I have been a fan of painting for a while now, but ever since my recent $1000 order. That was missing bolts that made some of my equipment inoperable and then two of my pieces with scratches and dents all over it ruining the aesthetic of my home. But this wasn’t my issue, getting responses from their customer service, you are lucky to hear back within 72 hours. Very unhelpful.

Your ruck plates are very poor quality products. I could have done better foundry work myself with no experience in my backyard. In fact, If I had known how bad they would be, i would never have ordered them. Not worth it at half the price. Where are they made…China?

I am a fan of titan fitness, I have T3 rack, pulley system and a few other products, the landmine attachment is a poor design and I would like to return it. And what makes it worst is the hoops you ua e to jum through to get to your manual.

Equipment itself is solid. Packaging however was very poor and every piece of the dumbell rack was received with cosmetic damage. Damage was due to lack of adequate packaging material. I will not recommend to anyone or make any future purchases from Titan Fitness.

I don’t think you did anything wrong. The shipper sucked. The package looked like ups or whomever threw it out the window at 60 miles an hour and then backed up and ran it over several times. The bench was all scratched up and dented, the pad is all scuffed. It’s a cheap bench so I am not dying upset…but it does suck. Again, I blame the shipper.

The kettlebell I received was definitely used, returned and resold. Cosmetic damage on multiple spots. Functional, sure, but when something was intended as a gift, and it comes pre-damaged… not for nearly $200 it shouldn’t. Reached out to the Titan team, was told that they would send me a discount code for a future purchase, and that they were sorry. That was a week ago. Still haven’t seen that follow up.

I ordered plate holders to go on the side of my weight cage. These are unique to titan and do not fit other cages. Had to send them back. The is requires permission, a picture and costs chipping plus 20% of cost. Was going to replace with portable storage rack instead but given their rather expensive return policy, went and found a cheaper one elsewhere.

They forgot to send the hex key that's needed to open the kettle bell. Than proceeded to send me an email 3 days later and didn't even offer to send it. Lol horrible customer service.

my 10% off coupon wasn’t applied even though it showed up applied. I reached out and the person helping was useless and passed me off to management about a week ago and haven’t heard anything. will not be ordering from here again

I have the new parts that were sent to my home, to replace the faulty parts that I initially recieved. I asked multiple times for a video or "expert to walk me through assembly, feeling like I may have done some thing wrong on the first attempt to assemble the leg ext/curl machine. The respnse I recieved from the "expert was to look somewhere on YouTube for more help. I am supposed to send unused parts back in the box they sent me. Well that box is torn up from the travel to me. Basically I'm back to square 1, with no help at all from Titan.

Bench is a little high for my liking, slightly tippy, slides around a lot. So not great to start. Add to the fact that the footrest or whatever it is will not stay put. Not sure what it’s there for but it’s in the way, moves around. It’s either in the way or tucked down but it won’t stay put. Titan customer service is completely, and I mean COMPLETELY useless. If I hadn’t thrown the box out I’d be sending this back. As it is I’ll sell it and move on to a bench made by someone who has some semblance of customer service.

Horrible! The product was very low quality. I reached out to CS and the told me if I wanted a refund I’d have to send the 14lbs item back as well as you were going to charge me 20%. At that point it was going to cost mote to return it. I’ll never order again and will let a
