The styrofoam that was used for packing was a nuisance. It was stuck to the boards of the jumping box. It also fell all over the floor as we unpacked it.

There's probably a reason it's so cheap. Olympic Hex Bar: within a month of use small chrome chips would come off bar every time I loaded a plate. Technically still functional... if you want to vacuum metal shards off the floor after each use. Customer service offered 10% cash back.

I have purchased multiple products from Titan. This pass time I purchased the Inline bench V3 it came quick and was package great. When putting it together the bolts and nuts were in a plastice bag and was missing 3 nuts and bolts. I went to the local hardware store and purchased.The bench is a little lopsided but it is still a good bench.

The equipment is great. A little disappointed that you offer new customers 5% off their orders. But a loyal customer like myself, that has purchased around $5,000 worth of equipment, gets nothing.

I just received my cable machine and some of the pulleys do not glide as easily as I’d hoped. The setup materials were also missing a nut for one of the pulleys, so I needed to go to the Home Depot to purchase a new one.

Boxes were damaged, no instructions. The rack was great but the bench seems cheap and wobly.

The steel plate is good and well-made. However, the FedEx guy basically dropped this 110 lb steel plate on my brick doorstep, slightly marring the plate edge and breaking a small piece of brick. To excitedly make this purchase and then have the very final last step be bungled like this is not good. Titan should probably reconsider using FedEx.

The bar is great the packaging was a nightmare. It took two of us and tools to get it out, definitely a lot better way this could be packaged.

The product is fine and strong and made out of nice material. The shipping showed up a few days apart for my rack to actually be built. The product does have scratches and paint flaked off on pieces but does what it’s supposed to do

Received the wrong speciality bar. I ordered the angled multi grip barbell v3. I received the regular non angled one. There was also a large chip off the corner of the bar. I like the bar and it will do what I wanted so I did not mess with returning. Obviously bummed they didn’t get the order right considering how much money was spent and the large chip makes me think I received their scratch and dent inventory. Not sure I’ll order from Titan again but the bar looks like it should hold up and do what I need for my home gym.

Kudos for Titan Fitness that notified me that my order was ready for pick up the very next day but not so happy with the delayed shipping nearly 4 days later. Small matter for some but huge for me. Package was well wrapped yet found multiple scratches. Does this scratching interfere with the lifting no but noticeable. Great price and a good bar. Worth it!

I order a Scratch and Dent T2 83" Squat rack, 14# wall ball, and 2-35# plates. The squat rack came with only 3 of the 4 uprights making the squat rack and pull up bar unusable. I understood that the squat rack may be missing hardware or may be a little damaged, but I was not expecting to be missing a main component of a squat rack. I am still waiting for support to get back to me on how we can solve this issue and make my squat rack usable.

Plates arrived in a timely manner. Plates did arrive however, with small dings and chunks taken out of them due to the packaging/shipping. They get the job done tho.

I give it three stars, there is some cosmetic damage to the leather on the back pad from mishandling or storage in shipping. It looks like salt water damage almost.

The bumper plates I received are very oily. If that's necessary for whatever reason, it would be helpful to know what I should use to clean them. Shipping those cleaning supplies with the plates would be even better.

To clean the bumper plates, you may wash those bumper plates down with warm, soapy water and a cloth. Make sure to rinse well once you have got any dirt and grime off. The holes don't line up. So I could only use two bolts instead of 4. The pad is great but I feel it will not hold over time.
