I ordered a "scratch and dent" HEX bar that ended up being a "crash and dent" HEX bar. It seriously looks like someone ran the box over with a forklift, so you threw it in another box and sent it to me. Had I known you were going to send me this I would have spent $30 extra bucks to get the same thing at my local York Barbell outlet. You should have disclosed that the box was mangled in the description to save me the headache. This is the last time I order anything from Titan.

Bike was great for first few days then started a loud creaking noise. I contacted Titan and a warranty claim was filed on my behalf. the claim was closed due to the conclusion that the sounds seems to be coming from the chain slapping against the housing, and the senior specialist says that he determined that he does not expect this to cause failure and that I still should be able to use the bike as intended. Now I’m stuck with a bike that’s almost unbearable to use due to this annoying creaking noise over $600 later. I’m very disappointed in how Titan decided to handle this matter, even more as the sound actually seems to be coming from the left pedal rather than the chain.

The first box arrived damaged and I had to submit a claim to get a replacement, the replacement showed up with the SAME bent metal piece but the box was damaged. My husband had to spend 30 minutes hammering the piece to fit. There are no instructions in either box. The ones online are frustrating. Titan needs to do better

These are absolutely terrible quality. The number and letters rebbes off upon touch immediately after I opened the box. There was also damage and some of the plates appeared to be used. Despite all of this Titan refused to allow me to return the product for a full refund. Instead they told me I would have to pay return shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee. Avoid Titan at all costs.

Never bought a product with zero directions. Video would have been so simple. On line not clear. I’m not happy box was packed and delivered metal hanging out.

Item came scratched terribly with paint chipping from every bar, and this was not a scratch and dent item. I contacted customer support, who did reply quickly but they offered 10% off to resolve the issue. In the meantime all the scratch and dent items were on sale from 20-30% off. Customer service did not care that what they offered was substantially lower, so I will be returning the item and buying elsewhere from now on.

Customer service at this company is non-existent. This is by far the worst transaction I have ever had. It took multiple emails, and phone calls to finally receive a call from a manager 5 days later. Titan fitness are horrible to deal with. They will not get any future business of mine, and I will be sure to discourage friends, family and clients from purchasing from this company.

Very Poor experience. The weights rack came in a broken box. The 500 pound weight crate was left out on the road with no call or message of its arrival or delivery .

Bought a the Titan Fitness Back Hyper-extension V2 for me and my wife's home gym. Put it together and realized that she is too short for the machine. (Should have read other bad reviews, as although it claims to be one size fits all that is simply not the case) Contacted Titan to see if I could exchange for something similar, and they said they do not do exchanges, and that they would not do refunds because we were two days too late. Will not be purchasing from Titan Fitness again.

I received an email regarding a great sale opportunity for the exact piece of equipment that I had been wanting. Unfortunately, I tried many times to make the purchase to save $300 by a selected date. I tried countless times to complete the purchase transaction on the website. However, the website was experiencing problems and could not complete the transaction over the weekend. I was finally able to make the purchase, but it was hours past the expiration time of the sale. I kindly asked Customer Service to consider the issue and refund the difference of $300. I was never able to speak with an actual management/decision-maker. I was only able to reach someone who conveyed the message that there would be no credit given. The agent was looking to refund me the purchase and have me return the item. I never even asked to do so. It seems counterproductive to lose money on the shipping cost of something that weighs hundreds of pounds, yet not provide the $300 credit which would cost the company less money and make the customer much happier. Up until this time I was very pleased with Titan. I also experienced assembly issues. I called and was asked to send a video. It has now been several days with no response. At this point, I would reconsider additional purchases.

I'd rate this 0 stars if I could. The holes do not align on the mating surfaces due to the length of the welds. Thus one bracket can not be installed, making the unit worthless. Tried contacting customer service, no response yet.
