Shipping was…not great. The item shipped out way ahead of scheduled, which might have been nice for someone impatient to get their equipment, but I ordered when I did thinking it would take the projected 7-10 business days to arrive. It showed up in less than a week, while my husband was traveling, and with no way to reschedule. The delivery driver dropped the package (which weighs almost 700lbs, in the middle of the sidewalk (I live in a high traffic area in the city). No knock - just dropped (in front of my garage) and left. So, I had to unpack the thing by myself to get it inside. You need a crowbar just to open the box. I looked like an a-hole while trying to unpack a 700lb machine by myself in the middle of a sidewalk. I get that the shipping times are estimated, and I get that they can’t (I guess) deliver onto your actual property, but allowing customers to choose some sort of a delivery window would go a long way.

The seat has a rip in it on the seam. Other then that the product is amazing

The item arrived well packed and the box was in good condition with no obvious damage. When I assembled the item, I located numerous deep scratches and even some rust on it. There was also a large amount of black granual powder inside that spilled all over my floor, I'm not sure what it is but possibly powdercoating material. Overall I'm happy with the item, but not the condition it arrived in.

I love titan products both functional and practically a work of art. unfortunately in this instance it’s obvious the bottom of the box fell out leaving several severe scrapes on the weight. And it was just taped shut and the shipping label was on top of the tape so it did not happen in transit.

Quality items, but difficult to get a good description as to whether some items will fit my rack. I've gambled and missed, and to return an item Titan charges a restocking fee plus shipping. Not worth sending things back and I need to stop gambling!

The machine itself is solid. The directions are the worst I have ever had. Almost every single part is mislabeled and listed incorrectly throughout the process. The only saving grace was that there are only a few steps to put it together so I used some trial and error to figure out the right pieces. For the price I got it it was an ok purchase. If not on sale, look somewhere else where they actually check the directions before sending things out to people. I am not the only person I have seen with this problem on this specific piece of equipment.

Pretty good prices and quality materials. I noticed when I buy something on sale it’s usually a little off build wise. Been working hard to get my T3 rack optimized and stable and had to buy or fabricate a few extras to make it all work.

I ordered two items from Titan Fitness, an FID bench, and a pair of spotter stands. I was truly excited when they came in, but couldn't get to them until the weekend. I just started building a home gym and thought if these two worked out, I'd continue my purchases through Titan. But, I have to say that despite the reviews I've read, I'm a bit disappointed. First, there are hardware pieces missing on the workbench. Second, there are chips on the main frame part, and I'm concerned there will be rust developing there eventually. Third, one piece that attaches to the bottom of the main frame is bent on a small area such that the endcap pops off after putting it on. And last, on one of the spotter stands there is a hole where two pieces were soldered together. Let me be clear that none of these by themselves are deal-breakers. I'm sure this can all be rectified...just need to hear back from Titan on how they can do that for me.

I'm NOT Happy with the Axel bar... I must have missed something in the description. I thought I was purchasing a straight bar with a handle diameter the same as that of an olympic bar. So I'm stuck with this piece of equipment I would have never purchased, but it seems I miss-understood or didn't see the diameter clearly.

Ordered from Titan several times before without issue. Latest order was the rackable curl bar. Both end caps on the shipping tube managed to come off, and the bar slipped out causing damage on both ends. Still useable and mostly cosmetic, but disappointing nonetheless. Love the bar and convenience of not having to put it on the ground to add or remove weight.

Package was badly damaged. The metal support pieces literally fell through the hole in the box and the handle has a dented.

Shipping and delivery was great. Product is faulty. Stiching and a pin/anchor is alreadycoming loose. Will need to be replaced.

Quality equipment. Did not come with appropriate hardware for mounting. Need to purchase lag bolts and washers. Brackets did not line up properly with ceiling joists.

While the product arrived on a timely member the way the product arrived was less than favorable. One of the dumbbells was dirty and looked like it had gotten pinched. The bar was out of its package and dirty.

Received an incomplete product (Bench Press Spotters Rack) was told that the missing piece was out of stock, to order from a vendor and send a receipt for reimbursement..... We will see... Other than that, I enjoy using my squat safety bar. I feel like I can continue to do squats.

Products came in with the packaging messed up. Luckily most products were okay except my wagon wheel plates. They had sharp ridges and one of them cut my hand.
