Shipping was fine. Some of the cross beams were scuffed and scratched. There were still metal shavings inside each beam as well. Overall the product seems sturdy, pulleys are a little bit cheap but once assembled seem to work fine. I think it’s a good product, but there could be more attention to detail for the price.

This is going to be a straight honest review of the chest press machine. The handles are horrible they are way too wide. If people have been complaining for years about the handles why not adjust them. There’s no way to stretch the handles out or anything of that nature to give you a normal feel. The handles also don’t go down far enough to get the full range of motion that you need for the muscle to activate. The arms are wobbly after just two plates. I bench around 350-370 and I cannot imagine getting anywhere near the 1k weight max. How can you only put 90lbs and it’s shaking, if the max weight is almost 10 times the weight it should not be shaking at all at 135-150lbs. It bothers me that I bought this even though it was the best option for the money.

Happy with the quality of the equipment. as for the customer service response very poorly! Ordered the equipment online said it was back ordered, no updates didn’t even know if we were going to receive it for over a month. We Ordered from another company . As stated, we then received an email our product was shipped.

I ordered the X3 J-roller hooks for my X3 rack, first order only one of the hooks from the set lined up correctly. Next shipment for corrections was the same as the first shipment so I'm stuck with the hooks that don't line up correctly. But Titan made an effort to get me another shipment after the first order so that's a positive.

Needed to buy all the hardware for it but works good, little tight doing dips on the T2 short rack but still works.

I ordered a “scratch and dent” safety squat bar. I understood there would be SOMETHING wrong with it: bad foam pads, dented bar, etc. But missing handles?!?! Why bother selling it in the first place!! #ButWaitTheresMore You don’t even sell the handles as a separate item!! I had to reach out to customer service and now I’m waiting 2-3 weeks bc apparently this happens more than it should. As inexpensive as you are, this could be my last purchase. I’d rather pay a bit more, even for scratch and dent, and get a product that includes all the parts, or at least be told what’s wrong with it.

Delivery was fast! I was disappointed to find some rust on the the EZ Curl bar when I took it out of the package. Looks like some water got inside the plastic that the bar was wrapped in. 😑

The order came two days late, and the handles need to come in four inches on each side and straight instead of flaired because it puts the weight on your rotator cuff instead of your triceps, which will lead to surgery on your rotator cuff, but i was able to put it together fairly with no instructions.

The items was shipped via Ground and are normally are delivered in about 2-4 business days or less. You might've seen FedEx's estimated delivery date which are subject to change. It took over a month to receive my product and when it arrived the packaging was very damaged. I was surprised such a heavy item was shipped such a light weight cardboard box. The product itself was undamaged but the construction was second rate. There were rough grind marks visible and one of the grip bars were welded on unevenly. It is not parallel to the other bar. It does the job but definitely not top quality. I will definitely keep that in mind for my next purchase.

I ordered two short pulley towers. Had some shipping issues and one package came about week late which is ok...but both were pretty damaged. Lots of scratches and chips, and had to do a lot of manipulating, bending, and hammering (with a rubber mallet) with the holes and brackets for the pulleys to get everything to fit and secure right. Overall, I'm disappointed with the condition they arrived in, but they work and I get a good workout with them. Definitely lubricate the pulleys before install. If you don't mind some dings here and there and doing a little extra work to assemble properly, these are good for the price.

Installation was going great until I noticed that I was shorted one box of weight stacks. I’m going to reach out to Titan fitness tomorrow to see if they can send it to me. I can’t finish putting it together without that obviously. Other than that everything seems to be going together smoothly.

Downgrade 2 stars for delivery. Delivered on time, however, left unannounced at the garage door where the car could run over it. Very satisfied with the product, Titan Regular Olympic bar.

Overall bench is good but the box looked like it was run over by a semi truck when it arrived and it was missing one bolt and one nut, which unfortunately cost $8 to replace at the local hardware store. There is a slight decline to the bench seat as well, not sure how to fix that.

Bar showed up without a box, just a tag zip tied to it. The scrapes I don’t mind. Doesn’t look bent, would of preferred if it hadn’t been thrown around before it arrived.
