Maybe out of your control but sled boxes were ripped and not secured. Will notify if any pieces are missing.

The seated calf machine is pretty solid , however I had trouble installing the rubber feet on machine and the pads are very uncomfortable . Titan should installed thicker pads on Machine because the weight digs into the quads . The bolts are cheap and come loose after using the machine

Paint is chipped, plastic cap smashed, metal piece piece that supports the leg bent. But it hold plates still. Lol

1. Salesperson I spoke to gave good service and was professional. 2. Package was packed so the sheet of bolts and washers got damaged in shipment, so some washers were in the bottom of the box. Two fell thru seams in the box while I was moving it. 3. Step 9 of the manual's assembly instructions are incorrect: The left and right handle frame are not fixed to the upright frame with hex bolts.

The left arm is still wobbly after I installed the exact same way as the right. The seat will drop back after sitting on it. Granted in 260lbs, but I still think it should be more stable than that.

The rack and bench are decent quality and sturdy. The packaging is not great because there’s a lot of paint chips and scratches right out of the boxes. I like that there’s plenty of accessories for the rack. I’m really glad I didn’t buy a cheaper rack from Amazon where I’d likely not be able to get accessories for it.

Everything we ordered was delivered extremely fast. The only thing I did not like was the packaging. Everything was just thrown into the box. The washers, bolts, nuts were all just thrown into the box without being in a bag. We were even missing some items. Which were sent to us very quickly after we called customer support.

It was ok but the proucts grip handles came a little damaged probably due to shipping though.

We received the Bench Press in a timely manner, but the Underside of the bench seat is covered with mold or mildew & a small rip and needs to be replaced and one of the metal bars was totally broke in two at the weld. We reached out to the Warrant Department and filed a claim. We are hoping that the replacement parts come as quickly as the original order. It is a mystery to us why the seat is in such bad shape...there should be not excuse to why it is in such bad shape.

First let me say that I actually like these rubber tiles. I like the weight and the thickness. I do, however, think they could do a better job of bonding the rubber chips. The top is fine but the bottom is somewhat crumbly. The tiles also seem to be cut differently from tile to tile. I had a heck of a time getting them set in my 8ft x 6ft deadlift platform from Titan. Some tiles were bigger than others causing some overlap. I ended up using a flat prybar to "wedge" the last couple of tiles into place and then stomping them to get them to lay flat.

Happy with the product, assembly instructions left and lot to be desired. There should be specific comments on how the angled brakets should be assembled.

There were 2 or 3 pulley arm if will that hold the pulleys that were pinched together too tight a pulley couldn’t fit. Had to pull them apart to get the pulley to fit.

Item is nice. Titan sent a discount code the day before I ordered yet it wouldn’t work. Boxes weren’t in great shape and delivery was delayed. Will probably give them one more shot.

The online shopping experience was good and the shipping of the product was prompt (I received the equipment just a few days after I ordered it). However, the package arrived damaged and open and as such, many pieces are missing and I cannot use my equipment right now.

Unfortunately my product was delivered with two left pedals so after calling to have the proper part sent to me I have to wait an additional week to use the product. Other than that it was smooth
