The product is ok. The manual is not at all helpful (like most of their manuals, it does not include any actual instructions). The package does not include the hex wrench needed to adjust the rods, and the manual does not tel you what size or even if it is metric or imperial/SAE.

Not a fan that right after I purchased the equipment it went on sale. They said they only do price adjustments after 24 hours but most companies give you 30 days, which is the time within the return window. But whatever I guess I'll just order Rep or Rogue Fitness next time.

Feels cheap. The frame has poor QC and the equipment doesn’t touch flush to the floor.

The most user facing part of the product—the handlebars—came with multiple, noticeable scratches. Otherwise, product arrived faster than expected; which is great but not too good for planning to be present during delivery. Instructions in the box were slightly different and better than instructions online. So far, product seems great as expected, except for the very disappointing and visible scratches on the handlebars.

Everything was here, but the boxing of the equipment hasn’t changed in 5yrs . Ripped torn and you question if all your stuffs there. But it was easy to build and it’s a solid piece of equipment. Titan find a new boxing company and distributor.

Package came damaged, not Titan fault but too big to repackage and return. Should of been some kind of compensation for damaged goods.

X-3 Dip bars work for the price but the welds and the overall construction is not symmetrical when mounted to the X-3 rack. On benefit that is not advertised is the handles can be mounted for either a facing towards or away from each other.

This review is more about the packaging and Olympic sleeve fastening method. The bar itself, is solid. First, it was shipped in a heavy duty cardboard cylinder/tube, great. However, it wasn't end capped, only sealed with shipping tape with no buffer material to keep the bar stationary within the cylinder/tube. This allowed the bar to travel and puncture the shipping material. When the delivery person dropped the bar on its end, the second issue became painfully obvious. The Olympic sleeves are held on by two Internal C-Type Retaining Rings, two on each end, with a steel spacers, and decorative/brand logo end caps as well. So, when the end of the bar landed/slammed to the ground, the impact allowed the bar itself to punch through the end cap. Every other curl bar I've ever owned, the sleeve is held in place with a hex head/Allen head bolt, either into the side or into the end. The Allen head bolt method would not allow what happened to happen. I did opt for the shipping insurance. However, fortunately I was able to locate all of the hardware and that I have a pair of Snap Ring/Retainer Ring pliers. I was able to reassemble everything within 20 minutes. However, had any single piece of the hardware been missing, then the bar would've needed replacement. I don't drop nor allow anyone to drop my barbells, so I don't forsee this issue reoccurring. As I said in the beginning, it's a solid bar, and I'm happy to have it.

Bar is solid, but had issues getting bar through the opening. The opening also had a burr on the metal, thus some scratching of the bar when installing. Basically a manufacturing issue. Debating about calling customer service.

Love titan products, the speed of their order processing and delivery of items. I bought slam balls and was a bit disappointed with the size. The overall size of the balls seemed a big for the weight of the balls. The 10 and 15 lb balls are the same size and the 10 lb weight floats inside making it difficult to have control when exercising. I wish the balls were smaller making them easier to handle and make them more appropriately sized to accommodate the weight of the ball.

One of the pieces has the screws sticking out one of the padded pieces. I’ve taken a picture of it to call for added support for that. Super frustrating that no directions came with it. Where we were there was very little cell service and Internet service is only accessible 9 to 5. This meant we couldn’t really see the directions to put it together. this was not indicated to be an issue ahead of time. It was very unexpected when we had the people at the center over the weekend to put the equipment together. When we were able to access assembly directions, the video did not have the component parts labeled . We searched out a PDF .The print was so small on the phone it was nearly impossible to use. We ended up video, casting it to a screen and having to just reassemble everybody another day so we could have the printed version of the PDF.

Arrived fine; easy to set up. Love the machine generally. One frustration is that the rubber pads that go at end on metal base support don’t fit on fully. Instructions showed them as already on, and the were for back piece, but we’re not for front. I can’t get them on fully and it looks odd. I suspect they just don’t fit and that’s why they came off and that’s why I can’t get them on. Otherwise love the machine.

The only problem I had was that the two mounting systems were slightly out of square. It seems that the welded areas were slightly attached at the wrong degree. I was able to make them work but the bar had to be forced into place and you can see the slight curved angle of the mounting system when you stand back and look. However, the product is still very heavy duty and it’s getting the job done.
