“Everything shipped fast and went together easy once it arrived. The pulley system is good for the price but the pulley brackets were not welded straight, so I have to fix that.”

“Great delivery. The box is super solid, but I seem to need a little hammer to pry the peg loose and bang it back in for adjustment. And I still haven't figured out how to get it up to 24". I will watch a video, I suppose.”

“one of the holes for the wheel bolts wasn’t punched out but easily solved with a hammer and punch. otherwise, rock solid. having back support with shoulder presses has helped me increase my lifts 20lbs overnight.”

“The equipment is great. However, the packaging is not. Because the bubble wrap is very thin and the pieces are not secure in the box, they move around and scratch each other while traveling. So one has to paint all the scratches. I previously ordered a hyper extension bench which arrived the same way. I thought it was a one off but unfortunately it is not. Again, the equipment is great, fast shipping but the packaging needs to be much better.”

“Did not like the paperless manual. I realize it would cost more but some of us are technology challenged. The instructions to put together the machine were confusing and not all bolts were labeled incorrectly. The machine itself to me at least feels unnatural in use.”

“Ordered weights and they arrived within a week and had no problems. They were out of certain weights and I tried to put my email in the notification box to get a reminder when they would be back in stock but for some reason it wouldn't take it. So i have to keep visiting the site to see if they're back in stock.”
