I have received all the equipment, but the incline bench has issues and after being sent a second bench it still doesn't work appropriately. Waiting to hear back from customer support still after 5 days from receiving the second bench. Overall pleased with the equipment, just don't like that I can't fully use my equipment still! And the hassle that will come with sending a bench or 2 back since they aren't light!

Product is great. Works and looks exactly as expected. Shipping stinks and can't be blamed on UPS since it took more than a week to turn over to the shipping company.

Titan won my business with the free shipping. Products were delivered quickly, especially considering it was the Black Friday sale. A couple minor issues: couldn't ship to my address because it's a private road, but most major freight companies, including the one they used ship to my address, so I was disappointed that Titan's system wouldn't ship to my home. Also, there were some spring washers and nut covers missing from my bench. Thankfully, they offered to refund me for purchasing the missing hardware at my local store.

Received the product yesterday after work and I noticed that there is a hole in the side of the box. I didn’t have a chance to open the box and look at the product inside to see if it was damaged but I will definitely let you know when I open the box.

You’ve been great in the past. This last time, the delivery kept getting delayed. I wasn’t very happy this last time. I also got a coupon, literally, the day after I placed my order and it couldn’t be honored.

I've ordered several items from Titan while putting together my home gym and currently have my eye on a leg-extension addition. Never any problems until the last order which included the wrong color plates. Customer service has responded and is working on rectifying the situation. No solution yet, but I remain optimistic that it will be fixed.

I purchased the wall mounted multi pull up bar. Very solid and it just what I wanted for various exercises. The manufacturing quality control needs to be improved, though. The mounting point aren’t square or flush.

Prompt shipping. There were a few problems with the equipment. There were a couple of bent items. The seat pin doesn't fit into the metal frame.

A friend of mine bought himself a Titan power rack this past summer and seemed to like it, so I planned to wait until Black Friday and order myself a squat rack once (1) we'd moved to a house with a basement and (2) pending that friend was still happy with his Titan rack. To that end, I signed up for Titan emails at the beginning of November to ensure I didn't miss any weird surprise pre-cyber-post-Black Friday-flash-doorbuster sales. Sure enough, there was a weird surprise sale the day before Thanksgiving—presumably to reward people who had signed up to be spammed with 5 emails per day—so I ordered my rack. Two days later, the same rack went on sale for $50 cheaper than I had bought mine for. I emailed Titan to see if they would adjust my order and issue a partial refund. Turns out that—unlike most other companies—Titan's price adjustment policy term is 24 hours. I cannot help but assume that the decoy sale was deliberately planned to be just outside of the price adjustment window—and that there was no discernible benefit for signing up for Titan spam. I considered canceling my order, but it had already shipped. Luckily, I ordered the X-3 rack so I should be able to get any accessories from another company. The rack is fine. There was some minor cosmetic damage from shipping but nothing that wouldn't have happened after a few months of normal use anyways. It sounds like y'all hired your digital marketing team straight from a payday loans place. Also, it would have been nice if it came with at least one wrench—even one of those crappy stamped ones you get with $50 IKEAN furniture. Nobody just has a 15/16" or 24mm wrench in their toolbox. I had to go to 3 Home Depots to find a 3/8" drive 15/16" socket, and none of the brick-and-mortar stores carry a 3/8" drive 24mm socket. You have to order one online. Most socket sets, mine included, have a 1/4" socket wrench and a 3/8" socket wrench—not a 1/2" wrench. Even just including the $5 socket would have been nice. Also would have been nice if the manual or product page told you what size wrench or socket you needed—instead of having to Google what size socket fits on an M16 nut.

Disappointed after being a loyal Titan fitness customer for years. Ordered the T3 squat rack, lured by the "limited time offer." 33 hours after ordering, it went on sale for another $20 off. I asked customer service to credit me the difference, was told the company policy is to refund ONLY if the product goes on sale within 24 hours. We are talking $20, which didn't break me, but it left a bad taste in my mouth as far as customer service and keeping customers happy. I can see if it was a week or more later, but 33 hours??

My package was delayed for two days, with no updates from UPS. Once I got the trap bar, the box was in bad shape, with a few damaged spots, and the end of the bar totally exposed, with minor chipping on the end of the 2 inch collar. That being said, the bar is great, and we're enjoying it a lot.

The item I ordered came in a timely fashion, but the quality of the product is underwhelming. It works, but it has 2 main flaws which make the product very irritating to use. Thankfully, I was able to figure out a solution to make the product usable, otherwise i would have returned it. The is the only item I’ve purchased from Titan Fitness and your product has not left me with a good impression of the quality of your wares. I’d be hard pressed to want to purchase anything of greater value in the future

Although Titan finally corrected delivery issues, it took three deliveries to get all of the parts of one order. Titan did "deliver" in the end.
