I ordered a functional trainer. The delivery was scheduled and bill of transit stated I received my functional trainer. I unpacked it bringing very heavy pieces through the house and down a flight of stairs to the new gym i just built. Then, when I read the instructions for assembly, I quickly realized this wasn't the expensive functional trainer I ordered. It was a 350 lb leg press machine. One that I now had to get back up the stairs and through the house to the crate. All that I am receiving from Titan are return documents but no real apology . It took my wife and I effort and time to lift that machine and repack it to return and I didnt even get a thank you. I didn't ask for the order to be wrong. Now it appears the machine that is being shipped to me is late. When will I receive the correct machine.

Not very happy with the return policy, particularly having to pay BOTH a 20% restocking fee AND shipping (especially since the item was shipped for free at time of purchase).

Terrible customer service. App would not accept my address which I ship to all the time so I had to select one that was close. Package was sent back to company. Instead of just manually reprocessing order, they suggested I go to website and resubmit the order. I ordered elsewhere.

I will not be shopping with Titan Fitness again due entirely to your return policy. The item that I purchased did not work with my home gym. When I shop, I try to buy things that will work to avoid returns. I check out product descriptions and compare different products. I don't make a practice of buying things and returning them. Please note: The item that I purchased cost $87.97. With taxes and shipping, the total came to $102.51. The shipping was $4.45. This item just did not fit. Therefore, I sought to return it. I was informed that there was a 20% restocking fee. While not something expected or standard, I will willing to pay this. I was told that I would get $81.10 in return. I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping. Again, this is not something that is expected or standard, but I was willing to pay the $4.45 shipping. It would be worth my time to get around $75 back. Then, I was told that, no, actually I would have to arrange for the item to be shipped -- Titan Fitness would NOT provide a shipping label. This is the issue for me. If I have to take this item to the post office or UPS to ship this back to you, it will cost me $75-100. In other words, I will end up spending more money to ship it than I will get back for the return. This is not the way merchants do business in this day and age. The reality is that basically all merchants that I do business with (and there are a lot) provide a return shipping label (even the small minority that then charge for the shipping by deducting the cost from the return credit). Obviously, Titan was able to ship the item to me for $4.45. Why does Titan choose not to extend this shipping benefit to customers? I did not use the item, so I cannot review the item itself. However, I will not do business with Titan again, and I will give anyone else the same advice.

The bar was damaged because the packing was a joke and Fed ex beat it up. Customer service was very slow and tedious to deal with.

The package never made it into UPS hands. Titan customer service insisted that UPS had it, and just had not updated status (this was after a week of “label created” status). I knew better, but had to wait another full week before they acknowledged their mistake and shipped a replacement. It was supposed to be a b’day gift but I guess I can keep it now :-( They want me to pay return shipping and take a 20% restock, after their mistake caused all this. I’m done with Titan. Their stuff is good value but customer service is horrendous…just not worth the hassle with so many other good options out there today.

The ball has the worst weight distribution compared to any other medicine ball I’ve used. Don’t waste your time or money and go by a dynamax or rogue wall ball. Yes, they are double the price, but at this point I’m out $70 because this ball is trash. This ball from titan fitness looks good on the outside but as soon as you have it in your hands it’s more like a “slosh” ball with the poor weight distribution.

FedEx lost my package titan fitness was no help at all . Then when I finally got someone on phone the product was sold out so they said there was nothing they could do about replacing it !

I've been chasing you/Titan to replace the damaged parts you shipped in your substandard packaging (Order #18103892232/ Support #1812087). You've ignored your own directions with which I complied (photos, descriptions and part identification), made me resubmit a second time (asking for the parts pictured and named in the first submission) and I haven't received any UPDATES, only automated requests asking for a rating. So, here's my rating. How about you resolve my damaged parts complaint before you send another automated request concerning my customer satisfaction with Titan Fitness? They only get One Star because I can't submit this review with less. I made the mistake of ordering a Titan Fitness Tall Wall Mounted Pulley Tower V3 from these customer service cretins. The box arrived torn with parts falling out and/or shifted down into one end of a 7 foot package. Three pulleys holders were damaged by being bent out of shape due to the crappy packaging and rough treatment by FedEx. I had paid for 'shipping insurance' and following instructions, promptly submitted a claim . No good. They asked me to resubmit, having OBVIOUSLY not reviewed the first submission. Wasn't worth arguing about, so I just resubmitted claime. THAT WAS SIX WEEKS AGO and I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK!!! Oh, and they keep sending me 'How do you like your new Titan product?' review requests. Well, since you asked, here you go. Titan customer service sucks, they are obviously challenged when it comes to hiring professional designers for shipping heavy products (we're talking $10 worth of packaging, tops) and I'm tired of having the mess of parts I can't assemble clogging the limited space of my home gym. Titan -- I initiated this service request starting August 31, after you shipped heavy fitness equipment in TOTALLY inadequate packaging, resulting in three damaged parts. I paid for shipping insurance (same joke as your poor customer service, apparently) I have submitted documentation TWICE both times according to your instructions. It is now SIX weeks since you hosed me and this issue isn't resolved. I'm currently on hold while the latests non-sense response is being 'researched.' Not only will I NEVER do business with you again, but I'm seriously considering producing a YouTube video showing; ALL THE SHIPPING DAMAGE THE RIDCIULOUS PACKAGING ALL THE CONTACT WASTING MY TIME ALL THE UNASSEMBLED TITAN PARTS CLUTTERING MY HOME GYM THE TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. On hold for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I don't have any more time for Titan nonsense today. Ignore this as you see fit. If I don't have the parts I paid for -- UNDAMAGED -- by the end of this week, I'm going to spend the time to make my crappy experience with Titan as broadly disseminated as I can make it. With great sincerity.

Item arrived broken. The broken part was not available and left me with a non-functioning piece of equipment. This was their response: 'Unfortunately, the plastic sleeves are currently in production with our manufacturer, and we do not have a solid arrival date. To address this, we'd like to offer a $25 partial refund if you choose to keep the item as is. Alternatively, you can reach out to us once the part is back in stock to make a purchase. Please let us know if this solution works for you.' I am currently trying to return the product which I'm sure will be a hassle as well.

Belt holes are not 43"-50" as noted in the description, but rather 41" to 48". That two inches off is the difference between the belt being useful and useless. I already have a belt with holes that go to 47 inches, so this one accomplishes almost nothing for me. I wish the description had included accurate measurements.

Can't put the base together. One of the legs is supposed to receive a piece that is attached by an M10x25mm hex bolt and was not milled properly and will not thread. So now I've got to either re thread the hole myself, find a custom screw, or send the entire pallet back (which I thoroughly destroyed will opening the crate). Titan refuses to send an individual part.

My previous purchases with Titan has been nothing but great. The products were solid and made well that I was confident I finally bought my first olympic bar, the Shorty, from Titan. When delivered, the Shorty bar was also a well made product and looked great. However, it was not the same Shorty bar pictured and detailed on the website. Mine had black zinc sleeves and aggressive knurling while the Shorty on Titan's website listed Chrome sleeves and medium knurl, matching the picture on Titan's website. I was happy that Titan sent a quick replacement for the bar after I sent a picture of what was delivered. However, the replacement bar was exactly the same as the previous bar, black sleeves with aggressive knurling. This time, I sent a picture of both bars together to let Titan know they sent me yet another bar that didnt match what was detailed on their website. This time, Titan's customer service tells me that I did get the right bar. Huh? I now have 2 incorrect bars to send back for a full refund. As I said, the bars look great but the aggressive knurling isnt. I have a rogue power bar collecting dust because of the same aggressive knurling. Thank you for offering to refund me. But it is very disappointing to spend all this time and end up with nothing. Also, its a mystery to me how Titan at first sent me a replacement bar to correct it, but now is saying I did get the correct bar.
