I was shipped the wrong part, but because it was broken into 3 parts, I had to wait for all the parts to come in before I could let you all know. You were quick to resolve, but it still took 4-5 days to actually start shipping the piece, so it’s gonna be like a week and a half before I can actually start using it. Love how quick your team was to help me remedy, but the situation and the inability to use the product for almost a month since I initially ordered, made me put it at 3 stars. Whomever it was the answered the phone kept this from being 1 star, huge props to her.

Box destroyed during shipping. Sled was banged up and the coating was chipped up. I would prefer to be the one that bangs it up lol.. other than that it seems functional and built well….

The two missing stars come from the company’s inability to get in touch back. I’ve called four times to get help and nobody will answer a phone. My order issue has still not been resolved.

I have made several purchases over the past few weeks. Generally, the experience has been good except there can be issues with the WEB based purchasing interface. One issue is that the site rejects my address and I can't complete the purchase without calling a sales agent. This has cost me the ability to buy flash sales items because you need to call sales during normal business hours and some sales last only over the weekend. The second issue is that inventory is not always up to date, thus I managed to purchase an item at a great price only to have the order canceled. My first attempt with customer service was pleasant but the agent was unable to sort out fixing my order. A second call revealed that inventory management was inflexible, that minor changes to my order could solve the inventory issue, and an order could be processed. Otherwise, the products (X2 power cage) are nice, the welds looked good to me, the powder coat is good, and shipping was fast. All my interactions with human beings have been pleasant, although not always fruitful. I would give a higher rating if Titan could fix the software and empower customer service more discretion in fixing problems.

Bench overall is good. Lighter weight which I was after and easy to move. The screws holes and incline bolt holes don’t line up perfectly, pretty typical for Titan…but it works with some finagling. I’d buy again for what it is and cost, can’t beat it

The two shipments were missing parts. Took me three different phone calls to reach the right person to help me out. Had to go to Lowes to buy the carriage bolts (that were supposed to be included) to mount the space-saving rack to the wall. Still missing two nuts that hold on the plastic to the bottom of the skids on the push/pull sled. The. Equipment is heavy duty and I really like the quality.

Seen rogue dumbbells first hand n these are no where near. Seams are not put together well at all.. handles have excess spots .. not very well made almost looked rushed or something.. for price these should be pretty flawless..

You gave the wrong tools to tighten everything. I have to buy separate tools just to use my bench. Thats terrible. I don't blame the company but whoever you have mamufacturing these are obviously the reason for most of your problems/reviews

Bench is good quality. The pre drilled holes did not line up. I was not able to fully secure the seat with more than one bolt. It should take 4. Other than that the bench is ok.

Service and price were fine. Half of my order was “delivered” but never showed up until 7 days later. When I attempted to locate the package, the help line seemed less than interested and not very responsive. Eventually received the package through my own efforts with FEDEX.

There was a plastic top piece damaged- not a big deal but no response yet to my email on replacing it but it's busy at Christmas. Also, the split squat stand requires unusual size wrenches to assemble.The M10 bolts and nuts require a 17mm wrench but none was included. Often a cheap, multi-sized wrench tool is included in such cases. The tools weren't mentioned in the product description or the assembly instructions. After $35 and 40 minutes at Home Depot, I got what I needed. The stand is very good and fairly priced but there was a surprise and unnecessary hidden cost in cash and time to put it together.

As far as the experience goes, I received the wrong item. I have been a customer of Titan for many years and this the first time I've had a problem. Called Titan told me to return the it and sent me a FedEx mailing label. Return it for no fee. As far as the product I am very happy.

Great product however the weight horn is not engineered very well. I can't fit my rogue eco bumper plates on them. I just got their plate loaded functional trainer and my plates fit just fine on that machine. I don't understand why this machine had to have a different weight horn. What is the engineering team at titan doing, this isn't even that hard of a problem to fix.

I received my 10 pound silver plates in nice condition and the packaging was very good. The were listed as +- 3% in the specifications so first thing I did was weigh them. The first one was exactly 10 pounds so that was perfect and then the second one was exactly 10 pounds. I thought awesome! Then on the third plate it went south. The third and fourth plate both were 9 pounds which is waay off from the 3% +- that’s actually 10% to the negative. So someone got pretty sloppy with those two.

This is the first time in a couple of years that I have ordered from Titan. I needed a bench at home for my daughter who will have to do her powerlifting workouts at home during softball season. The communication on shipping was not the best. When I got the bench and began assembling it, there were pieces listed on the parts list that were not needed. They did not appear in the assembly instructions anywhere. Also the adjustable arm for the seat does not line up quite right.

I purchased the seated calf machine. The tolerance of the bracket and the moveable brace is off. You would have to remove the bushings to make if fit. I had to pry and bang the bracket in order to assemble this product. Now I have cosmetic scratches on my brand new machine.
