Box was not packed well and partially destroyed in transit. Parts were missing.

Both of the desks that I ordered arrived damaged on the tabletops. Waiting on Customer Service to authorize a replacement.

Unfortunately, the platform did not have the four right angles with a gusset or any bolts. I am unable to use it. I understand it was scratch and dent but it is still unusable.

Really want to be satisfied with my product but I haven’t used it yet. There is no instructions on how to mount it to the wall. No specifications on what type of hardware to buy. I emailed and was told to contact support….which is who I thought I emailed. I wish I had paid more and gone with a company that assisted their customers.

The X3 Series Short Squat Rack did not come with the necessary parts to assemble it. It came with a totally different set of hardware to assemble it. As a result, I needed to email customer service to get replacement parts. It took three days for them to get back to me at which point Roxxan was very nice and created a label to send the parts I needed. There was then a hiccup with that as it was never given to Fedex. I gave the benefit of the doubt in that things are sometimes crazy with the mail these days. My order arrived on the April 19th and I sent my request for new parts that day. I did not hear back until and get confirmation of the replacement parts until April 21st. It was not put into the mail so I inquired on April 28th and finally got the parts May 4th. I been on the phone 3 three with you guys and you still haven't fixed my problem. I order a x-3 series power rack and the drop in bench . In your advertisement it states that the bench fits the x-3 series power rack and it don't. I'm still waiting on how you are going to fix this problem

I've been a very loyal customer and purchaser of Titan products over the past couple of years, but your customer service and return policies are abhorrent and a complete turnoff, to the point I'll be purchasing from other companies moving forward.

I was missing hardware, then discovered I was missing another piece. I still haven’t been able to compete setting up the equipment due to all the delays and I’m very unsatisfied.

Leg Press arrived damaged. titan provided a replacement piece that was a different color and fabric than the rest of the machine and refused to send the correct piece or provide a partial refund. Very disappointing considering I have purchased many pieces from them.

I received my TITAN sissy squat rack. Unfortunately, it's cheaply made and not balanced. When placed flat ob the floor it wobbles back and forth diagnally. I expected it to be made of better steel. Needless to say, I'm not happy and can't provide a better recommendation.

Received the Bar damaged, rusted, and not with all the pieces. Customer Service was contacted immediately and Photographs were forwarded. Initially they were responsive and offered 10 percent which is not even equivalent to what you sell similar “scratch and dent” items for. I haven’t heard from them since! I paid for shipping and expected a damage free product. Slight damage during shipping can happen but MULTIPLE areas and rust should not be on a “New” product. I had to re-thread the rusted handle in order to complete the build as this bar was a gift.

I had received my order and it was missing the hardware. I reached out to customer service and just asked if they could send me the hardware and it wasn’t a big deal… I have a private facility where I train college and professional athletes and I have been using Titan fitness exclusively for the last five years…. After asking for the hardware I get a response that I should go get the hardware myself and send an invoice… again I’m a busy person and don’t feel like I should be responsible to get something you had forgot to send. At that point I just asked if I could send it back and get a refund, in which I got an email saying I can do that but I have to pay for shipping. So after all this you guys want to get petty and make me pay for stuff due to your mistakes….. after explaining this to them and being upset and messaging Austin speak directly do I get any type of reasonable response if they will send a new one. At this point I’m done with Titan fitness they don’t care about their customers. Hell I even tried to partner with Titan and have my athletes give them shoutouts and such and got no response. I’ll be going to either rep or rogue at this point. I pray Titan can get their materials back up to par and quit using cheap pinch welds and such. And they can fix their customer service.

Both boxes were wide open on delivery. I was missing part of the order. It was raining in the day it was delivered so since the box was open everything was soaked.

Price needs to be cheaper. A nemesis at $2k is a rip.. At this price a rep ft3000 is more enticing. Which has 2:1 ratio with its dual stack. Lower your prices Titan , don’t price gouge

Purchased equipment from Titan which said it will fit my t3 rack. Only to find out that it won't work with my rack because it is an older t3. They will not honor a return, but I have to pay for shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee. Even though each item clearly says will work with t3 rack and I confirmed with only chat prior to purchasing. Sent pictures of my issues as soon as the equipment arrived. Initially customer service told me they would not even accept a return because it was over 30 days, which it was not! Then to make matters worse the rack extension that was purchased took over 3 weeks to arrive because it was back ordered, but customer service told me I only have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit a return. If you are not able to jump on the equipment right away and something is wrong, too bad. It should be from the date of arrival, not the date of purchase. PLUS you have to keep all the original packing. Complete zoo. I have ordered a lot from titan in the past, but this will be the last time. They need to stand behind their products, online descriptions, and make things right.

You know the cliche in reviews, where people say they wish they could leave zero stars, well...I do wish I could leave zero stars. This review is for the T-3 Dip Bars. Let me rephrase that, the extremely low-quality, unusable, T-3 Dip Bars. Let me backtrack to the ordering process. I was offered 10% off since it was my first order with Titan. The code I was given did not work, even after repeated attempts, so I settled for paying full price and contacting customer service to get my refund, which, after about 5 days, I did get. I was a little annoyed, but still excited to get my dip bars, and happy to have been refunded after the minor snafu. When the dip bars did finally arrive, to say I was disappointed, is quite the understatement. The welds were messy, one of the threaded holes was oval shaped such that it could not receive a bolt, and one of the holes was stamped so off center, the two pieces could not even be assembled. If I would have known I was going to get this sort of Chinese-made garbage with absolutely no QC, I would have bought a goofy knock-off pair on Amazon for half the price. To make matters worse, it has now been over a week since I contacted customer service about this issue. I sent them all the information they needed, including photos. A replacement set should have been shipped out to me immediately, but here I am, still waiting. And to think Titan had the nerve to send me a request to review their product, while they have me hung out to dry - their useless product collecting dust in my garage. Perhaps this will get their attention.
