Great price. Shipping was fast and packed well. My only complaint is that the welds are not the best

All my items arrived in good condition and in a timely manner except for a 708lb pallet which was lost in transit for a few days. Apparently the shipping company which is used has a track record of losing items - which is unsettling given the price of the merchandise in transit. Other than that, great experience!

We like the equipment but the nuts and bolts are cheap and damage easily.

Only issue I’m having is the shoulder/deltoid press. The seat will not stay put it just falls everytime. And one of the handles on the deltoid raise barley fit in the slot so it doesn’t turn with out forcing it. Other than it’s good. Just those things are annoying

I’m happy with the unit for the price point it’s at. I believe it’s a good value. I wis the selector pin holes went all the way through the post so that I could make/add some after market attachments. It’d be really awesome if Titan made some attachments to go with the tower like what’s seen in Kaizen DIY gym videos. I had herd to be prepared for a rough shipping experience. The time to receive my order was fine, but the package was shredded and full of wholes and parts were strewn around everinside the box. I was concerned there’d be missing pieces, but fortunately everything was accounted for. I attached the pully tower to my rack with some small modifications. It’d be cool if Titan also sold a universal attachment kit so you could attach the pully to any rack in various ways.

The instructions provided are not very detailed. The angle of the pictures are not very clear. Is there an associated video or detail written instructions? I still haven’t fully assembled my system because the directions are not very clear!

Since there is no obvious way to leave a product review, I am leaving my product review for the Max Adjustable FID Bench here: This bench is a very substantial, versatile piece of equipment. You won’t really need any other bench. Minimal assembly required. As always, none of the labeled product part numbers actually match what’s in the manual, but since the parts were few in number this time, it was not difficult to match them up correctly. Note: this is a heavy, bulky piece of equipment. If you were mistakenly thinking, like myself, to save room in your home gym by storing it on the Titan bench wall mount, forget it… the wall mount doesn’t fit this particular bench, and lifting it up high enough to get it seated into the mount is good way to injure your lower back. The weight of the bench would likely rip the mount out of the wall anyway.

Packaging was good and the machine operates as expected. The directions could have been clearer and more detailed regarding routing the pulley cables. The mounting bolts were too small, slipping right through the wall brackets. Additionally, they were masonry bolts that came with instructions. I opted for lag bolts from my local hardware store to secure the machine to the wall. Overall, I'm very happy with it and would purchase it again. Knocking off 1 star for poor directions and mounting hardware.

Workout bench is solid, but does not sit evenly on the ground. My only complaint. Probably a wuality control issue.

Order arrived in a timely fashion but packaging looked very subpar. Product was not damaged but easily could have been.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. The power X3 power rack that I purchased seems to be of very good quality. The shipping from Titan was fast & the products were well-packaged. In terms of assembling the rack, I would give the ease of doing that a solid "10." The set-up of the screws & washers was very well thought out & that made the assembly a breeze. The one issue I have was more of my doing. I bought the bumper plates instead of the cast iron plates. I guess that I will live with my mistake, but highly recommend the cast iron plates over the bumper ones.

So far so good. I was nervous being 6'3" that this functional trainer being on the shorter end compared to other similar functional trainers that it'd be too short for pull down exercises. It a great height and non issues with it being too short.. That being said the set itself it a tad taller than 82". I emailed to confirm the accuracy of the height and was ensured it was an exact 82". Well, I had a ceiling I had planned on putting it under that it 82.5" and it was a hair under the ceiling. Decided it was too high then since cables rubbed the ceiling. But the functional trainer is definitely at least 82.25" in height which for my specific case actually made a difference. I had to then rearrange my whole planned setup to where the ceiling was a little higher in my basement, but it worked out in the long run. Other than the height issue the machine has been great and I'm enjoying it. Was packaged very well and no issues with any parts, however the freight delivery was a bit of a hassle being that I was informed the day before when it was expeted delivery and I needed to be present. And that after 48 hours hold time they start to charge you daily until it delivered. I called the delivery service and the lady was nice enough to hold it until that Friday (I was informed on a Tuesday that it was going to be delivered Wednesday and needed to sign for it). A little ridiculous, not everyone can just drop everything with little notice and take off work the next day.

Product was excellent but arrived with Dana pegs packaging exposing both ends of the curl bar.

Easy to assemble. Wheels and handle allow for quick movement of the bench. I wish the gap between the pads was smaller but overall solid bench.

The ramps are strong and attractive, and are performing the job well at the main entrance to my house. The reason I had ordered them was that my wife had broken her hip, had surgery and was in rehab. I did not have time to build ramps, hence I ordered them from Titan. The delivery was supposed to be free, but I needed them quickly, so I paid an extra $100 for faster delivery. However, they came 5 days late. That is my only complaint. I could sure use my $100, if you think I'm worth a refund. Thank you. Tim Probst 310 Lucky Lane Reno, NV 89502
