The hip extension machine is quite nice, shipping was great, but 3 stars because it doesn't adjust enough to fit my petite frame. I'm 5'3" with more height in my torso and I can't lower the pad to get a good position with my hips and have my feet reach the base at the same time. If you're not petite though, it's probably a great fit!!

The clip to lock in the pin is not user friendly, it's annoying. The pin should be easy to pop in. Also, should only need to use one pin to change the weights, not 2. Less is better. Ease of use is better.

I ordered the 6” Plyo box. When I took it out of the box, the top panel was damaged. Contacted customer support and awaiting a replacement part.

Product arrived with over a dozen missing parts. They paid for the parts to be purchased locally which I am happy about but have yet to gather them and put it together so I’m unsure what my item will turn out to be like. It’s a good thing I didn’t need it immediately. Customer service was very helpful. Fingers crossed it all works out.

Nobody got back to me about pricing! Couldn't explain to me why a 50lb curl bar costs more than a 60lb curl bar! Makes no sense!

Packaging seemed good. One shelf was poking out of the box. Unfortunately, the corner of a dumbbell shelf was bent pretty good. For $225 for one shelf I would have expected it to be perfect. The rest of the unit was in acceptable condition - Some abrasions here, and there, but did not expect it to be without blemish. Pretty straightforward to assemble. Durable.

No instruction manual, link to manual is broken. Where was the quality control for that? Simple to assemble regardless. Sturdy deadlift bar

It's a little too long in the front resulting in my inner thigh being scraped when hitting the bottom of the squat. Titan should lob off a couple of inches. The bigger issue I have with it is that it tends to open up with heavier weight resulting in the whole harness slipping off my shoulders. This caught me by surprise doing Zercher squats. Now I am not so sure about using it with heavier weight and I was lifting 135lbs. Titan should have a locking mechanism in place to prevent the harness from opening up.

I love your products. However, the change plates I am having issues using. They barely fit my normal barbell, which is a huge issue.

I put together an order and placed it, only to get an email later indicating the lat pull down tower is unavailable (despite showing it's in stock, which it still shows now). The pull down tower was a large part of why I went with the set up that I did, so this was discouraging. I opted to still order, and hopefully add the pull down one day. The quality of the equipment seems good. I ordered the wrong safety pins, and I'm again discouraged that there isn't a system in place to catch that components I bought all fit the same system. I have now received over 50 emails from Titan in the 10 days since I've order, either promotional or shipping related. It seems like there must be some way to reduce this as well. So, to summarize, Titan is very communicative about some stuff, but not about others. I have the wrong equipment, and am missing equipment. It also seems like the bar holder I ordered really has no good place to sit on the rack. I bought the rack in large part to do rack pulls, and it seems like it's not really going to work well for that.

Took me awhile to decide what rack I wanted, ultimately went with the space saving rack, because it said it came with all mounting hardware, plus the manual showed all the hardware was included. So when I call customer service to let them know I had not received mounting lag bolts, washers and floor anchors they said that was a mistake and not included. Frustrating.

The horizontal weight plate storage product came without all the washers needed for assembly. Also, the referenced online assembly instructions were incorrect. Product support gave me a credit to purchase the missing washers locally. They could not provide the correct assembly instructions. Apparently, not available. Finally, the packaging included a large amount of styrofoam, which is not recyclable. Stressful to be part of such environmental damage.
