The ordering process was easy. The equipment has some design flaws. I am short (5'5"). and had to drill additional holes in the seat post to get it at the correct level.

The three plio boxes arrived an one of the rubber corner foot pads was not attached. I had to glue it back on. Another of the platforms is not level and wobbles. I fixed it myself rather than sending it back. Other than that they are working fine. westsidefitness24@gmail.com

Equipment quality does relate to price tag. It is functional and I enjoy using it in my home gym. However, the mounting equipment was lacking. The supplied washers were too small to secure the equipment by easily slipping through the mounting bracket opening. Had to purchase wider washers in order to securely Mount equipment.

Bought a "scratch and dent sale" adjustable bench. Scratch and dent can be used missing parts cannot. Can I get a parts form to order what is needed

Purchased a scratch dent medicine ball rack for $59 came without hardware since scratch and dent. Brand new with hardware was $61 the day my item arrived. Hassle of having to go find hardware for saving $3 was not worth it frustrating

boxes where destroyed by shipping FEDEX, scratches all over every item i got, which was four large items and a camber bar. great items poor handling of items. for $2600 items should be taken care of better

Item came in a box that was ripped up. The bar was scratched and the parts were all over the place. Other than that it’s a good bar.

It would be a better buyer experience if you had the actual picture of the items sold under the scratch and dent category. I was not happy went I received the dumbell I bought with a cracked rubber

Product is good .But one part of the order came 1.5 month later .Had to install without it .Called customer service to make a return of that part as long as I changed my mind to have it ,and was offered to cancel the hole order and send the hole order back which was already attached to a wall . .Ofcourse that wasn’t a solution for me so I had to admit that I will recieve the part I payed for but don’t have yet and don’t need anymore , and won’t be able to send it back and get a refund for it.So I lost around 65$ just because they can not cancel that part separately.

Price was great. Steel is thin gauge and padding for bar is thin cheap foam. Good enough for a home setup.

Would give 5 stars if I didn't have a missing piece. The quality and material looks great. Excited to use it. Unfortunately, I sold my old leg extension machine knowing I would have this one...but have not been able to use for over 2 weeks now. Just frustrating I still have not received the missing bearing.. If it was something easy like a bolt it would have been no big deal.

My bars and accessories were all in good condition and im happy with most of my order, however my log came with the paint on the left side plate sleeve severely chipped already and 5 of the 6 metal plates I received have many aesthetic issues. Cracks and dents. One even has what looks like it was hit with a screwdriver or something. With the amount of money i spent it was disappointing to have so many issues with the plates and the log already having a pretty severe visual issue. 3 out of 5 stars. If i could do 2.5 i would.

The ordering process was easy. I gave three out of five due to the way the items were packaged. The packaging was beat to a pulp by the time it arrived. 90 lbs. in a card board box makes zero sense.

Titan Fitness is great. Quick shipper and great products. This safety squat bar could be better built. It has the drop bar which is a nice feature however the safety bar area with grips should swivel so that the bar actually would drop down. Or when you pick up the bar on your shoulders the drop is pointing down and not out in front or back of you which ever way you have your bar on the rack. It should true itself.

Your shipping is absolutely ridicoulos, I ordered 8 things and they are sent in 8 different packages when 4 of them were no bigger then 6 x 4 inches. They all get shipped in a huge box individually. Why? Makes no sense its its actually a hastle. Then I dont even get all the tracking numbers. You make awesome products but this shipping issues almost makes it not worth ordering. No this isnt the first time I have dealt with Titan on this.

Ordered a bumper weight storage rack that rolls, when delivered it was missing four spring washers for the bolts that go with the roller wheels, had to go buy some to finish putting together. The completed rack works great.
