“Sorry but we're unable to use vice grip equipment delivered. After fully assembling the unit and trying to use it, we noticed that the channel iron part that slides up and down inside the track is actually --- catching and sticking - it is NOT smooth at all. It is actually hindering the exercise being done. What can we do to correct this? Thanks, Tom McLaughlin”

“Very poor customer service. Unprofessional to help me with returns of a brand new item. Will never recommend this brand to any co-workers, friends, athletes. As a professional athlete I’ve never dealt with a company that didn’t service their customers. Very very sad.”

“I loved my weights so much u ordered two more of the 25. I was charged and they never showed up. I have yet to receive my money back. Very disappointed. I’m making a home gym and am looking to spend a lot of money on weights, benches, squat racks and bumpers. If I do not get a call and a considerable discount on my next order I will return the blue 45lb set and never order anything else from Titan.”

“The bumper plates I just bought are transferring color to everything they come in contact with. It seems as though the rubber didn’t fully cure as the color transfer is very thick and waxy. I have not been able to use the product as it is defective.”

“As other reviews stated this is not stable. The sides of the tree don’t stay up, they lean towards one side because the pieces at the bottom where the bolts go are not snugly fitted and it’s the same with the top part where both sides come together with a bolt. Not sure if this is useable or how it can be fixed in order to use it. Not sure the hassle to return it is worth it either. Very disappointed.”

“Hoping I will change this rating. The product does not fit my smith machine. Nowhere did the material talk about the pin size. I called to return and was told I have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee. How is it possible in today's world to sell on line, sell the wrong product and not make it easy for a customer to return it. Unacceptable.”
