I don’t feel I will get a strong workout with this because of the balance. Your wrists hurt with little weight. It’s awkward and I don’t see much use for it. I watched videos of other exercises I can try with this equipment so I will keep it for the price and mess around with it. It is not suitable for any tricep workout though. It’s has a sturdy construction but the purpose and execution was not thought through enough.

Charged me for delivery tracking called Route. No, none, nada delivery date or time communicated. No notifications regarding arrivals or tracking. No tracking number provided. Just showed up in my driveway, left in pouring rain during a tornado. I will at minimum refuse the delivery charge on my credit card statement when it arrives. So why again was I charged for Route to ensure problem free, trouble free delivery?

return process and customer service is awful. I had to call multiple times to just get a return authorized. Even so, I am still negotiating to get the restocking fee waived I should have ordered this via amazon or a different product. If I had ordered via Amazon, at least returns would have been such a breeze.

This review is based on their return policy. Ordered a piece of equipment that is not going to work out and to return it it is going to cost me 215.00 to return plus 20% restocking fee, I paid 164.00. Might have lost my business. Too bad I was going to buy more kettle bells and fan bike from them.

Received confirmation initial order was canceled in full. Still had one item shipped to me and was charged for it. Getting hassled about the return for Titan's error. Incredibly poor customer service.

Titan fitness did not assist me when ups reported a package as damaged and never delivered it. I just straight up never received the package and haven’t gotten a response from customer service in a week. I will update this review if they decide to provide me support.

They sent me $800 of broken gym equipment (which was NOT damaged in transit) and won’t own up to their issue and only offered a 5% partial refund. What a joke and a hassle. Only buying from Rogue Fitness from now on.

Don’t buy this. The adjustable kettlebell literally fell apart mid exercise , and it barely missed my foot. I could have been seriously hurt!!!! It is poorly constructed and I spent $400 buying two on these kettlebells back in 2021.

I received the incorrect piece, because I ordered the part based off what the picture showed. I contacted support about exchanging it, but they are saying it’s my fault for not calling first. (I guess I wrongly assumed the picture would be right. Also, if you have to call before placing an order, what’s the point of having online ordering?) They want me to pay for shipping to return it PLUS a TWENTY percent restock fee. Ridiculous. Will never order from this overpriced company again.

The cable broke on the first rep. I waited 4 weeks due to back order to then have it break on the first rep I used the cable on the first day.

First off. I bought the Roepke Collars and I am very disappointed with the quality. Ive used them for about a month and a half and none of them clamp on well anymore. They fall off mid-set and the rubber is starting to come off. When I got them they worked great but that didn't last long. Second off when I bought the item they charged me the price of what I bought then a few days later they charged me $3 more. This caused my bank to lock my card. Very annoying. Overall I feel I wasted my money buying from this site.

Packages for my order delivered to wrong address. I was able to locate and retrieve my items with some effort, but that should not be necessary.So far neither route nor Titan has addressed the issue
