I was so excited to receive these, and so quickly!!! I looked at the box half the wagon wheel was exposed and had been beaten up through the box. Titan should have wrapped the wagon wheels in ANYTHING to prevent this. A simple layer of bubble wrap would have done the trick. Putting a plastic bag around two giant wagon wheels didn’t help at all. I understand that implements get messed up in training but it would have been nice to receive them in nice condition considering the price point.

The bench I ordered with my rack does not fit in my rack even though the website said it was compatible with the x3 rack. However, it seems they forgot to mention it doesn't fit the x3 flat foot rack. The assembly instructions are also severely lacking. Each box comes with a code to go to the website for a manual. However the code in my rack box doesn't exist on their website. When I finally found something close, it was 2 tiny pictures. If you try to enlarge them they pixilate into blurry blobs. Not sure why they couldn't use higher resolution images?

Unfortunately, the wrong hardware pack was delivered with the equipment. I now have to wait another five or seven days to get my equipment put together because of a mistake from your company.

You pay for what you get. Cheap product equals terrible warranty. They didn't cover a failed pull pin on the V2 adjustable bench. I recommend looking at a different company. Didn't even last 3 years with only one user.

I ordered their trap bar that was supposed to fit standard 50mm olympic plates. It does not. When I emailed they told me they only guarantee their equipment to work with their own stuff. Worst customer service I've had in years and would never buy from them again. I cancelled the other thing I ordered from them.

You've ignored your own directions with which I complied (photos, descriptions and part identification), made me resubmit a second time (asking for the parts I named in the first submission) and I haven't received any UPDATES, only automated requests asking for a rating. So, here's my rating. How about you resolve my damaged parts complaint before you send another automated request concerning my customer satisfaction with Titan Fitness? They only get One Star because I can't submit this review with less. I made the mistake of ordering a Titan Fitness Tall Wall Mounted Pulley Tower V3 from these customer service cretins. The box arrived torn with parts falling out and/or shifted down into one end of a 7 foot package. Three pulleys holders were damaged by being bent out of shape due to the crappy packaging and rough treatment by FedEx. I had paid for 'shipping insurance' and following instructions, promptly submitted a claim . No good. They asked me to resubmit, having OBVIOUSLY not reviewed the first submission. Wasn't worth arguing about, so I just resubmitted claime. THAT WAS SIX WEEKS AGO and I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK!!! Oh, and they keep sending me 'How do you like your new Titan product?' review requests. Well, since you asked, here you go. Titan customer service sucks, they are obviously challenged when it comes to hiring professional designers for shipping heavy products (we're talking $10 worth of packaging, tops) and I'm tired of having the mess of parts I can't assemble clogging the limited space of my home gym.

Equipment was never delivered, damaged in transit. Refund was not provided and email saying Titan needed 3 weeks to refund, this is unacceptable.

I have not received all of the items yet, and I have asked for a status report several times, but I still have not received any info on where my Smith Machine is! The other items I received have not been used yet because I have to have the smith machine first. It has been very difficult to communicate with your company.

This was a replacement order due to the original one being missing one of the pads and this new one was also damaged! There is literally 0 quality control here!

ordered over$1000 of equipment and half of the pieces were incomplete or missing altogether. the missing pieces are critical and now I can't use ANY piece of the equipment without some help from Titan or buying the equipment from somewhere else, but Titan refuses to help me unless the freight company acknowledges it. I'll likely need to pursue this through my financial institution if I have ANY hope of reconciling this incredible loss. that's a lot of money to just "lose". I'll never recommend Titan brand unless this can be reconciled. I've been waiting an entire week and still haven't heard back

This has been a terrible experience with titan for me. I tried to place an order and the websit said it couldn’t be processed then I called and talked to titan customer service to to confirm that it didn’t and placed another order. Then FOUR DAYS later it somehow goes through. So now I have two orders of the same equipment that they originally tried to say I couldn’t cancel. I had to demand that I not be charged for their mistake. Almost a month later I am STILL waiting for a refund.

Customer service was horrible. Had a damaged pad, submitted a ticket and responded three times to emails asking if it was resolved and then it was closed claiming they hadn’t heard from me.
