“The bar itself feels solid. But, the alignment of holes felt closer to 49 inches than 48. Also, mine didn't come with any screws or manual. I tried the provided QR code, the link in the product description, and searching through the manuals... I was able to figure it out anyways though.”

“I ordered an 80# slam ball because I have a comp coming up where I need to hold a 75#DBall and this was the closest thing I could find. The ball is great quality. I just wish I ordered a smooth one. I got the one with treads and it's tough on the forearams and looks like you've been run over by a truck when you put it down. The treads dig in and leave big imprints on the skin. 🙄”

“Website was easy to use with many choices. Even though a backorder, product arrived sooner than expected. Product is of excellent quality and was easy to assemble. I ordered the pulley tower v3. Price was great for the equipment. My recommendations: -aluminum vice plastic would be better for the pulley wheels, as these are stronger and operate a bit more smoothly and quietly. -Wall attachment hardware should include lag screws and washers for drywall/stud mounting. Concrete anchors were provided for this purpose, but others like myself place home gyms in extra bedrooms instead of a garage or shed. Finally, rubber gasket material should be included to go between walls and mounting brackets and metal bushings for the pulleys to prevent bolt threads from contacting the inside of pulley wheels.”

“Delivery time is good enough for free shipping. Item was packaged very well & of high quality in terms of heft and robust built. Unfortunately, it did not fit my rack & had to return. Great products as long as you don't have to return & pay for shipping the item back & the 20% restocking fee as stated on the company's return policy.”

“I ordered the Short Wall Mounted Pulley Tower V3. The unit is solid and well worth the money. The assembly instructions could use some work, especially on threading the cables. However, having assembled a lot of equipment it wasn't too difficult to figure out. The reason for only 4 stars is the shipping. The national company Titan uses delayed the package for 10 days. I learned it was the driver who was failing to deliver it and returning it to the warehouse. A different driver finally delivered it to me and she advised the driver from the day prior actually had it when he delivered a different package but didn't deliver it! This was when I actually asked him and the other 2 guys in the truck! The package was beat up and torn in half. Luckily though all the pieces were inside and there was only a minor cosmetic scratch and a slightly bent pulley holder that I straightened back out. Overall I highly recommend this gym piece. However customer service was useless through the entire ordeal, including the Route shipping. No one could assist in contacting the shipping company and ask what the delay was. I finally got a supervisor from the shipping company and the package arrived via a different driver.”

“For the price this cable machine is GREAT. my only complaint really are the instructions. They were awful, and had a page missing. I’m so glad you had them on the website but even still, there was no hints about how to mount to the wall and the only thing provided were concrete wedge anchors. I wish I would’ve known I’d have to supply my own anchors to get it on my wall”

“Our experience with customer service was awesome. We received the equipment quickly. My only problem is that one of the air bikes has a seat adjuster knob that had screwed up threading. It will not fit into the seatbar. I wish we could get another one of those sent over.”
