“I don’t usually do this but as far as the product goes it was pretty underwhelming the action was not smooth the foot pad was tiny and the locking mechanism is weird. I attempted to return it but it did not meet the return policy which is really what I have an issue with. How am I supposed to know this is what I want if I can’t open the packaging? There should be some sort of return grace period.”

“The wall mounted pulley system did not come with bolts to mount into a finished wall. Several pieces of the machine were bent and required a set of pliers and strong hands to straighten back to be able to assemble the machine. The top wall mount did not reach the wall and, when bolted into the wall even with a backing added in, lifts the front feet of the machine off the ground. I’m hesitant to use it as it might actually tear down the wall where I’ve mounted it. Makes our home gym look a little fancier though.”

“Never received confirmation of it shipping or tracking information. The route app hasn't shown anything either. When I put the order number into your website for update it doesn't show up. Zero info other than the email from route saying the replacement order was placed and this feedback request.”

“My rating is not for the product itself but for the company and customer service. Shortly after I bought the punching bag for $179 it went on sale before Christmas before I had given it as a gift and you would not honor any of the discounted price”

“Order arrived quickly. I made a costly error and ordered $500 worth of accessories and a rack. The accessories are not for the x3 rack (my fault) but beware Titan has an awful return exchange policy .”
