When you load an item into your cart for the first time, a discount timer begins. The timer rushed me through an order and I didn’t get a chance to check out additional items at the discounted price.

Finally, equipment was received with ALL needed necessities to employ it. However, what sucks is that you buy the piece "on-sale" and open up another Titan Fitness email bombing to find the piece cheaper the very next day, one never knows when to actually believe the truth from Titan, similar to attending a "flea market." Attempting to become a titan customer, but never know when the truth is being presented to me the customer!

Shipping box was open and my DB rack was scratched before even putting it together. Didn’t bother making claim, didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning and waiting for new one. Hopefully this rack doesn’t rust where it is scratched.

The row platform came in with a few scratches, which is to be expected but they just threw the screws in the box without bagging or boxing them. When I tried to assemble I noticed a few were missing. I had to make a run to Menards. Just don't understand how hard it is to put the screws in a bag? Otherwise everything works as it should.

I bought a heavy bag stand from your scratch and dent and it says missing hardware so when it came it was missing hardware but also a bracket that connects the middle of the frame with out it can’t be put up not cool

The Titan back extension/roman chair is solidly built. It is very sturdy, was shipped quickly and the directions to put it together were easy to understand. However I will either be returning it or selling it on Facebook Marketplace. When I tried to use it I could not get the correct height for it. I am 5 ft 10 inches tall (average height for a male), and have not been able to use it as no adjustable height works for me. I assumed the shipping back would be expensive but was very surprised at the 20% re-stocking fee, which is quite high and seems to add insult to injury, so to speak.

I’ve purchased multiple pieces of equipment from Titan. Most have been a good experience. This last one was ok. I’m still waiting on a magnetic pin for the lat tower over a month. This piece is probably the most important part of the machine.

I ordered the 3 tier dumbbell rack. Box arrived in tack and items were bubble wrapped very well. Once I opened the bubble wrap all three shelves had nicks to the powder coat covering. It is a dumbbell rack so I am not too concerned. Overall does the job it is intended to do.

The directions were horrible. There was no directions on how to put together the pulley. They also were written too small!

Normally I’d say 5 stars, but, my most recent shipment was horribly packaged and arrived damaged. Every other order I have received has been quick and the product has surpassed my expectations. So I will most likely purchase from them again.

It works. If it has a powder coating, it doesn't do much. If you don't care much about that, cool. Shipping was fast, but the packaging was all messed up. If I'm able to return it, I will.

It arrived with one bent piece but it still allowed me to bolt it into place well enough to be sturdy.. Not bad for the price, could be more sturdy both practically and when in use.. But I'd say it's a good investment overall when it comes to its size and it'll get the job done.

The ordering process was easy. The equipment has some design flaws. I am short (5'5"). and had to drill additional holes in the seat post to get it at the correct level.

The three plio boxes arrived an one of the rubber corner foot pads was not attached. I had to glue it back on. Another of the platforms is not level and wobbles. I fixed it myself rather than sending it back. Other than that they are working fine. westsidefitness24@gmail.com

Equipment quality does relate to price tag. It is functional and I enjoy using it in my home gym. However, the mounting equipment was lacking. The supplied washers were too small to secure the equipment by easily slipping through the mounting bracket opening. Had to purchase wider washers in order to securely Mount equipment.

Bought a "scratch and dent sale" adjustable bench. Scratch and dent can be used missing parts cannot. Can I get a parts form to order what is needed
