I recently ordered the T-Bar row platform and the Leg Extension/Curl Machine V2 for my home gym. Unfortunately, both have their issues but are decent overall. The T-Bar platform is not level and wobbles when using. It also was scraped up and aesthetically damaged when it arrived. The Leg Ext/Curl also showed up covered in brown, dirt or iron filings, that won't fully come off. Both items were discounted within 1 week of my purchase so I inquired if they'd do a price match since I hadn't recieved one of the items in the mail yet. Price match was denied. Leg extesnsion shipped quickly while the Row platform took over two weeks. Overall, the equipment is decent but not a great value since they show up damaged. I probably would have gone with a different leg extension had I known and not ordered the row platform since I'll have to modify it in order to be safe for use.

It was on sale and doesn’t impact it functionally but pretty much every end cap was damaged or missing. The condition it was in almost seemed like it was used, which maybe I missed that disclosure. Despite being on sale, you kind of expect it to at least be in newish condition. But it still works so no real harm.

Machine does what is intended however padding needs to be improved as it digs into thighs and painful the heavier the weight is added

The bolt holes for the bench pad don’t line up so I can only get 2/3 …. As a result, it’s fairly wobbly

Shipping was a fiasco, but that's what I expect using titan. One product was scratch and dent and it didn't arrive with the correct hardware (1 screw and 1 nut). I went to the HW store and got the nut, but decided that the screw, I could live without (2 out of three were installed). The other piece was new and was delayed several times before it was finally delivered. No issues with the quality of the equipment, they do what they were advertised to do.

Hi Joseph, thank you for posting a review and my apologies about the experience you have had in regards to shipping. I have had a chance to check and both of your orders were delivered via ground shipping. Items shipped via ground shipping normally are delivered in about 2-4 business days from the shipment date or less but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days. I can see that your order for the Landmine Stand was shipped on 11/07 and was tagged delivered on 11/15. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. My apologies again about your order being tagged delayed but it was delivered still within the 10 day maximum time frame. Also, Items from our Scratch and Dent Category may be delivered with missing hardware.

Didn’t like the product at all. Too bulky to use. Caused my elbows to flare out which is not safe.

I find the rapid price increases without corresponding improvements in quality frustrating. I've also shopped at Titan for the affordable prices because I have a small garage gym, but now I can find the same prices else where with better quality. A lot of the current "sale prices" are what the prices were only a few months ago.

I like titan products, but they have some opportunities with their shipping process. I've received 2 barbells with significant cosmetic damage. They are functional but look terrible. That's a bummer when you like your gear/workout room looking good as well.

Parts were missing and the box it came in was Shredded😳 I think You guys are great but your packaging really needs an Overhaul. 2nd time that I recieved a damaged/destroyed box with missing parts or damaged equipment((

as far as Titan Fitness goes with the processing of the order - the purchasing experience was good and the product was delivered quickly. The only negative was - the product was not well packaged and the box was ripped up and torn. This product is the hex bar but knowing how the shippers/carriers drop heavy stuff like this, they can always cause damage, sometimes hidden and you find out about it a few months later when the product starts falling apart prematurely. It would be great if Titan fitness wrapped and packaged even the heavy bars/product better to show some respect to the products they sell and to the customers that are spending their hard-earned money on the Titan products - especially in these trying times. (How likely I'd recommend is based on this purcashing experience only)

Product and price were great, packaging could have been better. Looks like the plate weights fell out of the box, which delayed the shipping. They arrived in plastic wrap only...

Too soon to say for sure. So far, the equipment is good, but the drop-in power rack bench is not compatible with my X3 flat foot rack. I took another look at the product details, and there is no mention that it is not suitable for use in the X3 flat foot, only that it is made for use in the X3 series racks. I did find a one-start review where the person complained that tube Bench won’t work with the X3 flat foot, but there was no indication how the situation was resolved. I submitted a support request, so my true review of Titan Fitness depends on how that turns out.

The Olympic bar was great but the packaging sucked. Shipping a 45-pound steel bar from California to Michigan in just a cardboard tube was not smart. The tube was more packing tape repairs than cardboard by the time it arrived. In spite of the dents and scratches, I like my bar but would never buy another one from Titan due to the inadequate packaging.

The Hammer I received had much sharper edges and corners. It's still the only tool like it I've found but swiping myself with it in an exercise has already left me bloody when the impact otherwise wouldn't have even left a bruise if the corners were properly ground down as in the photo.

I purchased a dent and chip bar bell. It will function for my home gym but was more "dented" than I was expecting. The roller on one side is not smooth at all. That's more lack of function than dent and chip. I should have forked out the extra cash for a new version.

The Lat pull down machine works well. But it was delivered with no instructions and then took a bit of time to assemble after calling and having the instructions emailed to me. Also the cable is coming out of the plastic covering on some spots. Other than that it’s be a good addition.
