The j hooks did not fit my T-3 rack. Very happy with the other Titan products I’ve purchased though.

Absolute disaster of an experience. Took a month to get shipment and customer service apparatus proved totally useless — and utterly uninterested in resolving issues. When item arrived it was missing parts to assemble (bolts and washers for a rack). Item itself was scratched in several places. Do yourself a favor and avoid Titan if you are serious about your home gym.

After a month of delays, I never received my product. It took four emails to receive a refund, which after a week, still has not been placed in my account. I am hoping I don’t have to once again try to get through to a customer service representative. One star is as low as I can go. Customer support does a very poor job.

You need a second person to load the weight on the landmine squat attachment or it will turn and crash down and the weights fall off.

Titan is shipping Squatmax units with misaligned pins. The result is you can’t squat with 45s. Customer service playing dumb instead of honoring warranty. Shame on you Titan.

Cheap products with a ridiculous return policy. Restocking fee + return shipping is on the buyer? Don't waste your time.

***DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM TITAN*** Received the product - Back Hyperextension V2. Set everything up to see that the frame is cracked from the top of the pad insert to the base that rests on the connecting floor piece. This specific piece supports all body weight. Made a claim to have the product returned and refund my money back. It had been within a week of receiving the product. I was told that because I did not purchase shipping insurance they would not refund me my money because the box looked damaged. They would however take the product back and issue a one time replacement product. This product is defective, what if it happens again. I have all original packaging and the product has not been used and can’t be used as it’s a safety issue. This product is supposed to support the weight of 650lbs as advertised; however, according to their analysis it’s the shippings fault that the steel frame split. Beware of the return policy as well, customers are responsible for paying full shipping cost for returning the item along with a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the customers refund. I have never had quality issues like this with any other workout equipment I have purchased. The difference is those products were purchased from reputable high end manufacturers who actually make proper workout machines. Don’t waste your time, look elsewhere.

I measured my rig and per your measurements it should have fit but did not. I requested a refund and after sending me your refund policy i am basically out with me paying shipping half of what i paid for it... not good service in my opinion and not even worth returning..i could use pieces of it but not able to attach to the rack. ill figure something out but won't make a purchase from you again based on my expierience.

I have 7 pieces from Titan fitness, until my most recent order I would’ve given 5 stars. In my last order we did not receive any of the hardware to assemble the equipment. We’ve been waiting over three weeks, it still hasn’t shown up. Customer service hours are not conducive to working professionals, it’s difficult to reach them. Insanely disappointing to have the equipment here and not be able to finish assembling it.

Well built and lightweight for how sturdy it is. I’m a female personal trainer standing 5’6” with longer legs and a shorter torso. I’m only barely short enough to be able to use this machine to target my glutes and back - I can’t set the machine low enough to target my hamstrings. Most of my clients are females shorter than 5’5” and because this hyper doesn’t have calf pads, adding blocks or weight plates to the foot stand is not an option. Returning this and paying the restocking fee would cost more than half of what I paid for it. Calf pads would have prevented this issue. Not to bash men but surely the beta version of this machine was only tested on men over 5’9”. I will have to try my luck selling on Craigslist or Marketplace.

Absolute worst customer service and quality control in the game! We own (by Titan): Leg Press/Hack Squat Squat Rack plus extended cage w accessories Lat Pull/Row Back Extenstion Every single piece came or became damaged in less than 1 years time w zero zero zero customer service to back their products! The latest thing that broke was the spring pin to leg press footplate - an obvious safety hazard and quality control issue. We’ve had no success with customer service x 5 days.

I bought the tricep rope pulldown machine attachment and used it with the plate loaded lat tower. I was doing face pulls and the pulldown attachment broke after 2 reps and I hit myself in the cheek with it and woke up everybody in my house when all the weight slammed down because it shock fed thru the ring that attaches it to the carabiner.
