Tokyo way to long gofr the order to be filled and shipped. The bench looks nice, but construction is not well designed. Raising the back rest and sest rest has issues and the pads are to close together not allowing one to go up without the other pressing hard into each other and preventing full range of motion. Do better by designing better. Overpriced for what thr product turned out to be

The squat rack arrived and that was great. Unfortunately I was unknowingly charged for your shipping protection so I am not too happy about that. I ordered the bench at the same time, that was supposed to be available 12/31, that changed to March so I cancelled the order. Now I am wondering IF I am going to be refunded... please let me know when I can expect to see my money.

Have not received the product yet. The first delivery came in a taped up box, and had the following contents: (1) scratched bracket; (1) bar with the end cap ground off; and (1) 1¼ x 3' threaded solid steel rod. No hardware or paperwork. Have no idea how that happened. The "damage" claim was an easy process and hopefully will receive my order soon.

I won’t purchase anything further. Bought an item with wrong size and the amount for shipping plus a 30% stock fee is more than what I actually paid for the item. I won’t be buying anything further if returns are like this I learned a valuable lesson.

Terrible quality. Plastic caps pop off, all nuts were loose so it fell part the first time I used it. The linebacker pads are nearly impossible to use without the landmine stand.(which I bought, received and I am returning due to it being defective and unusable.) Even with a useable stand it’s impossible to load weight on it without it spinning on the bar. It also deeply scratched my brand new cerakote power bar with the mechanism used to secure it. Now I’m reading the return policy only to find out I’ll end up paying to return a product that is worthless to me. Thanks for nothing. I will never purchase from titan again.

Somehow I managed to order a part with the wrong hole fittings for the rack I have. It’s too big to send back so I just drilled it to make it work. I recommend standardize to one rack hole spacing for all products as a way to simplify your product lines.

Poor quality product The pad securing the user's knees AND the pad securing the user's ankles both slide off. We followed the assembly directions (which we archaic and the link/QR code to assembly directions did not work). I would recommend friends seach for products from competiers such as York Barbell, Rogue Fitness, StrayDog Strength, etc.

horrible experience... shipping was fast, I received the bike but it came broken and made a very very loud sound...I reached out to titan with a video of the bike and sound , they acknowledged that it was broken. The two options I was given was to keep the bike with a 10% discount refund or to try and fix the problem myself. I let them know that the bike was too loud for me to use at home and that did not feel comfortable trying to fix the bike myself, they emailed me back and told me since I don’t want to keep the bike that was sent broken, that my only option was to return the bike for a full refund. I emailed them back and asked why I was not able to just get the bike exchanged for a non-broken bike. they emailed me back that they don’t exchange items of different types even though they only sell one type of fan bike, which was very confusing . I’m in the process of mailing the bike back to Titan for full refund but I’m very frustrated that they won’t just exchange the broken bike that they sent me for a bike that works. Now I will have to get my own box that will fit the bike and all the parts and buy bubble wrap myself so I could ship it out.

I didn’t receive my equipment because the wrong address was in the system. When I requested support Titan said they were sorry and there was nothing they could do. This was a $40 piece of equipment and I would have expected better service than this. For a big company sending equipment all around the world you would think they would take care of their customers. I have one other item from Titan but that will be the last I purchase. I will continue to buy from Rogue. You definitely get what you pay for!

My product took a while to arrive. It kept saying it was out for delivery, and then it would never arrive. Then it arrived with the box, severely damaged and missing a bolt and the product was scratched in several places and looks like a used product. And frustrating to get to anyone from customer service because then you send in a request then it says oh I’m sorry I need to send it to a different department so that’ll take another 2 to 3 days to talk to somebody then you talk to somebody and then they say oh we need pictures I said well I already sent some pictures well OK, can you resubmit it all right then you resubmit it and then it Takes another 2 to 3 days and then they’re like oh we didn’t get the pictures so I still don’t have my sled put together and still missing my bolt!

The quality of titan fitness is the lowest in the business. The packaging, delivery, return & refunds from titan are as closet as you can get to a scam. Titans customer service is the worst, half the reps do not speak english, the other half of titans customer service is rude, lies & will never solve your problems in a timely Manner. Homedepot for extra parts.stay clear

I don't know why you are selling this product? I should have known better- it is built well, however it is very awkward and not balanced. Unfortunately, it costs more to return it than the price of the equipment. Please discontinued the product asap!
