This item was never delivered to me. It was lost in transit by FedEx Then Titan ordered a replacement that is on back order for nearly a month and has yet to ship even on the estimated restock date. May be the last Titan Fitness order I make

Terrible experience ordering the product. Their system had a glitch and processed two orders instead of one. I noticed it immediately so I called to make sure the 2nd one didn’t ship, but I was told everything is automatic and even though it hadn’t shipped yet, there was no way to cancel or refund my money. I would have to wait for the 2nd shipment to arrive and then do a return. It’s been 8 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund on their error. Terrible customer service.

I spent two months trying to get issues resolved with the finance department and the entire thing was a giant waste of my time and money. I won’t say it’s been the worst experience of my life but I will say it was bad. The good parts were that I actually got ahold of people, I did eventually get all my money refunded and didn’t get stuck with a massive bill from shipping it back and forth to get the issue resolved. However trying to get the actual refund took the remainder of that time up and me calling ever day to get the issue resolved. The issue was that I canceled the order before it shipped and Titan fitness still shipped part of it. Once I canceled the order though the entire thing should have been paid to bread financial. However for whatever reason no one would refund the initial payment to bread and because of that I got charged an extra $250 from accounting for the things that were shipped to me. Then trying to get that refunded was like pulling teeth. No one ever looked into refunding the full amount back to them and kept saying it’s been done. It wasn’t until I finally proved after multiple emails that the issue hadn’t been resolved that it was taken seriously and after two months of constant discussion with Titan fitness over it I finally got my refund. The equipment itself I did end up ordering before this debacle happened however is great. It’s exactly what I wanted and is as advertised. I will use the equipment for a long time hopefully but I will not be buying anything else from Titan fitness unless I cannot find it elsewhere.

Ordered a set of adjustable competition kettlebells, they were on backorder which was fairly frustrating but ultimately they were delivered without issue. The "unboxing" was very underwhelming as there were some issues with the adjustable bells upon opening which could be improved. 1.) There is no wrench provided to loosen/tighten the hex nut (other manufacturers provide this small tool). I had to go to the hardware store to purchase a wrench for this purpose. 2.) The bells' shells were poorly painted/coated, there are drips, cracks, and chips in the coating. 3.) The bells were painted shut! I needed to take a screwdriver and hammer to the seam to crack them open which created more chips in the paint. 4.) When I finally got the bells open, a bunch of metallic dust spilled out and turned my hands and the floor black. 5.) The weights inside were stuck together, I needed to use a screwdriver and hammer between them to separate them. 6.) The weights inside aren't labeled so I labeled them myself. 7.) The weights inside move around and clank as the hex nut comes loose, there are no washers, locking nuts, or secondary nuts provided to prevent this. I had to make another trip to the hardware store to get rubber washers and a second jam nut to prevent this myself BUT the bolt is so large the local hardware store didn't carry washers or nuts large enough so I had to order them online. Many of these issues are with the actual bells themselves which I will include when I am asked to review the products as well. I chose Titan for my adjustable bells because I bought a set of 22kg bells from Titan several months ago and they're perfect...I read some pretty negative reviews of Titan's adjustable bells but I chose to order the Titan bells anyway because I liked my 22kg set so much AND the Titan bells were a bit cheaper than similar competitor options. BUT between the extra trips/online orders from the hardware store for a wrench, washers, and hex jam nuts...I probably spent the difference anyway. Every complaint I explained above I have seen in other reviews of these adjustable bells...you're obviously getting this feedback and choosing to do nothing about it. I wish I hadn't tried to save a few dollars, listened to my gut, and ordered a competitor's adjustable kettlebell instead. Unfortunately, I think this will be my last fitness equipment purchase from Titan.

Not too good! The quality is good but the service rep was horrible! I had inquired about a VETERANS discount which I can verify and was told they do not do???? However after my initial order I received a coupon for 10% on my next order? The 10percent was more than my original purchase? Titan Fitness….. why no support of veterans?

This is the second squat rack that I have gotten from Titan and the second one that has had major issues with the product. This current Titan series rack had very poor laser cut holes for the attachments that would damage equipment and bad paint chips on the post feet. The replacement came and they too have bad paint chips on the feet. Both of them. I have a long chain going with customer support and I don't feel that a $90 rebate on what I spent over $1,500 on and then having me return the damaged post is a pain in the ass for me. I will not be buying any more large machines from Titan. I have 2 racks now, a lat pull V2 and several bars and I would think that as a good "client" not customer that this would be handled better. Or at least sent me post that where not also damaged.

My front squat harness came with missing hardware and looks like it has been used. Customer support has been unable to provide a replacement for over a week now. First time I have been disappointed with Titan Fitness. Now considering shifting to other brands.

Received a back hyperextension machine that had been on backorder for several days. Appears the contracted manufacturer spray painted the chrome support bar and did not allow sufficient time for the paint to cure. Consequently, I had silver paint on my hands as I unpacked the pieces. They also had 1970 style copies of the owners manual that were completely unreadable. Very dissatisfied with response from Titan. “ We’ll resend the part. Expect delivery in a couple weeks”. Bad service

I recently bought a Titan dip bar and it is the worst gym equipment I have ever purchased. The bars are uneven and unsafe and it is junk. I tried to replace it and they would not do it. I even sent in numerous pictures and put a level on it and still they said there is nothing wrong with it. They have the worst customer service and are very rude. They do not want to help you out at all and keep stalling. They do not back their equipment because it is made so cheaply. You would be way better off to buy from someone else. I wish I would have just bought the one from Amazon. Then I would have had no problem returning it. Do not buy anything from this company or you will be very sorry.

Stitching ripped with a few months of purchase. Now the pad spits out stuffing every time I jump or drop a weight on it.

I ordered a set of matching straight fixed weight barbells. Wouldn’t you expect them all to match and be exactly was it pictured on the website? Wouldn’t you expect them to arrive in a reasonable time frame? Well, surprise! I received a mismatch set of barbells with one suddenly on back order, after placing my order. Titan Fitness DOES NOT care about their customers. Apparently, they don’t even know what their products look like or the status of their inventory. When I placed the order, all the barbells were IN STOCK. But, once they had my money, everything changed!! I was sent all but one of the barbells, a 70 lb barbell. It was all of a sudden on back order. I contacted the company and asked for details and why this wasn’t specified ahead of time. I got the usual vague response, but was offered a partial discount. Ok, that’s cool, but let’s get the 70 lb barbell here too right??? Well, the 70 lb finally arrived but it did NOT MATCH. From a completely different set. I’ve spent the last week trying to get this one returned and the correct one sent but have been told this: we no longer have that set. You can return this 70 lb barbell for a full refund OR keep it and we will send you 40 dollars OR you can pay return shipping for all of them and pay a restocking fee and THEN, we will send you a matching set. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! Let me get this straight… I pay hundreds of dollars more, then you do what you were supposed in the beginning OR I can be stuck with a matching set that I paid over $1200 bucks for and you offer me $40?!!! Umm, no. That’s not at all how this works. What will happen is that I will BLAST this all over social media in the fitness community until Titan administration feels the ripple effects in their sales. This is wrong. WRONG. I will definitely be contacting the BBB.

Do not order from thus company. They are untrustworthy and sneaky and will overcharge, then not honor discounts that are publicly available.

Ordered a steel parallette set from Titan, and I cannot recommend. Product arrived with surface rust all over and in looking through holes where hardware goes, rust is visible. Also, one of the bolts and nuts did not tighten fully due to warped threading. I ended up having to go to local hardware store to purchase an $8 extraction kit to remove. I contacted Titan to request a partial refund and all Titan wants to give is $20 back. Not happy with that answer as $8 for extraction kit plus another $8 or so out of pocket for touchup paint to cover rust will run me about $20. So, for the money I’m to come out of pocket to make product right and for the trouble, I asked Titan for at least $40 refund. Titan won’t budge if $20 refund nor will they provide replacement or full refund/return on product. Lesson learned, never buy another product from Titan and you shouldn’t either. There are better companies out there selling fitness equipment. Don’t settle for junk sold by Titan.
