The business model of this company is so terrible. I can't believe you make customers pay a restocking fee for things that have never been used. I will not be buying from you in the future.

The pivoting tricep bar is the most useless product that I have ever brought in my 30 plus years of fitness and weight training. The bar is extremely poorly designed and Titan’s return policy is abysmal. Therefore, I am stuck with this useless product.

We received another set of equipment when the first one had a defective part and we put together the new set and had another defective part. We are very concerned about the quality control that goes into shipping these sets of equipment out. We wanted to purchase more equipment but is very concerned after this experience.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! The photos on the page and specifications list a 31mm grip diameter. But what I got is 25mm. The bar is too thin, actually hurts your hands to grip it is so small. I also had to sand down several rough spots. I would have returned if it wasn't for the customer paid Shipping and 20% restocking fee.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Sent part of a rack and trying to get the issue corrected is impossible for this group. Still owed a refund of 700 that has been with them for weeks. All they have to do is ship the remaining parts and they have no idea how to make this happen?

Barbell showed up in flimsy broken down packaging barbell was chipped and scraped. Customer service has been non responsive and hard to get ahold of. Still dealing with them trying to solve the issue. Will be buying from rogue from now on.

The seat portion was welded on crooked. One side is of the seat frame is higher than the other. Poorly made and super annoying since I didn’t realize it y til it was already assembled and I sat on it.

my bench arrived missing a bolt, and the rubber stop that screws into the base wont thread in, its either cross threaded or drilled incorrectly. titan customer service is beyond horrible-i have been on hold 5 times for over 20 minutes and never spoke to a person, i have emailed 4 times with just a response that the issue has been updated ? i have texted the company 2 times without a response. i finally got through on the phone only to be told i now have to submit a video showing the defective bench. this was backordered and now it its backordered again. i paid for the bench 11/11/2023 and will not have a new one until at least 1/15/2024,,,look elsewhere

Shipment came damaged and in different shipments. Customer service are all Filipino and cannot understand what I say and I cant understand them. Absolutely horrible product support. Quality is sub optimal. And price decreases shortly after shipping and they will not price match within a 30 day. Period. Please stick with Rogue Fitness or even PowerTec. Better quality and much better American customer support.

The product was projected to ship in mid-November but was not received until early-December. When it did come in the package was damaged and had been repackaged by the shipper. Upon opening, the product was scrapped up, damaged, and had missing parts. Contacted customer service and was told it would be resolved. After several emails back and forth with customer service, missing parts still haven't been replaced. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of gear from Titan and never had this problem! Very disappointing to say the least!

I ordered rings and straps for my rack and only received straps. I tried to explain on email which takes forever and sent pictures I get a response of your order has delivered 🤦‍♂️ now I had to explain again to wait for another response forever now I’m being sent to someone else which is taking forever. I want to give my business again but now I am second guessing ordering anything going forward.

I received the item quickly but it was cosmetically damaged in shipping. Titan declined to exchange the damaged part and instead gave me a 10% refund. I would have rather had the replacement part but Titan refused.

Customer service is the worst in the industry. Photo of item showed parts that were not included in delivery. Instructions on where to place parts below par. Working on a massive headache of a return because Titan does not stand by their website items.

I am disappointed in Titan Fitness’s Customer Service. I needed to make a modification to my order. I realized this about 10 minutes after I placed the order - I tried to cancel, but you can not. I called customer service and also emailed to ask for a different item because the one I placed the order for just 10 minutes prior was wrong. They told me they were unable to help me and I would need to wait for the item to be delivered - then I would need to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
