep bench. Don’t buy the titan bench. The rack is fine.

Incorrect product delivered in make shift box. Unable to return due to not keeping "original packaging" in addition to 20% restocking fee even after spending hundreds of dollars w the company. Told by customer service to try to find parts that work for my Titan power rack online made by another company.

All of our equipment didn't show up that we ordered. We called the company about it and they said to "take it up with FedEx". Talk about passing the buck and not taking responsibility! As a business owner I know it is up to THE PROVIDER of the product to take it up with Fed Ex... and not the RECEIVER of the product. Titan shorted us the product we ordered and told us to take a hike. No refund. No attempt to make it right. That's stealing.

Titan makes great equipment, but I am disappointed to find out that they completely wipe their hands of responsibility once their products leave their warehouse. FedEx delivered my order to the wrong house - clearly obvious when comparing their "photo proof" of a residence that is completely different from what can be seen, for example, on Google streetview. They did the minimum work possible (called FedEx to confirm that it was delivered - of course they scanned it as delivered, the scan means nothing if it was physically left at a different address) and then stuck me dealing with FedEx, who has yet to even respond to my claim. So now I am stuck without the product I ordered, the money I spent on the product, and I zero desire to order from this shop ever again.

The kettlebell that arrived was in horrible condition. Paint had already chipped off and there was a large black stain on it. Paying over 200$ for this trash is ridiculous.

package did not arrive, customer service is telling me to talk to fedex who wont even talk to me about it claiming I need to contact the seller. who is directing me back to fedex. really frustrating experience overall. why is the package not signature required for such an expensive item?

Ordered the PLATE LOADED LYING T-BAR ROW MACHINE and received it around a week later. I live in a townhome community with shared, large trash/recycle dumpsters so when an item of this size comes, I cut up the boxes and dumpster them- same with non-recyclables until only the necessary items remain. After an hour of prep, while trying to lay out the first pieces to assemble (Frame legs), I noticed the foot pads were attached to the top of the frame rather than bottom. Huge assembly mistake that should have been caught immediately or during final inspection. Because the frame pieces are angled, there is no workaround. No idea how this is going to get rectified but have already sent an email to Titan's customer service email 5 days ago. Paid full asking price for a dud, will miss 2 weeks worth of back workouts, and slow response coupled with unknown rectification procedure makes this a regrettable purchase.

To be fair previous orders were much better. This order however I am very disappointed in. I ordered a more expensive squat bar from Titan because I am hoping the quality and durability hold up in my gym. The squat bar has two screw in pegs, one of which is not threaded correctly and will not screw into the bar. Simple fix right? Just send me one that works. Nope, I have been bogged down with customer service(or lack thereof) for over a week now and have not made any progress in the 'fix" for this item
