Equipment is fantastic 5 stars… the delivery was a fiasco do my overall experience was not good. I ended up having to buy a trailer so I could drive 30 miles to the distribution center to pick it up myself.

I don't know how much Time is spent on research. Most of your items are not made for tall people. I recently received your calf Kath ray's apparatus. The footplate is not wide enough.

Product seems to be made well, but there is a lot of steel burrs swooshing around inside the frame.

I ordered a barbell and got a label created email. It then tools well more than a week, felt like 2 to 3 (can’t remember). Why send an email about a label created and then take over a week to ship? Also, box was trashed-almost torn in two. With Prime being the norm, it looks bad.

Ordered a bench bar and got no tracking info was told it would be 5 days till delivered ended up being 10. Great product once it actually came.

I would have rated this item five stars; however, I had to spend 30 filing the metal on the inside of the cuff so it will slide over the end of my barbell. Poor qualify control.

Overall the equipment is great. For the price I would have assumed the quality check would be better. The item arrived with paint, scratched off and parts that look dropped and dented.

I love Titan equipment, is well made but the shipping is not good for some reason every time I received their equipment the boxes came open or broken and the equipment damaged with dent. I will buy their equipment, because I like it.

Curl bar is good but was delayed several times and showed up without any packaging whatsoever just the bar on my front steps

The service and ease of use from a website point of view were outstanding. 5 of 5 stars. However, the product itself is of zero value and is frankly a safety hazard. I would seriously recommend you remove it from your product line. I ordered the pivoting triceps bar. I have a home gym and have been working with weights for over over 40 years and in that time I have produced and used more than my fair share of homemade workout gadgets, so this next comment is not due to a lack of imagination, or an attempt to get something for my trouble, but I have not found even one exercise that can be completed successfully with this bar, and most movements feel like a serious injury is inevitable. I truly would recommend you drop this product. You don't want your name on this thing. Again... your service and ease of use were outstanding. The product was a big disappointment.

We received the two 25 lb hand grip plates and one of them had a dime size chip in the rubber.

Titan has always done a solid job with my orders and equipment in the past. Great, well-made products with easy instructions, rapid deliveries every time, and good prices. This time however, discounted "scratch and dent" products were different than advertised - well made and without any obvious defects but they did not fit the squat apparatus as advertised. Hoping that the company will take them back without a problem.

The power rack was securely packaged but somehow a foot was cracked completely off on top. I was hoping to receive a replacement part, which was not available. Fortunately, it will not affect anything. Titan was able to give me a partial refund, which was appreciated!

i have purchased many equipment pieces from titan and loved all.of them . hiwever this piece did not live upnto expectations. The bar is rusted and in poor condition.
