While the product arrived on a timely member the way the product arrived was less than favorable. One of the dumbbells was dirty and looked like it had gotten pinched. The bar was out of its package and dirty.

Received an incomplete product (Bench Press Spotters Rack) was told that the missing piece was out of stock, to order from a vendor and send a receipt for reimbursement..... We will see... Other than that, I enjoy using my squat safety bar. I feel like I can continue to do squats.

Products came in with the packaging messed up. Luckily most products were okay except my wagon wheel plates. They had sharp ridges and one of them cut my hand.

The Yukon Bar is great, despite it being delivered in a box completely severed in half. Titan communicated early on the item was on back order, so there would be a delay in receiving it. Despite that, it arrived early, which was nice.

I got some weight storage. Pretty happy overall because of the low price and decent build quality. However it came with some scuffs, and the hardware that came with it was not good (drywall anchors did not work and one of the bolts snapped). I fixed all this myself, but it was not ideal. Shipping and communication were both very good.

Padded mat where the barbell rests tore before the first use with just it resting in it. Disappointed!

Well, I recently bought a preacher curl bench but for some reason the 5% discount wasn't applied. No matter what I did (and TItan sent me the email text probably 10 times) I couldn't add it.

Product is great quality, shipping was fast and order was accurate. (Step up from previous experience). I would have went 4 stars but the price is just way too high, literally only a few dollars away from just manufacturing your own equipment. #makefitnessaffordable

Packaging was horrible, allergic reaction to dust that was all over the plastic. This thing must have sat in storage for a while. Missing pieces and not very well made.

Only a portion of the Lat Tower was shipped due to backorder from the manufacturer. Still waiting on the rest of the Lat Tower to be delivered. I did not receive any kind of notification about that happening, and I had to call customer service to learn that. Would have been nice to have been told that only a portion of the materials to put the Lat Tower together would be shipped at the time it was shipped, rather than the email saying that the product shipped. It was misleading because I thought it was the whole thing.

They are cheaper than most but the quality reflects. Leave it to Titan to make their plate sleeves just slightly smaller so collars don’t work on them and weights just move around. Not a deal breaker but using these only a daily basis it’s annoying asf.

Overall, I am happy with the products I received, but am not happy with my experience ordering, receiving, and assembling the items. My order consisted of a T-2 Rack, along with dip attachments, weight holders, safety bars, and a 230 lb set of color-coded bumper plates. All of that cost me just under $1400, which is reasonable. However, two days after placing my order, I discovered an additional charge of over $2700 to Titan on my account. I contacted the company, and they knew nothing about it and said they had no way of knowing what happened. I had to dispute the charges with the bank, get a new card, and wait for a fraud investigation to be completed prior to getting my money back. Needless to say, this experience soured me on Titan Fitness a bit. In terms of the products themselves, they’re ok. Everything arrived reasonably quickly and the parts were in decent condition. The squat rack came with no assembly instructions, but included a printout with a link to a manual. The link did not actually work, but I found the instructions by navigating to the product page for the rack and clicking around. It also turned out that I did not have a crescent or socket wrench the right size, so I had to use the combination wrench / screwdriver that was included with the hardware. This made the assembly process a bit difficult as it was hard to sufficiently tighten some of the bolts quickly. I was also missing two washers, but they weren’t essential. I still managed to get the rack setup within 2-3 hours. Once assembled, the rack has served me well. It’s not unshakeable, but it will easily handle the load of any normal person. If you’re a serious bodybuilder or powerlifter, I’d think about getting something a bit more heavy duty. It can absolutely handle 300-400 lbs without swaying much, though. All of the rack accessories were also easy to install and get the job done. I bought a nicer set of j-hooks and they are very solid. The plates are also decent… I love the color-coding. However, there were some slight discolorations and areas where paint was flaking off on a couple of the plates. In the future, I’ll probably stick with Rep Fitness (I bought an adjustable bench from them and love it), but this is mainly due to my lack of confidence in Titan’s ability to conduct secure transactions and not due to the minor quality issues with the products themselves.
