Other than the hiccup of being sent the wrong item and having to deal with a poor response time, my experience was okay.

Delivery was confusing. Also, rack does not recommend mounting instructions to the Wall.

The machine itself has quite a lot of flaws. It lacks resistance at varying points in both the bicep curls and tricep extensions. It’s hard to design it well though bc single lever systems will always be flawed to some extent. Without making the design more complicated it would be challenging but not impossible to fix. The tricep functionality is almost nonexistent so I don’t really use it for that. It doesn’t feel amazing but the bicep curl does a decent job. The material itself is great and durable, the shipping was very fast and the assembly was easy. Overall it’s mainly just functionality problems

I received my order 3 days later than the expected delivery, The product was delivered with the contents exposed, scratches, dents. etc. I have made regular purchases of your fitness gym equipment and have never received my previous order s with the contents being exposed or damaged.

Product arrived missing pieces. After contacting Titan parts took a minute to get delivered to me. Products could have been sent 3 day mail. I paid my fair share and did not receive products timely when items were missing. Overall experience not that great.

The only thing that keeps this from being 5 stars is the additional bracing was not available to purchase and hasn’t come available. I cannot mount rack until I get these braces. What’s aggravating is these pieces don’t seem any different than the top bracing that comes standard, so not sure why they are unavailable.

This is my second purchase from Titan Fitness. First bar was awesome. The plates slide around the arms of my log press bar. Very disappointed. I can use it, but even with weight collars on the plates move during a lift.

Here’s the deal. The bar is great and high quality. But the shipping process and customer service was terrible. My first order was lost in transit, and the second one was delayed. The responses I got from customer service were stock, cut and paste info that didn’t acknowledge what I had actually written to them. Took about 3+ weeks to get my order. The concerning part is that given all the issues, they never once tried to make it right with any incentive to buy from them again. Even a small discount on a future item would have been a good faith effort. This order was a test run to see how the free shipping turned out before I place a much larger order for my home gym. When I’ve ordered from Rogue in the past I got top notch customer service from a human who responded to emails without cut and paste. I will likely order from titan again just cause of price, but will now allow a month to receive items.

With the bench adjustment only being on one side of the bench it allows the back to lean slightly away from that adjustment point a center pole adjustment for incline would’ve been a better solution. I tried to use different washer space things to get at level and I got it as close as I could I would not purchase this again.

Product works great. The welds are amateur and it came scratched up right out of the box. That loses some points with me. When I buy a new product, my expectation is it will be.

It arrived in a timely fashion. Only complaint was the seat pin was jammed up and would not move to be able to adjust the seat. Had to spend about 20 minutes to break it free so it would work. Other than that, it went together smoothly and appears to be a good quality piece.

Not sure if this wide handle works for me. Tried landmine presses and the barbell kept spinning around awkwardly. Not sure if this offers anything for my uses

Standard Titan product, it gets the job done with out the price or quality of the Other company R@&$E. The sled is solid and pulls well. The holes for the plate holder of course didn’t line up but I was easier to fix myself than send it back. The strap it comes with is economy quality but it pulls and should hold up fine. Worth getting yes, would I buy it again yes, but it’s solid enough to where I will not have to.

Nice machine however you can’t get a full squeeze or flex of the bicep because the machine was constructed to stop at a certain point. The bar should’ve been made an inch or two shorter so that you can get a better range of motion.

The Titan pulley tower is great if it weren’t for my front top pulleys rubbing up against each other, it creates a ton of drag and it’s really annoying, probably will be replacing with smaller pulley’s. I don’t know if the welding was just done wrong but I haven’t found anyone else with this issu
