In short, all 4 of my 'new' urethane bumper plates had arrived with some form of damage to them (e.g., 2 of them with HOLES in the metal part; 1 of those plates, where the holes are, are sharp pieces of metal that stick outward and can easily cut you, making this a big safety hazard). I contacted Titan via the telephone number on 4/12/2023; per their instructions, I replied to their email, sending two different emails, with a total of 14 pictures (7 pictures per email). The pictures showed all of the holes, scratches, marks, and/or other defects over the 4 'new' urethane bumper plates (two 45# plates, two 55# plates). As of today, 4/18/23, I have not received a response from them. On 4/15/23, I sent a follow-up email, to inquire what the status was, and as of 4/18/23, I have not received an update from them. Today, 4/18/2023, I received an automated email regarding how my experience was, hence why I am creating this review. I really hope Titan Fitness is going to make this right, which is why I'm being factual with this review, rather than based on my opinion (other than my review rating). Titan: can you please provide me with an update / what my options are regarding my damaged urethane bumper plates? Otherwise, I will be looking to return them and getting my money back.

I still have not received 3 of the 4 missing steel plats for my Hefty V2 Flat Bench and its been many weeks since my order.

Purchased a scratch and dent item, the item that was sent was the wrong size, not what was on the order. It was a $30 difference between the item I ordered which apparently wasn't in stock, and a new item. Instead of trying to find the right size strap they just refunded the purchase and told me to buy the new one. This isn't the first time an order has been missing parts or has been incorrect. Customer service seems to be whatever is easiest for Titan. It's starting to be worth it to buy elitefts or rogue just from a Hassel perspective.

Not a good experience. I’m missing items from my order( barbell, band pegs). My order was lost for about a month. A claim was started and all of the sudden SAIA (shipping courier) found my order and delivered it. Boxes were damaged (not too concerned) but i was missing item. Called Titan and they said that SAIA had proof of delivery so they couldn’t do much. That’s not right. From the very beginning my order had problems and all I’m Asking for is my equipment to get delivered. Titan doesn’t want to assume responsibility and said SAIA is at fault. Not asking for money back just asking to get my items delivered that i paid for.

Hello, I havent heard anything new concerning my non functional atlas stone that I spent several hundred dollars on. I realize that you all are quite busy but I highly doubt that someone is physically travelling to the manufacturing facility to see where or how my stone was improperly made, so I cannot see how it would take this long to type an even marginally helpful response to me. I have lost all faith in your customer service skills and will now be using my not inconsiderable influence to try and sway customers away from this company. You have left me with a completely useless slab of metal whose only function is to sit in isolation for fear of it causing damage to anyone who attempts to relocate it. Thank you ever so much for teaching me the lesson that Titan fitness will not only sell you scrap metal but will also not bother to try and fix their mistakes. I will be sending this email chain to all of my customers, fellow influencers, and coaches in order for them to avoid falling for the same trick.

I so upset about this company and product - they sold to me SCRATCH and DUNT with sale price but yesterday I got JUNK, some parts broken, look like somebody used and broke and returned and company sell this again for almost $60 . I understand where open box or lost some parts or scratch but with broken parts how I can used that?! When I try cancel my payment - same BREAD company just play game with me. Send me code and after this code not work and I tryed few times. Just waist my time. NO NO NO

Never received my order. Titan Fitness does a great job in making sure you get it(lol not) they confirm with FedEx that it was delivered when it actually wasn’t! Never received my order and all they could say was file a claim with FedEx don’t buy from them ever

Horrible! I ordered some chains and I called to try to cancel. They claimed that the order had already been shipped even though I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation until 4 hours later. When the item arrived, it arrived damaged, missing parts and the box was completely open!

I ordered my rings and took over 3 weeks… they send an empty box and fed ex rejected after that they send the rings but not expedited the delivery or at least giving a discount for next service

We bought the weight vest as a gift for Christmas, but the first time we ran with it we lost one of the eight weights that go in the vest. So we bought the replacement weights (had to buy four) and when they came, they were not the same size and seemed even more prone to slip out while working out in the vest.

Placed order by mistake, reached out to cancel the order. They didn’t cancel the order. They decided to ship the item anyway, now I have to pay a restock fee. Terrible customer service on this matter.

The return policy needs changed. I am fine with paying return shipping due to my mistake, but a 20% restocking fee has lost this company any future business from me.
