Customer service is terrible with this company. I have spent well over $3000 or more in the past couple of weeks ordering equipment from Titan fitness. To my own discredit, I forgot to include a 5% off code that had been sent to me from Titan fitness in the final placement of my order. I contacted customer support and dealt with Jude, who was unable to honor the 5% code that had been sent to my email. I thought this was a poor way of handling it. I ignored it and moved forward. Once my equipment arrived. One piece was advertised as an adjustable storage rack for medicine balls. Well it certainly will work for smaller medicine balls it does not work for all to include the larger ones that I purchase through titan fitness. if you plan on ordering some thing from Titan, you better expect to keep it and not have any problems. I contacted customer support to try to see about returning this single item. While the item was only 60+ dollars. I simply could not use it. Titan was unwilling to compromise in their 20% restocking fee, and , the returned item would be shipped at the owners expense. I can completely understand paying return shipping but after spending well over $3000 I would expect more out of customer service and expect some grace in the 20% restocking fee. Absolutely no remorse from Titan, they were unwilling to budge on the 20% restocking fee. Needless to say it does not make sense to return a $60 item as it likely would’ve been more to ship it and pay the restocking fee. I will not be ordering anything else from titan in fear that if for some odd reason I have issues, customer service/support will not be there. I would go with any other company in the future.

Have not received order. Fed Ex delivered to wrong address. Filed a claim with Fed Ex and they said there was nothing they can do and I would need to follow up with the shipper for and their lost or stolen policy although it was clearly Fed Ex’s fault. Followed up with you guys and Macy from customer care was working on a resolution but have not heard anything since last week. Wish you guys would let me know one way or another if you are going to send another set of chains so I can move on with ordering another set from someone else. So far between Titan and Fed Ex the experience has been terrible. Thanks, MH

Having spent over $1600 on equipment, only to find out five days later there was a special and Titan would not honor the discount because it’s not within 24 hours. Missing screws, missing, nuts and poor customer service would lead me to never want to purchase anything again from Titan

Return policy makes purchasing from company not good option for any customer. 20% stocking and return shipping of poor quality product is not good customer service. I’m going to post my review to my social media. Poor poor quality product.

I have a Titan T-3 Series folding rig I bought in 2020. I ordered the T-3 series 1.25in adjustable pull-up bar to replace my 2in fat pull-up bar. The T-3 series pull-up bar is not wide enough for my rig. Titan support tells me now that it doesn't fit T-3 series rigs from 2020 and I can't return it or get a refund. What a waste of my time and money. Misleading website about products. Never buying from Titan again.

Bar coating is flaking off in wires in less than two years of use creating a hazard. We have had athletes get wire splinters from putting plates on and off. Spend more money on higher quality manufacturers with better warranties.

The spotter arms I purchased did not fit my pre 2020 t2 rack. My fault as I did not see the disclaimer. The issue I have is with customer support I have had several phone conversation. Sent an email tried the online chat and no one will tell me if titan has spotter arms that will fit my rack or if titan is no longer supporting the pre 2020 t2 rack. I have given my buisness to titan and now have equipment that can't be expanded apon.

Bought the plate loaded functional trainer and 5 days later it goes on sale for $100 off. As someone that has bought multiple products from Titan, I am extremely disappointed that they won’t honor the sales price. Of course you can’t return the product and rebuy it because of a 20% “restocking fee”. Plenty of other companies would be happy to refund me the difference in prices. I will be taking my business elsewhere unless this issue is resolved.

The amount of money that it would cost me to return the item is around 80% of the cost of the item! So I won’t be returning it. Very poor return policy. No shipping label provided and an extra fees for returning it…

I got a T3 saftey strap and they don't work for bench press for my son, we hook them up to the j cups and the straps are to long and the weights would crush his chest before the straps would stop the weights. These are brand new never used and I'm going to lose about $30 for restocking and probably about $20 for shipping. That's almost have of what I paid Next section down you ask how likely would I recommend you, it would of been 9 or 10 but not after this. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue

The rack attached belt squat is not viable. They miss tapped the threads for the bolts on the legs, which does not allow use of 45 pound plates. Tighten has been slow to non-responsive in this manufacturing error. I have a Gym with about $50,000 in titan equipment. The vast majority of it works as advertised. So it is disappointing to purchase a $1400 product and not get a response about it.

Don’t have all of the product to review. The shipping is an adventure if you have issues. I received the order in two separate shipments…one box arrived really beat up, but product appeared to be all there and usable. In the other box, I was expecting 8” wooden gymnastic rings, I received orange duct tape. I assume the box was destroyed in transit and the carrier tried fixing the box, lost the rings, and inserted orange duct tape? It’s been over a week and I still have no rings or a solution to the problem. If shipping goes well, you will prob be happy, but if you don’t get what you pay for, they make it very difficult to make it right. Maybe I can change my review later, but for now it is a 1 star.
