Still waiting on my Tricep Bar. Not impressed at all with customer service. I realize it's Fed Exp fault but you'd think Titan would be more proactive finding out why my shipment is sitting at the Fed Express warehouse with no update on when I might get it. They told me it may take an additional week before I hear anything!!

The box it arrived in has been opened numerous times and taped back up. There is grind marks on some of the bars where the box was drug on concrete at one point. The steel/tubing is very thin and just looks cheap, along with the terrible pads. I was missing 3 bolts and 2 nuts (the person who returned it mustve not put them back in the box) I had to go to the hardware store to get the missing pieces. Customer service was a absolute joke. I asked about returning and was told there would be a 20% restocking fee($48) along with me having to pay shipping to return it. Very disappointing.

One of the panels didn’t fit, so the box wobbles and consequently is dangerous to use. I won’t be buying anything from Titan hereafter.

I ordered the short wall mount adjustable cable tower. It came with a decent amount of damage and some broken parts. I emailed titan about it and haven't had a response. Plus the grips they sent with the machine broke within 3 sets.

Purchased the Titan V3 incline bench and it arrived damaged. All 4 holes that secure the support rod under the small pad were bent severely. One of them was even cracked. Reached out to Titan and was informed that I could not return the product. Otherwise, the rest of the bench looks good, pads seem nice and grippy.

My weight vest was missing the belt. Customer service said I could buy one locally. I asked for a return authorization and haven't heard from them in three days. Next time I'll just buy from Rogue.

Due to an error on the part of Titan Fitness, I received two items that were falsely advertised. As such, I should receive a free return and a full refund. Instead, Titan is telling me I have to pay a restocking fee & for the shipping costs. Will never purchase from this company again!

The good- the plate loaded functional trainer is awesome. The bad- after putting the machine together, I found a manufacturing defect that made it inoperable. After contacting Titan, they first offered me money to have a piece fabricated. They then offered more money which I declined. Finally, after six weeks, I was finally sent a replacement piece which showed up damaged. I had to repair two bent pulley brackets on the replacement part, take the machine partially apart and make the repair. The entire experience was disappointing and maddening.

Tons of missing pieces sold as dent and scratch.... Parts are not functional equipment and not just cosmetic... Buyer beware you'll get scrap pieces that don't equal a whole and be told to purchase everything separately... Unacceptable dent and scratch means cosmetic update your labeling to dent scratch or incomplete and missing parts and lower price replacement hardware is more than the discount

I ordered a calf raise machine and the support tube was missing. I called and talked to someone from customer service and they stated they would fix the issue and send me the missing part. I am still waiting for it and I have no idea when it might come. I will probably need to call again to check the status. I was a little skeptical when I ordered because some of the reviews complained of the customer service, so we will see how my order is resolved.

Delivery driver cursed me out for no reason at all. He said the product was heavier than the maximum allowable weight (nothing to do with us). We had pay him just to bring the product up our driveway - a storm was coming and he was persistent that he would only leave it on the curb until we offered to pay him.
