The product came in damaged and I’ve reached out. Nobody’s has contacted me back. Very disappointing. This is not the type of service. I thought I would get from Titan fitness.

Item not packaged well, no foam, didn't fit in package, end of bar sticking out, bar arrived damaged on end from shipping, item had so much oil on it that the oil seeped into other gym equipment owned.

Product is manufactured to fit a 3”x3” upright, but responses to questions by Titan, both here, and in email, indicate the T3 series (2”x3” upright), is compatible. That is…. not a thing… it doesn’t fit… because 2≠3…. And the mount isn’t meant to use the security pins as the actual support… So, it quite obviously moves around…. ALOT. Email support evasive and unresponsive to straightforward questions regarding installation method.

Received the product and opened the first box. Bent item. Opened the second box and missing instructions. Prefer an actual manual not a PDF. They have had two weeks to resolve the bent item. Still no resolution to the issue! Call in and you get a call center overseas! Not happy! Would not recommend

The product arrived deflated beyond usual and then the valve fell into the ball. Customer service has been slow to respond and confusing at times.

Machine has a damaged (in production) part and I was not offered a replacement piece but a 5% discount toward future purchases!?! If that’s how you stand behind the quality of your products, there will not be any future purchases.

I received my order for the eccentric hooks and was excited to start using them, especially for the price. I assembled the first hook without any issue as the two pieces fit perfectly. As I began to assemble the second hook I noticed one piece was way too big to fit into the slot of the other piece. I was able to get it in about half way before it wouldn’t go any farther and I had to forcefully pull it back scraping all the black coating off both sides. I called the customer service line and was passed along to several customer support reps before finally being told I would receive and email to submit a picture/video as proof of what I was describing. I submitted pictures of the issue and was then told to try adding a lubricant to it, so I did which then made everything greasy and still did not slide into place. After going back and forth over several emails, I was told it wasn’t an incorrect fit issue, but simply a lubricant issue and then continued to be “educated” on how metal needs to be lubricated to avoid friction issues. I asked several times to have the one faulty hook exchanged, but was told I did not have enough evidence that there was anything wrong with it and they couldn’t help anymore without further investigation. So instead of exchanging the part and keeping a long time customer satisfied, they decided to make their $40 a higher priority. I now understand why the price is so reasonable, the quality is horrendous. The only thing worse than their poor fabrication of this product was the lack of customer support and care for fixing an issue which was caused by them. I will be spending the extra money from here on buying Rogue instead, at least I’ll be getting high quality for the price.

Very poor customer service. My machine didn’t arrive until almost a month after I purchased it. I was informed my machine arrived in my local area the week after purchase. The tracking info is useless! It is not accurate whatsoever. The delivery date changes every week and always said would be delivered Thursday of every week which is inaccurate! When I didn’t receive my machine based on the tracking info, I called Titan fitness and was told that the shipping company would be calling me to set up an appointment for delivery. Fast forward to the following week, still no machine so I called again and that time I was told I needed to call the shipping company. Call?? I wasn’t even given any info about the shipping company so how was I supposed to call them?? Once I was given the info, I called them and set up an appointment. The shipping company they contract with had very poor customer service as well. I set up my appointment to be delivered Friday. I even called Friday morning and they told me it’s in the truck and on the way to me. End of day Friday and still no machine so I called them and was told they don’t deliver to area on Fridays when they were the one who told me they only deliver Fridays so THEY set the appointment. Finally after calling every single day about my order they delivered the following Friday. Titan Fitness did not help me whatsoever with ensuring my machine was delivered. I’ve called them and they said they talked to the shipping company and that it would be delivered. But I have done that myself. The machine I purchased was nice but I will be never order from this company again. I value customer service and without it you don’t deserve my business.

Only received (1) 25 lb cast iron plate...I ordered (2)..not very good service...still waiting on Titan to follow thru..they made me feel like it was my fault that I only received (1)plate!!

My order hasn’t been delivered. It’s adding insult to injury that I’m prompted to review a product I haven’t received. The first time I contacted customer service about it, I was told I’m in the wrong for not insuring my purchase. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for you to get the equipment to me - don’t advertise free shipping if that’s the expectation. This is the second time I’ve ordered the deadlift platform frame. Last time you shipped me a replacement and after a month of waiting it never arrived and I finally cancelled and got a refund. A year later I decide to try again and once again, you had a ship a replacement. Now that the item got delivered BACK TO YOUR WAREHOUSE (not to me), you’re asking for a review? This is very frustrating. I’m expanding my personal training studio soon and will be ordering from Texas Strength Systems, Rogue and Again Faster instead of Titan.

I love some of the affordable options from titan fitness and have purchased thousands of dollars of equipment directly or indirectly from them for my home gym or either of our two fitness studios. Unfortunately my latest purchase, a barbell, came without packaging with a label zip tied to it. Damage is presumably only cosmetic but I can’t trust a company that would do that. Huge fail

I don’t feel I will get a strong workout with this because of the balance. Your wrists hurt with little weight. It’s awkward and I don’t see much use for it. I watched videos of other exercises I can try with this equipment so I will keep it for the price and mess around with it. It is not suitable for any tricep workout though. It’s has a sturdy construction but the purpose and execution was not thought through enough.

Charged me for delivery tracking called Route. No, none, nada delivery date or time communicated. No notifications regarding arrivals or tracking. No tracking number provided. Just showed up in my driveway, left in pouring rain during a tornado. I will at minimum refuse the delivery charge on my credit card statement when it arrives. So why again was I charged for Route to ensure problem free, trouble free delivery?

return process and customer service is awful. I had to call multiple times to just get a return authorized. Even so, I am still negotiating to get the restocking fee waived I should have ordered this via amazon or a different product. If I had ordered via Amazon, at least returns would have been such a breeze.
