I still don't have the screws that was supposed to come with my order and no answer from titan. They said they were sending me a replacement. Instead they sent an empty box with only a manual.

Our product arrived damaged. We took photos immediately and have reached out to customer service multiple times to get the parts replaced and we have no resolution today and this is going on week #2 of the issue. Very disappointed and would not recommend to others considering purchasing from Titan.

The product had lots of dings and bends in the legs, to the point where assembly was impossible right out of the box. I considered trying to return it, but instead I removed the bends and had to square up the legs using tools. I don’t think most consumers would’ve been able to do this. The packaging did not have any dings at all, and so this was definitely an issue with poor quality control from manufacturing, rather than any damage that occurred during shipping. Please do a more thorough job of quality control in the future, and make sure the products are able to be assembled before shipping them.

absolutely horrible with inventory and lack of knowledge on when product will be available. your 10% off coupons are a scam. cant be used if something is on sale.yet everything is always on sale. its a shame.

so far its been bad. we bought all of the plates for our gym we are building and they were sent somewhere else, and the wrong package was sent to us... with forklift fork extenders . and now you are out of stock on the plates we needed. and you dont know where it went. 2 weeks now dealing with your custumer service dept. and i still have the fork truck forks here ....

This linebacker for me was not good. The holes where the bolts thread in were stripped out so bad from day one that I can’t even tighten them. They just keep spinning. It’s a safety issue for me and it’s so bulky I just put it in a corner and never use it so it’s like new but unsafe! As far as the spinning when loading on a stand? Just put a collar on and let it rotate to do the other side. Cmon folks not that difficult

Horrible, couldn’t return unopened machines that I spent lots of money on, then told i have to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee.. Lost 90% of what I paid just for wanting to return my items…

This box is unstable for box jumps. The surface area is too small. It's advertised for box jumps. In order for me to return it I have to pay shipping costs that are just as much as the box. Terrible service.

Ordered trap bar. Sleeves are too big for weights to fit over. Warranty department gave run around refused to fix the issue. Titan must not stand behind their products. Buyer beware! When asked about returning faulty product was informed of a 20% restocking fee

I purchased the linebacker squat a few years back and noticed from the get go the bolts seemed odd. Well it ended up the threads are all stripped out and it’s impossible to tighten them up. I ended up throwing this product into a corner and can’t use it anymore. Very frustrating not hardly getting any use out of it before breaking down. I’ve been a Titan backer since the early days so this product was very disappointing to me

I ordered a functional trainer. The delivery was scheduled and bill of transit stated I received my functional trainer. I unpacked it bringing very heavy pieces through the house and down a flight of stairs to the new gym i just built. Then, when I read the instructions for assembly, I quickly realized this wasn't the expensive functional trainer I ordered. It was a 350 lb leg press machine. One that I now had to get back up the stairs and through the house to the crate. All that I am receiving from Titan are return documents but no real apology . It took my wife and I effort and time to lift that machine and repack it to return and I didnt even get a thank you. I didn't ask for the order to be wrong. Now it appears the machine that is being shipped to me is late. When will I receive the correct machine.

Not very happy with the return policy, particularly having to pay BOTH a 20% restocking fee AND shipping (especially since the item was shipped for free at time of purchase).

Terrible customer service. App would not accept my address which I ship to all the time so I had to select one that was close. Package was sent back to company. Instead of just manually reprocessing order, they suggested I go to website and resubmit the order. I ordered elsewhere.

I will not be shopping with Titan Fitness again due entirely to your return policy. The item that I purchased did not work with my home gym. When I shop, I try to buy things that will work to avoid returns. I check out product descriptions and compare different products. I don't make a practice of buying things and returning them. Please note: The item that I purchased cost $87.97. With taxes and shipping, the total came to $102.51. The shipping was $4.45. This item just did not fit. Therefore, I sought to return it. I was informed that there was a 20% restocking fee. While not something expected or standard, I will willing to pay this. I was told that I would get $81.10 in return. I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping. Again, this is not something that is expected or standard, but I was willing to pay the $4.45 shipping. It would be worth my time to get around $75 back. Then, I was told that, no, actually I would have to arrange for the item to be shipped -- Titan Fitness would NOT provide a shipping label. This is the issue for me. If I have to take this item to the post office or UPS to ship this back to you, it will cost me $75-100. In other words, I will end up spending more money to ship it than I will get back for the return. This is not the way merchants do business in this day and age. The reality is that basically all merchants that I do business with (and there are a lot) provide a return shipping label (even the small minority that then charge for the shipping by deducting the cost from the return credit). Obviously, Titan was able to ship the item to me for $4.45. Why does Titan choose not to extend this shipping benefit to customers? I did not use the item, so I cannot review the item itself. However, I will not do business with Titan again, and I will give anyone else the same advice.
