The knob that that adjusts the height of the pads cannot work due to lack of threads on the poor welding of the entry point

Parts were missing on one of the items I ordered. I contacted Titan and my requests to receive the missing parts have been ignored.

I wasn't thrilled with the products I ordered being back-ordered, but I understood. However, I can't get over the poor manufacturing processes and bad customer service. First off, one of the 2 products I ordered was missing manufacturer-installed parts. That means the parts are NOT on the parts list and I wouldn't have even known the parts were missing if I hadn't ordered 2 of the exact same product. I feel sorry for the person that has the same experience but only orders 1 and ends up with a fully-assembled product that doesn't work right... and they won't know why because they received all of the parts listed in the manual and assembled them all correctly. Secondly, many of the thick metal posts that hold pulleys were so badly bent that I had to use a crowbar to get them far enough apart to fit a pulley in. To be clear, this isn't damage from the company that shipped the box. This was simply terrible manufacturing. A crowbar should never be needed to assemble a fitness product. Finally, customer service is terrible. Not only did I have to ask the same questions repeatedly to get an answer, but the tone of the associate was not at all friendly, and even bordered on threatening by sending me a bunch of legal jargon about failure to comply with Titan's request, despite the fact that I had already complied with every one of Titan's requests. Just an all-around terrible experience.

I ordered a dumbbell stand which I didn’t even open before I realized my dumbbell holders would not fit on this stand. I tried to return to titan so I could order one of correct size and was told I had to pay the shipping. Unfortunately the shipping is the same cost as the item itself and now I’m stuck with an unopened box of something i can’t use!

I want to preface this by stating I have never written a bad review (or any review) in my life. I’ve been so amazed by the incompetency of the delivery company I had to say something to at least let others consider my message before buying. I ordered a Functional Trainer almost a month ago and it has been a nightmare dealing with SAIA. They claim they cannot deliver my package because they cannot get a truck to my house. I live in a large housing development that often has furniture delivered, full size trucks carrying lumber to build new houses, etc. I certainly do not live in a remote or inaccessible area. When I was first contacted a few weeks ago, it was the delivery driver looking on Google Earth and guessing he wasn’t going to be able to get the truck to my house. Then they went on a communication hiatus for 2 weeks and kept changing the delivery date. They seemed aghast that I was unable to meet them somewhere to “pick-up” an 800lb package. I suppose if I had the superhuman strength to heave an 800lb package I probably wouldn’t get much use out of machine that only offers 400lbs of resistance (200lbs if you factor in the cable ratio). I still do not know whether I will receive the Functional Trainer. The only thing I do know is that housing developments and SAIA must be sworn enemies.

Doesn’t fit on my 2” bar or my titan easy curl bar. Better off going to dicks and buying their clips.

Ordered the rack and a couple of attachments. After the order the placed, it was realized that one of the attachments would not fit the rack. Contacted the customer service and they advised to send the entire package back and we would be refunded the entire amount in 5-7 business days after the package was delivered back to the warehouse. It has been 11 days, no refund has been issued. Had contacted customer service again 3 days ago and had been told the following: "We apologize for the delay in processing your refund. I will follow up on your refund and have it processed. Please allow us another 2-7 business days to have it completed." No updates since then and certainly no refund.

Had seat calf machine delivered damage. Product is unsafe. Contact product department over 1 week ago for a solution. No one has gotten back to me regarding replacement parts. Very disappointed in Titan regarding this matter

Bought two Olympic bar converters. The end of the converter is not fixed to the shaft and, as expected, it comes off every time I exchange the weights. Terrible design.

Ordered "optional side bracing" for my rack but didn't receive it. Titan says it was delivered and that's supposed to be the end of that!? I still don't have the bracing. WTF?

I placed an order to find out that someone else had also ordered the same thing for a gift for my daughter. I tried immediately to cancel. Was told I had to wait until Monday when I person could help me. Called first thing Monday and was told it already shipped. So now to send it back you want me to pay shipping and pay you 20 percent to restock. NO THANK YOU. in the future I will shop elsewhere.
